Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The ask was for a virtual tour that mirrored the experience a potential mother-to-be would have when preparing to have her child. The tour included steps that happen prior to, during and after the birth of a child. It covered 12 main locations in the hospital, including 20+ hotspots with specific details about the locations, as well as voiceover narration and background music.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has just been released within the last couple of days, but has not been formally promoted yet, as that is planned for next week. But the soft launch without promotion drew 50+ viewers to the tour on the first day with users from all across our state and three other states. A coordinated social and digital campaign to promote the tour will launch next week and we are excited for the results.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Virtually Anywhere were wonderful to collaborate with. They were quick to make requested updates that we submitted to them, as well as offer suggestions. The project was stalled a bit, due to a rebrand of our company during the project. As a result, some of the 360-degree photography became outdated, but Virtually Anywhere was able to digitally alter the photography to make it reflect our company's new color palette. They were very flexible with our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The flexibility of Virtually Anywhere was the most impressive part. This was our first time doing a project like this, so we moved at a slower pace than we likely should have. But Virtually Anywhere was understanding and helped us through the process and offered alternatives and ideas as we needed them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Virtually Anywhere Interactive could have done differently?
