NorDan Corporate Video
We worked with the NorDan Team to tell their corporate story through video. The brief was to create a video that would give an overview of the brand, its values and ethos, the vast experience of the team, and how they do things.

CBRE – The Sorting Office
Tik Tok style production we made with CBRE! They wanted to do something fun to announce that Tik Tok would be the occupants of The Sorting Office in Dublin’s Docklands!

The Eight Building
We worked with CBRE, Cushman and Wakefield and Valorem Investment Partners, to create The Eight Building lifestyle and amenity video, to photograph the internal & external of the building and the local amenities, to update the website and brochure and to set up a LinkedIn page.

Linked Financial
Linked Financial required a new website with a new design, branding, logo, and functionality.
The Web Design brief from Linked Financial was to include vector images only, no real-life photos or images.
All vector images were created and edited to be in line with the Linked Financial branding.
A key component of the website was the creation of user-friendly tools, we developed easy-to-use online calculators for mortgages, in line with Central Bank of Ireland guidelines.
We also were commissioned to develop a real-time online quote system which we built with external APIs that help to generate online quotes based on the information the user inputs from the major insurance companies such as Aviva, Zurich, New Ireland & Royal London.

Media Cube
The Media Cube required a stand-alone website, as up until this point, they had a small presence on the IADT website and relied on the IADT web team to make updates on their behalf which meant the latest news and up to the minute content was often delayed and with the lack of control causing frustrations.
The brief was to create a visually strong, vibrant website that showcased the Media Cube start-ups, the client achievements and all the support services Media Cube offer in their innovative hub to bring a business to life.
As The Media Cube offers a range of services across all different stages of the start-up process, the website required a number of GDPR compliant custom forms, making it easy for the user to submit their details on the relevant page and automatically notifying the MC team so they could respond in a timely manner. Another key element to this WordPress website was the creation of an intuitive and easy to use Content Management System which would allow the team to update, upload and remove content on a daily basis.

Premier Contract Cleaning
We worked with Premier Contract Cleaning on the redesign and development of their website to help reposition their brand and clearly communicate with their two distinct markets, Residential and Commercial.
Using best practice UX and UI, we created a conversion-based website with the goal to provide the user with an easy-to-use booking system, which would convert prospects into bookings for the Premier team.
We also built the site with the best in class SEO practices, so the website would be indexed and could be easily found by search engines. The SEO implementation also improved page loading speeds from 2.7seconds to 0.4seocnds.

I am the Managing Director of Linked Financial, and Linked Wellness. Our company started trading as Linked Pensions & Investments Ltd at Pearse Street, Athlone and Eyre Square, Galway in February 2020. We provide wealth management advice to clients across the Irish Republic through Linked Financial and provide online financial wellbeing services to our corporate clients through Linked Wellness.
For what projects/services did your company hire VM Digital, and what were your goals?
For Linked Financial we needed a solution to generate more leads, and our idea was to create a website where the audience could come for financial advice with the use of online quotes & tools, such as life cover, income protection and more. From providers such as Aviva, Zurich, New Ireland in real time, with an ease of use and the ability to leave their contact details for follow up, once they received a quote. We then opened another company, Linked Wellness, which looks after the financial wellbeing for company’s employees. We needed a second website where the employees will find useful information & resources to help them with all aspects of their financial wellbeing.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After multiple engagements with web designer & developer Artur we came up with a solution for a new website redesign, with new branding, design, content & the required tools to launch online to our Linked Financial Website. We started working on the Linked Financial website in early 2021, and it was completed on time and on budget for website design & development, and for the management of the website, which includes hosting, security, updates and premium support.
We further engaged VM Digital for our Linked Wellness Platform design and development, and further management of the website annually, excluding the full signup whhite label site for their clients. The overall spend with the VM Digital per annum is about €30,000 for the website work & marketing content & activity.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial briefing meeting where we discussed our goals and objectives. Thier development team then produced some work which we reviewed at weekly online meetings to scope out format and functionality of the websites we were developing. Changes were agreed and mutually and incoporated into the project plan accordingly.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a team of x4 people from VM Digital directly involved with us throughout the course of the project. This included oversight from the MD and their senior web designer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Linked Financial has seen an increase in customers since we launched the online quotes and tools on our website. We had good feedback from our own customers, saying they found the whole experience with us easy, from the journey that started at our new website. Linked Wellness was launched a few months ago, and has already secured a big client for the platform, which is a great success so early.

Premier Contract Cleaning has been trading for 3 years and we work across domestic & commercial cleaning. As Managing Director, I am responsible for the operations, marketing and finacces of the business.

Lead Generation was an issue and the focus of our reason to engage with VM Digital.

After discussing our goals they produced a brief and a programme of content creation and media spend for €30k over the first year (2021) working together. I have known the MD Michael Byers for many years, we worked together in the past. and I trust and respect Michael and his team of creative & marketing experts.

They advised us and we agreed to rebrand the business, rebuild our website, produce some photographic and video content and embark on a digital marketing programme across search marketing & social media posting and advertising. VM comprises designer, web developer, search marketer, social media experts, videographer & photographer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The new website re-design and development has been a complete success. As the content of photography, video production, and copywriting was improved, that has increased traffic to our site from visitors who are having a much better user experience now with higher engagement levels and higher conversions for our business.
As part of the overall marketing strategy, VM Digital created and managed our Search Advertising and remarketing via Google ads. Since working with their PPC Specialist our account has seen a 616% Increase in overall site traffic, an overall Google ads Impression Share (Top) of 71%. A 6.08% CTR on search ads; 3.47% higher than the industry average and a Return on Ad Spend of 2.16x - only counting leads driven directly from PPC.
Their advertising strategy has not only helped us grow our business online but it has helped us in building our business, hiring more staff and expanding our service offerings.

I have a weekly meeting with Michael Byers and Monthly meetings with results team to review performance, review reports and make plans for month ahead

One stop shop for full marketing suite of services, Michael is a great strategist and understands our business, the mix o skills within the team means all our marketing is required. They gave great value to my company.

We were developing an office block in Newmarket Square, Dublin 8 and required a marketing program to help promote the building to a number of potential high profile tenants. We approached VM Digital to produce a lifestyle video to help us promote not only the building, but also the local area’s amenities to attract potential employers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were recommended to VM Digital by our sales agents. They offered the full suite of marketing solutions all in-house, they produced a lifestyle video with a cast who represented target employees who lived and worked in the area.
Their solution was a 4 minute lifestyle showing the internal and externals of the building including drone footage, plus a story showing the workers living their everyday lives, showcasing the local amenities which helped to demonstrate the host of local attractions, eateries and social outlets with a voice over & script that told the story of 4 individuals and the lives they led outside of work. They also re-developed our website, took photographs and produced an amenities video as well.

VM Digital produced a 1min 30seconds video capturing all the key features of the property, its design, the amenities and the surrounding area. The team worked very well with our team and other marketing partners to produce a high quality video from inception to completion in less than 2 weeks.
