For what projects/services did your company hire Vlog Market?

I hired Vlog Market to create several Explainer Videos to educate staff about a new time management initiative.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected the vendor 1) the owner is a rock star! 2) ease of doing business 3) cost 4)turnaround time 5)high touch with customer service - works to get the project right the first time 6) thought leadership - very consultative and makes recommendations on the best approach

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Time management impacts an employee's pay so it was crucial that all employees understood how the changes would affect them personally. Vlog Market was our answer!

The Explainer Videos were a huge hit. 1-3 minute videos were created tailored to specific audiences using animated imagery and language that resonated with the various employee groups (according to their specific positions).

This was effective because of the animation and we were able to include links to the videos in meeting presentations, on building monitors and the intranet. We incorporated the videos within our print marketing campaign referencing them at every opportunity.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the owner, Abi.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the effective messaging and eye catching videos, employees knew what Time Management was about and what it meant for them. We started several months ahead of our go live so when it was time for employees to begin managing their time in Atlas, they knew what to do and as a result were paid on time. This also includes a video geared toward managers guiding them on the approval process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

One of the best things about doing business with Vlog Market is that they make everything easy! Expectations for turn around times were met and work was easily exchanged.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Abi has an infectious personality and is very knowledgeable. She was consultative from the onset of our first meeting and she always conveyed confidence that she understood our needs, and best of all she exceeded our expectations repeatedly!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No recommendations for improvement!

Im a senior marketing manager in a software development company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vlog Market, and what were your goals?

We create video content (marketing videos, tutorials, ads, etc.) on a regular basis. The flow is quite intense, and we needed a reliable partner to help us create voice-overs for the videos.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We previously worked with one of the VlogMarket's team members and decided to try.

We write the script for the video, prepare the footage from our side, and hire VlogMarket to create a voice-over based on the script.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I usually work with Abi. She is responsive at all times, the work is done within deadlines and with no corrections needed. The task is always understood correctly right away. The feedback process is pretty straightforward - once I receive the files, I either approve work as it is, or suggest some alterations if I think it's necessary, and quickly get a new version.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We increased engagement on our YouTube channel, grew followers, and gave our content a much-needed refreshment.

We usually suggest the timeline ourselves, based on the task complexity, and get a response with suggested deadlines according to the manager's schedule. We usually receive the first round on time, or even earlier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

VlogMarket really tries to understand the client's product and vision, clarifying all necessary details on the way. The outcome always matches the goals set.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't see any particular flaws in the work we are usually doing together.
