Levi's Plaza Virtual Tour
VIZfire created a Virtual Tour of Levi's Plaza in San Francisco. This was to assist in Jamestown LP showing off renovations to the outdoor space as well as used as a tool to help lease office space within the buildings. The tour lives on their marketing website and can be accessed from any device. The project won Best Interaction Design for the 2020 Vega Digital Awards.

Installation at Atrium Corporate Center
The VIZfire team worked with the creative marketing team at Avision Young to create this unique twist on Large rendering installs. The on site prints are positioned in a way that the perspective lines up with the real life space. This was truly a unique project for us.

Renderings & Modeling for Commercial Real Estate Firm
“Relative to other companies we’ve worked with, their product is certainly a step above the rest.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m with JLL, a global commercial real estate firm with a focus on selling urban infill assets. Typically, they’re going to be developed into high-density residential and mixed-use hospitality type projects.
What challenge were you trying to address with VIZfire?
We are working with them to come up with visualization for potential developments on specific sites that we’re taking to market.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve gone to them a number of times with a specific site that we’re trying to sell. They’ve done some rendering and modeling work for us in order to position the asset and sell the dream, and drive value to our clients.
We’ve collaborated on what type of density could be built on the project. Then they make an artistic rendering and lay it over that study. This gives context for what a development might look like on the site we’re selling.
What is the team composition?
We’ve normally had 1–2 points of contact, so I’m not sure who else was working on the project.
How did you come to work with VIZfire?
One of their team members is my former colleague. She reached out to connect and explained a little bit about the firm. It was a great fit for the specific project we were working on at the time.
How much have you invested with them?
Each project has been about $7,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2018, and we use their work as our clients need.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They do impressive work. The final product is visually attractive. We’ve gotten a number of comments about how realistic and lifelike their renderings have looked. In fact, a few people have thought we were trying to sell a building rather than a development site. Relative to other companies we’ve worked with, their product is certainly a step above the rest.
How did VIZfire perform from a project management standpoint?
They did what they said they would do. The deliverables came on time. It was a great experience, and we’d love to work with them again if we can. Overall, they’re a pleasure to work with and they’re responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their first product was way beyond our initial expectations. They went above and beyond—they made their renderings so realistic we could see reflections of nearby buildings.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no negative feedback.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Definitely work with them. I don’t think they can disappoint.
The renderings and models are impressive, helping appeal to potential buyers. VIZfire has always delivered on time and maintained consistent communication. They exceeded expectations throughout the partnership.
