What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In our time working with VIP Marketing & Advertising, we’ve seen significant improvement in traffic to our showrooms and overall sales. In seven months, both the number of visitors to the showroom and the number of cars sold per month have increased by 28%. We had over 2,000 visitors from April -October 2018 and that statistic increased even further from November 2018- June 2019. In the same time period, the number of cars we sold each month increased from 125 to 161.
Our first quarter was very impressive, and they played a key role in generating those numbers. We like that they provide consistent messaging. They create simple ads that aren’t gimmicky, and it works.
How did VIP Marketing & Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?
They are thorough and proactive project managers. We speak on a weekly basis and keep them updated on sales and traffic in the store and online. I know that in about a week, I will receive an email from Heather with ideas for next month’s creative. For the holiday ad, they had the creative and film ready a month in advance, which helped us choose ad slots earlier than our competitors.
We’ve had a few hiccups, but their responses are so quick. For example, we accidentally displayed our disclaimers for 4.2 seconds once, when we are required to display them for a full 5 seconds. We received a letter from a regulatory committee, but Eric had already fixed the mistake and drafted letters in response.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They take what they do seriously, and they do it with heart and passion. They’re an energetic team with a good leader. In the past, we’ve worked with large companies that are very impersonal, but we like that VIP Marketing & Advertising is local to us and knows what we’re trying to accomplish. We couldn’t be happier working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are always areas to improve, but I can’t think of any for them. They hold themselves accountable and are driven to give us results. When we don’t hit our objective, we look at what worked and what didn’t together and go from there.
