Horizon Care & Education
Horizon’s site was dated in its appearance and lacked a human touch, presenting itself as too serious and corporate. With their goal of allowing young people to feel comfortable with themselves, overcome tough challenges and flourish in the world, it was important to them that their new website design portrayed this and was both friendly, unintimidating and highly accessible.

Quantum 360 had no established brand and wanted to work with us to build a fresh and cohesive identity that reflects their ideals and the type of business they are.

Rhino Safety Limited
Rhino Safety is an outsourced Health and Safety department, helping business owners to achieve compliant, relevant legislation in a way that is efficient, effective, and economical.
They are disrupters in their field, and they have changed the narrative for Health and Safety service providers everywhere.
We worked with Rhino Safety to elevate the brand and bring their brand to the 21st Century!

Bright Futures
We have collaborated with Bright Futures Care on a number of projects over the past few years, including online & offline print, business collateral and promotional materials, but in the spring of 2020 we proposed an update to the business branding and full site redesign which was much needed in order to showcase the business and the amazing services they offer.

Scout Financial Services
Scout Financial Services came to us in need of a new website. The website had to be fully responsive for both mobile, tablet and desktop viewers. It needed to be easy to use with intuitive navigation menus and most importantly, represent their brand and services.

No Brainer
No Brainer Agency required a brand new website to show off their skills within the PR sector and their personalities!

Moffatt Financial Planning
With the new Moffatt’s logo signed off it was time to turn our attention to the website. The website had to show off all of the services that Moffatts offer.
After analysing the website traffic and how users interacted with the website we knew there were certain elements that had to be improved and updated. One major change we made was adding in easy to use blocks with a call to action to book a meeting.

Solomon Investment Partners
We first designed the portal knowing that this will be used by Solomons clients. This had to be fully responsive to all screen sizes and devices with an easy registration and login process. The hub will be used by people of all ages so intuitive menu options and easy to navigate pages were a must.

Acuity Compliance
Acuity needed a new website to help represent their business. The old website had served them well but the design had become outdated and in turn made it difficult for customers to use.

Shield Homes
Shield Homes requested a section to show off the projects they have built. We created a dedicated section boasting Shield’s completed projects, future projects and current homes each with clickable projects that show visitors all of the information they need.

Rockwash
Rockwash wanted a complete website redesign to paint a modern look for their brand and concisely convey key messages to their customers. They already had a logo and colour palette in mind, so we just had to work on the site itself.

Individual Living
With Individual Living producing such bespoke and high-end furniture, the website had to show the same message. We started with a minimalistic homepage design with a main hero image featuring one of Individual Living’s creations.

Maison Fleur
Maison Fleur wanted a unique page to display all of their different music events, menus and offers easily. We designed and developed custom blocks showing off all upcoming events to make it as simple as possible to show customers what’s happening when. We included the function to upload new menus as some events will have custom menus.

Nada Architects
The design for NADA was kept simple and clean. Our homepage design incorporated space to show off the latest work NADA has to offer as well as client testimonials and contact information for both offices, again making the user journey as easy as possible.

MyCarNeedsA.com
The MycarNeedsA.com platform was from using a complex database to match user requests to the relevant dealers. The whole business is built around the website and the marketing strategy balancing budgets to get the best return on investment for the client.

GAC
GAC came to us in search of a redesign of their identity and website, as they felt their current site isn’t true to their brand and company values. Their brand name is well-known in the air charter industry and to incorporate this into the new designs was crucial in the brief.

Our website was built when the company was first started in 2015 for a small fee. it has served us well but we are now at a size that we felt it didn't represent us anymore. we wanted to refresh our logo and website to show our ethos and what we now encompass as a successful, growing business. we began working with an seo agency and this was working well with us so we also wanted to improve the website with more visitors now reaching us via this platform.

We were recommended Visions and we had 3 agency that put proposals forward. we felt that Visions understood our brand and core values from the get go and had a similar ethos.

It was a long process as we found that our ideas with what we wanted to achieve did change in the beginning. It was also difficult not being able to have meetings in person but we made the most of keeping in contact via online calls and always found the team very responsive.

The team did change a few times in the beginning but once we had the consistency of Charlie on board the project really took shape.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have only just launched this last week but we would be happy to share feedback once we are at a stage to do so.

Charlie was always on hand to communicate with us in any way we felt necessary, telephone call, in person meeting or zoom catch up. She was always timely with her responses and really kept the project on track.

We love the new website and we were impressed with how the team has picked up our values and brand identity.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In the beginning to be kept in the loop of team changes would've been useful. felt that this maybe added to some of the design/mis comms in the early stages.

For what projects/services did your company hire Visions Design?
Our website was created over 5 years ago and looked very outdated and clinical, we engaged Visions Design in order to provide a modern aesthetically pleasing website, that improved the user experience both on desktop and on mobile.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We looked at a number of web development companies, after receiving proposals from 4 Visions were chosen based on their understanding of our requirements and their engagement with our brief.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a series of discovery meetings in which we discussed our ideas for the site, and specifically what we wanted to avoid with the designs of the new site. We received initial designs for the home page of the website and subsequently all the remaining pages which required unique design.
Visions provided an comprehensive wireframe of the site which we were able to edit and amend until we were happy. The project was managed throughout the development stage with two-weekly progress meetings, and the test site was made available on schedule. Once we had access to the test site we were able to feedback any amendments we wanted quickly to the team and they were efficiently dealt with.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
in total we worked with 4 people at visions, but had predominant contact with the project coordinators.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have received positive feedback that the user experience has improved due to the new site, especially on Mobile.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication with Visions Design was extremely easy and having a dedicated point of contact with the project coordinators made the process of developing the website stress-free. The regular progress meetings ensured that we were kept up to date on the progress of design and development at all stages.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was really impressed with their effective communication. regular updates make the world of difference when managing such a project and Visions are incredibly pro-active at ensuring that we were kept up to date at all times. They also showed great patience during the design phase, with our indecision on colour!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There are always little elements that can be tweaked but we cannot fault the design and development of the website overall. We ended up with a fabulous site

After our initial meeting, the team went to work on initial designs and mock ups. After some slight alterations they began to build our site and during this time, provided us with a holding page.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our new site, we have received a huge amount of positive comments on how great it looks and how it better details what services we provide and how we can help our clients. We have seen traffic increase significantly and on the back of this, increased profits.

We were in communication with our project manager throughout, being updated at every stage, via email and phone. Always informing us of timescales and any relevant changes.

All our customers liked the new website since it was easier to use. Our stakeholders were also excited with the site — they felt it did a much better job presenting our company.

Visions Design Lymm’s project manager was very good — they kept us informed and sent weekly status updates. We could always see what they were working on and provide feedback. We had weekly Zoom calls, and we communicated through email and a project management tool.

After a series of kick off meetings to discuss the goals, we received two designs for the main page and site. Once we had chosen the theme and provided content they finalised the design and site.

Their design ideas and technical knowledge helped to ensure that the project was a success for the new site to go live.

The project managers were approachable and easy to communicate with, the meetings were conducted via zoom and email. We were kept up to date at all stages of the project.

We were most impressed by the team's patience throughout the project.

The only point I could think of would be that when the site went live, we naively didn't know the impact that would have on our internal servers resulting in no emails for 3 days. Going forward it would be beneficial to point this out to the clients who don't have the technical knowledge to understand the impact.

We needed a complete website redesign and build that would paint a modern picture of our company, whilst concisely conveying key messages to website visitors.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I compared 6 or 7 web design companies, but chose Visions based on great up-front communication, an idea of how the designs might look and a reasonable price.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the direction of the website. Visions then put together some designs that we went back and forth on until we were happy - all of this was well communicated. Once the designs were signed off, Visions built the website. I was then able to log into Wordpress and make edits to text and images until I was happy with the final product.

We were appointed a project manager who looked after the bulk of the work, but also had discussions with designers and the company owner up-front.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have only just launched the new website, so yet to see any measurable outcomes. We are, however, all very happy with the look and appearance of the new site.

Initially, we had a very good and well structured discovery meeting from which Visions produced a detailed and well presented proposal. Once we had made the decision to run with Visions, we had a series of design and development meetings working up the design and content of the website.

Initially, we were assigned a Project Manager who we had for the duration of the project as a first port of call. We also worked with the Developer, Account Manager and Designer.

I work at a property investment company that gives opportunities to people across the world who want to invest in UK property.
What challenge were you trying to address with Visions Design Lymm?
We needed a new website created.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted an investors portal, which would be a private addition to the website. People could log in and look at content that was integrated with HubSpot. We needed a site that had the same look and feel like our company branding, but then also had a point of differentiation.
We needed the capabilities to create logins and passwords, HubSpot integration that allowed us to see who was using the system and what pages, and UX design. It was a WordPress website.
Their team had our brand guidelines, but because we wanted it to look different than our current website, they had the freedom to take the brand guidelines and add their artistic flair.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Jade (Former Project Manager).
How did you come to work with Visions Design Lymm?
I’d known of them because they were a local agency. After looking at their work, I pitched them to see if they could take my project on.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about £7,900 (approximately $11,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2020–January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we launched the site to our customers, we had 100 sign-ups within two days.
To be honest, the entire engagement was hassle-free. Visions Design Lymm has a great design team.
I was able to give them guidelines, and their team came back with creative options that met our expectations. It was all straightforward. For the backend, their team actually trained us on WordPress so that we can make our own changes and add content.
How did Visions Design Lymm perform from a project management standpoint?
We never met face-to-face but had meetings through Teams and Google Hangouts. We uploaded content into a shared Google Drive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their personality distinguishes them. They’re not a huge company, so their clients don’t get lost. We received the attention that we needed. I would also say their design skills and backend knowledge sets them apart from other providers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. They could’ve pushed us a little harder when we were slow at getting information back to them.

Have a look at their past work, and have confidence that they have the right talent, despite their size.

For what projects/services did your company hire Visions Design Lymm, and what were your goals?
We needed a better solution to help capture certain information from our clients as part of the client journey. We wanted an online solution the clients could complete easily and with the help and direction they may need. The goal was to have a solution up and running within the month.
How did you select Visions Design Lymm and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Visions Design as we'd met with Dan the owner a number of times through a local networking group. We were impressed by the mix of clients and the breadth of industries their clients were from. We were also very happy with Alex and how he handled the initial project brief. Another factor was supporting a local business.

The scope of work was to provide an online solution to capture clients medical history for the purpose of insurance protection. i am not sure of the technologies used, but I dont think we needed to know, we trusted them to choose the appropriate technology to suit the brief.

Two. Julia on business development and Alex on design and implementation.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were able to make instant use of the new forms. Clients began using the form within 24 hours of going live, to date we have had a number of forms back and they are returned to us much quicker than the previous solution in place. We are delighted with the work done and would like to thank the team for their dedication and hard work on the project.

I would describe their style as very good and the appropriate use of tools. when appropriate we used email and or text, and often phone calls as well as video calls. Always in a timely and efficient manner.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Most impressive was the team and in particular Alex and how timely and cost effective they were.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No I dont think so
Visions Design completely understood the client's values and brand identity. As a result, the deliverables met all expectations. They were communicative and provided updates throughout the project.
