@vinilledesign was comissioned to bring this idea to life while keeping the strong community branding at the core of the corporate identity. Having a strong experience within Fintech branding, we had a great time working with the team in Singapore to launch this new brand!
Developing a brand architecture that clearly outlines the Moneeq system. The sleek, aspirational aesthetic look of the brand is carried through applications such as debit cards, promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
Art direction of imagery playfully captures the brand’s central proposition of building wealth within the visuals, including aesthetic minimalistic design with mono colored elements.

Sodexo – UX mobile app design
The main goal was to design an app with a sharp, minimalistic design based on Swiss traits.

In view of a strategic oversight of new upcoming challenges based on Covid19, our team was requested by Sodexo to design a Mobile App & UI/UX Dev for the Business Services section of the company.
Based on Sodexo’s mission to unite daily services with people. The project prototype has been delivered and our team is proud to be part of this project that changes the industry.

Coffee Guru – coffee shop & roastery in Latvia
To create a feeling that each cup of coffee is not just a drink prepared by the coffee machine, but also a feeling of traveling around the world with the best coffee beans.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Coffee Guru is a coffee brand straight from Latvia. A brand that wants to teach & educate people about coffee industry, to become the guru of coffee on the Baltic market.
The name Coffee Guru and the brand’s philosophy became the starting point for us to develop a visual identity.
Coffee Guru is a project which goes beyond coffee, it is about emotions, knowledge, and the opportunity to have a trip in coffee world. We tried to reflect all these ideas within the packaging design.

Fritz-Kola - soft drink made in north Germany
Fritz-Kola company began its existence in 2003, when two friends with an idea that soft drinks should not be harmful and stuffed with chemistry, began their own production.
The history and idea of production have inspired us to the Fritz-Kola packaging concept in the style of surrealism and neoclassicism. We have went beyond the reality and tried to reflect what the product carries inside - an “unreal” taste with harmless ingredients – something that consumers could only dream of and see in their dreams.

Skrīveru Saldumi - Latvian confectionery company
At present Skrīveri is a place which can be proud not only of the tradition that was preserved, i.e., the production of Skrīveru Gotiņa, but also the fact that the company “Skrīveru saldumi” is on the path of constant development and produces a wide variety of high-quality sweets from chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, candied fruit, and other valuable products.
The best goodies are not those that are the most exotic and exclusive. The best goodies are – an unforgettable taste that goes with you throughout all stages of life and remains unchanged.
We would like every candy or chocolate to become a small but very vivid memory – from the first kiss to the game of hide and seek with grandchildren.

To develop and produce the new visual identity for the “UniversePay” brand, and prepare the concept of full package of print-production for all needs of the client (business cards, envelopes, maps, notebooks, presentation of the company etc.). The UniversePay is an international company offering a complete set of financial solutions and consultations for private individuals and businesses. This company prides on perpetual excellence of their services and adheres to the highest standards of international banking and legal practice. Becker's Bester - German medium-sized fruit juice manufacturer
Becker's Bester has relied on high quality and natural ingredients of their juices. This company has provided wider ranges coupled with well-known German efficiency of processing. It maintaines the flavor of home-made juices with natural components and modern farming techniques to bring us the best flavors in the juices they produce. According to taste - every product of Becker's Bester is unmatched.
So we tought, that great quality needs a support by an eye-catching design. We thought about a package that might caught your attention and differ from all other bottles. So we’ve created a simple shape to match the bottle. Each color defines a taste and fruit of the juice, as well as associates with nature silhouettes, so you can choose the juice intuitively without even reading the name.

Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel - largest golf club in Baltic States
Produce and implement the new visual-identity of the Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel brand, and prepare the concept of full package of print production for all needs of the client (golf club, hotel & restaurant). Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel is located in Babite, next to the resort town of Jurmala, and offers a range of high-standart services where particular attention is paid to the smallest details. The advantage of Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel is its location - close to the capital city of Riga and international airport which handles direct flights to and from various destinations around the world. This golf club provides a high quality and price balance compared to other golf courses in the Baltic States.

Produce and implement the new modern visual-identity of Latvijas Nafta brand and change the perception of this company on the home market.
Latvijas Nafta is one of the largest player on the oil market of Latvia in retail and wholesale. At the moment this company operates 44 gas stations, 4 oil bases and cooperates with world largest oil refineries.

ELCOIN - online future banking
Freedom from the usage of cash is making the business transparent and fully digital online banking solution. Our customer needed to provide innovative solutions and a high level of professionalism for all our financial services.
Main goal was the well-planned marketing campaign both in the short and long-term perspective. We have defined marketing objectives to make it easier to get track of where we are and heading to in terms of customer attraction and their satisfaction rates.
World globalization and increasing e-commerce market volumes have opened new opportunities and challenges to Elcoin and us as a revolutionary marketing agency.

JSC Lateko Līzings is developing a new fast loan platform Atrum to compete for the market with new services as small term loans & credit line. Atrum associated with Latvian adverb fast and combines all financial service quality service standards.
We knew that financial sector already has the formal style and established, many better-funded competitors, such as the biggest bank in the country. Our choice was – latest design tendencies, maximum creativity and well-performed strategy. We started to invent and create something new, something bright and colourful, contrary to the whole financial market. Please enjoy our report.

Track.Pro - Fleet Management System
TomWare LTD is well-known region-based tracking system located in Baltic States. Their goal was to renovate and bring a fresh modern look to their homepage and product descriptions, as well as enter the retail market with their new brand TrackPro.
To conquer the retail market, we helped our client to develop an embed in the page “build your own monitoring package” system, so it would be much easier for customers to find the product which would perfectly fit their needs.
Considering the fact, that TomWare is closely connected with latest technology and software development, our choice was metro-style page with intuitive and customer-oriented content.
As a result, we have got a completely new homepage with fresh modern and easily adjustable design, which makes is much easier to update the page according to our client’s needs.

Mercure Riga Centre Hotel
Welcome to Mercure Riga Centre, a brand new designer four star Superior hotel situated in the historical heart of Riga in a magnificent Art Nouveau building from 1901 designed by K. Peksens.
A perfect location for businessmen and tourists. Easy walking distance to the historical Old Town and other important tourist, cultural, and business attractions such as the Freedom Monument, National Opera, Dome Square, and the Riga Congress Centre.
The hotel offers 143 rooms: contemporary designed 124 Classic single or double rooms, exquisitely appointed 11 Privilege, 4 Deluxe and 4 Junior Suites. Two rooms for persons with
reduced mobility. A children’s bed and a crib on demand.
We adopted brand book for franchise hotel: Mercure Riga Centre.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a development company that builds software solutions.
What challenge were you trying to address with vinille?
We engaged with them for 10–12 development projects over the course of 2021.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They were contracted to provide the full spectrum of services that a brand needs including app, content, and UI/UX creation, as well as 3D design. We intended for them to be a comprehensive digital partner.
What is the team dynamic?
There are three managers and a number of developers working on the team, as well as a couple of others, that brings the total to 16. I am still in contact with one, but the other two are not responding to me. There was also one project manager, but she had to leave the company because she was being blamed for many of the issues we were facing.
How did you come to work with vinille?
I found them on Clutch and looked through their references. Though I didn’t meet them personally, I sent them a 60-page proposal, and they thought we would work well with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around €100,000 Euros (approximately $113,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2021.
How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?
We stopped one project about 3–4 months ago. They made a lot of promises and then we delivered the down payment, but what they delivered didn’t come close to meeting our expectations. Their UI/UX resource is no longer with the company, so we are left with a technical environment but no design. It’s impossible to go to market.
How did vinille address the challenges that arose?
They said they’d cover our internal personnel and HR costs if they didn’t get the work done in four weeks. It’s been four months and we’re still in the same place.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
Beyond not delivering, they lost our files. We’d invested around 11,000 hours in developing this banking application, creating 150 screens and generating 200–3—comments, and they deleted the file. I’m moving forward to talk with a lawyer, currently. I’ve never encountered an agency like them.
How was project management handled?
They don’t perform well in this area, but it’s not the employees’ fault. Management can’t agree on the steps forward. There also isn’t a project manager assigned at the moment.
In terms of planning the application, they are very inexperienced. Most of the work has come from our team; we’ve had to show them how to do everything but they’re not preceding with our flows or roadmaps. I’ve stopped payments because they couldn’t deliver.
In what specific areas can they improve?
They are friendly, and therefore good at marketing, which is why we trusted them, but they can’t deliver what they promise.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Never make upfront payments. vinille may make you cost effective offer, but I can’t recommend them.

I’m the Managing Partner of STW Goods for a company that manufacture and distributes active foams for car wash .

We hired the vinille agency to develop the brand, implementing the brand strategy, and packaging design for all active foam products.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to achieve a fresh new look with our new Brand (before that we had a name Caviar d'Eden), in synch with our core company values. We wanted to convey more on the company culture and core values and better tell the story of who we are through our packaging design of products.
How did you select vinille?
I chose to work with them because I had a chance to see them in the office before, when I was creating with them another project and I appreciated how hard they worked for their clients. I also felt like I had a personal connection. Finally, they were familiar with the services that we delivered. Our team liked their process and overall capabilities.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
In the first phase of the project, I went to meet with them and I shared some background about my company, some of my goals, and an overview of my offerings. We also discussed what types of clients I was hoping to attract and briefing process about design and project scope.
After conducting those interviews, they came up with an overarching design strategy and message. They presented a simple but impactful brand message and how they thought it should be laid out.
From there, they worked with my manufacture associate to change the layout of our products labels to reflect the new messaging.
What was the team composition?
Creative Director, Project manager, Designer, Illustrator, 3D Product designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They put us on the shelves. Now our products are available on whole region of Baltic States and we are becoming in short time main supplier of active foam on a market. They did a good job.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They had a project manager that was assigned to me. They did a good job and I’m satisfied. They kept me well informed and hit their target dates. They exceeded my expectations. They were highly communicative and were good about following up with.
As someone who has to manage a lot of different projects, staying on top of things can be a challenge. Vinille made sure that I kept certain tasks at the top of my mind so they could proceed with their work. We were able to meet in the office, but we also used Zoom calls to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
From the first time I spoke with them, I felt that they really put themselves in the customers’ position. They crafted a message based on my needs and understood my needs. They operated as an extension of our team. They’re extremely collaborative and immersive, making them a really fun team to work with.
Their expertise was impressive, as evidenced by their body of work, clientele, and portfolio. They had a lot of credibility, which was important to us. They were also really good listeners. Vinille listened to the ours feedback and always responded well to our requests.
They had a really good understanding of the marketplace in Baltic States.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, I can’t think of anything. Even when we increased the scope of the project, they were very responsive and willing to work on weekends or holidays.

Based in the Baltic States, Primo Studio Art OÜ main line of services is about building multi functional/sports facilities from inception. i.e, from 3D design to building the facilities with the highest quality materials.

We hired vinille to create the branding and full 3D design of a very particular sports complex project on water.
What were your goals for this project?
As the concept was something very unique, the branding had to match the whole idea of the elements of how have a sports complex on water. Branding, collaterals, 3d design, outdoor signage and landing page for the investors.
How did you select vinille?
We selected vinille as a they were referred to us by one of our business contacts within the baltic states. We needed a team who had the eye for attention to detail, and a good execution. As they showed us their previous projects, we convincewd to move forward pretty quickly with them.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We started the process by examining the submitted business plan of the concept and broke down all the main elements of the idea to create the essence of the brand identity. Following that the designers came with 3 very distinct proposals which was difficult to choose from as they were very well designed. We finally choose the one which stood out of them all and started building the whole brand vision around it.
My role was mainly having a feedback on the concept and ideas whereas the MD of our company was the materials to be chosen etc. Final deliverables was : Brand identity, marketing collaterals, complete 3D design, materials selection for building the project.

We didn't expect to receive such a high quality of work from this project. The investors involved were pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

We used a very nice project management software to keep up with the evolution of the project timelines and were always keep informed in due time of the main milestones agreed from. Even though our investors took a very long streak to deliver the decision, they managed to keep the momemtum for delivering the final designs.

Their attention to detail and their responsiveness was always very much appreciated. They are a very dynamic team, so very energetic!

We were happy to work with them and they were very dedicated and patient, not sure what other areas of improvement I would find for them in our case.

How did you select vinille?
We found vinille after a Clutch search and liked the fact that they work heavily in the FMCG, Health & Beauty sector and their portfolio shows a strong result in developing brands and unstable packaging.
Describe the project in detail.
UNICA BE uses a simple logotype to bring forth the idea of friendly vitamins, creating a fluid connection between the customers. The design team used a combination of extensive development and prototyping with a package printing manufacturer to achieve this distinct packaging. To give the brand a stronger presence and an immediate sense of recognition, we refined the identity and color codes without hard-to-pronounce or difficult-to-understand ingredients, helping UNICA BE become a healthy lifestyle.
What was the team composition?
It was a team of 8 specialists: Creative Director, Brand Strategist, Art Director, Client Manager, Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Motion Design & 3D Designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have just launched the new product. The design of the package was driven by two factors: it needed to be highly distinctive in order to launch the brand and it also needed to be sustainable and recyclable. Thanks to high expertise of vinille team we made it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their project management was very effective in the workflow. All communication was done through a Slack channel and Monday.com task management. We also did a weekly check-in with Zoom to see the progress.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Vinille's art direction for the photography also played a large part in shaping UNICA BE’s brand, ensuring that the images focus on all shapes, sizes and colour. Portraying positivity through portraiture and abstract shots of the human form, these images come to life on the website, where the user feels unafraid and confident to explore these issue

Our previous name & brand were outdated and we were looking to rebrand and refresh our company. We need a new set of naming & branding for it and we decided to hire vinille to help us with the branding & strategy development.

To have one unified identity and branding for the wooden manufacturer company. The project encompasses brand strategy and messaging, iconography, promotional materials, packaging and livery, environmental graphics, website and digital applications, and a brand activation.

We heard about vinille from some common contacts and liked the fact that they work heavily in the branding services before, so they know the industry pretty well. Their portfolio shows a strong result in developing brands and strategy for the disruptive brands. We decided to move forward with our branding tasks with vinille.

Vinille client manager established project timelines. Then we had an initial briefing to discuss the ideas, goals, and values we wanted. They call it as a Brand Heart-book. We used mood boards to create a concept direction and vision. Then, vinille submitted a proposal for the whole project. We requested a few adjustments, and they made the changes.

Vinille team for the project was: Creative Director, Client Manager, Brand Strategist, Senior Designer, Graphic Designer and Illustrator.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Outcomes - we established brunch offices of the company in several markets, received a lot on inquiries and potential clients in first month after we implemented brand in live.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Vinille worked closely with WoodWillen leadership on the project. Founded in 2012, the fast-growing company is no longer a SME it’s already one of the top frame house construction companies in Latvia, with a $20 M valuation and more than 100 employees and it wanted to look like an established brand. It also required a brand architecture that could expand along with it, as it moves into launching a portfolio of products that offer everything needed to deliver high-quality building projects.
The vinille team was effective at all aspects of project management. They used some Tasks Management tools, email and Google as communication channels.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
WoodWillen brand identity conveys the company’s design approach, linking creativity with customization. The vinille designers developed a system of custom icons that use the line weights, axes and the wooden lines have been extended into a series of different geometric patterns.

When we started, I had a super basic brand deck. I knew what colors and language I wanted to use and the new name of the brand. After short briefing and project plan - we worked on our logo, fonts, and honed in on the color scale. We determined our target audience — their age, income, location — and identified the most effective way to reach them by design and right packaging with what we can be outstanding on shelf. Finally, developed my website using Shopify.
What was the team composition?
I am closely working with the two partners - Andrey and Deniss. They are handling the day-to-day operations pretty carefully with a team of 4 people: Art Director, Designer, Illustrator & Brand Analyst.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It's unfortunately too early to share the outcomes of the project because vinille agency still works on a brand design and new packaging implementation. Even if not still live, we're very happy about the product packaging mockup and vinille have captured the essence of our brand in their design.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was great, the daily check-ins were demanding, but the communication was very fluid and on a daily basis, so there wasn't any work going nowhere. And it was great to have a team, who understood even when ideas weren't converging.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They know design better than any other vendor we've worked with in the past. We work really well together. It’s the balance between quality and cost. That is kind of rare.

Our previous name & brand were outdated and we were looking to rebrand and refresh our company. We had a new strategy for the newly merged company, but we also need a new set of naming & branding for it. Since we don't have the capacity to do it in-house, we decided to hire vinille to help us with the branding & strategy development.

How did you select vinille?
We found vinille after a Google search and liked the fact that they work heavily in the fintech sector so they know the industry pretty well. Their portfolio shows a strong result in developing brands for financial industry. We shortlisted 4 agencies but based on the criteria above, we decided to select vinille.

After we established project timelines, we had an initial briefing to discuss the ideas, goals, and values we wanted. We used mood boards to create a cohesive look and feel. Then, vinille submitted a proposal for the whole project. We requested a few adjustments, and they made the changes.
Vinille team redefined the branding with their strategies, improving the digital process and the website interface. Their branding elements were also incorporated in company presentations, marketing collateral, and event materials. We continue to work with them to maintain these efforts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have just launched the new branding internally. The new identity really reflects what the new company stands for and believe in–and everyone agreed with it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All communication was done through a Slack channel and Monday.com task management. We can pop up any questions or updates there. We also did a weekly check-in with Google meet to see the progress. It was very effective.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They really understand the fintech industry and, more importantly, what we are doing and trying to achieve. Vinille can nail it in a very short time due to their experience and exposure to some other financial companies that doing similar things with us.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, the way they handled the project from start to finish is very professional.

What were your goals for this project?
We engaged vinille agency to help us create a brand for our company. We needed to completely fresh new ideas to better represent our brand and meet our clients’ needs.
How did you select vinille?
The contact was passed through a mutual friend who had recommended vinille as an excellent design agency with past experience and big portfolio. After a quick Zoom video call consultation I understand that this matches our company needs and we wanted to work with them straight away.

First, I answered a brand discovery questionnaire. This was used as a basis to develop the initial branding idea and then workshop my brand concept. Then designed the new logo, website, business cards, and other collateral.
What was the team composition?
Head of the Project management lead the project, and he was my point of contact. It was great to have such expertise on-hand rather than get passed to junior members of the group. He was readily available and really understood what we needed.
I also worked with Art Director, Designer, Brand Strategist. They are handling the day-to-day operations pretty carefully and have divided the workload amongst themselves and use other people for help.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The branding has been very well received in our industry. I have been pleased with the result of the identity, colors, and professional look and feel of the brand.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Extremely. It has been efficient. There have been no unnecessary meetings or queries throughout the process. Communication was great, the feedback was well incorporated and we had minimal rounds of review. As a client, vinille made me feel important. They simply understood straight away what we needed.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with how they transformed my preferences into visual representations of our company. I have no revisions at all. The ability to simply "get" what you mean. The turnaround time for work was extremely fast, as in days. It felt like I was their only client.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There's always what to improve, but I’m happy with the team’s work. I found their level of service very high level.

I’m Managing Partner at Monnera. We have a new product that’s a financial service suite for small and medium-sized companies, like payment gateway, P2P lending platform, online banking, white label cards and money transaction services.

I knew Vinille Managing Partner personally, and I knew his work. I saw a campaign that Vinille had worked on and I thought they did a fantastic job.
We decided that, because we’re a new financial bank and services provider, we wanted to start with the best, so we hire vinille agency team.

Vinille developed our brand from scratch. They worked in tandem with our marketing department, but they did all of the heavy lifting.
In terms of branding, they came up with logo, branding information, tagline, marketing tools, and visuals.
Talking about web-page & mobile app UI/UX they proposed and developed revolutionary design ideas. Vinille guided us through a very through, multi-step process.
What impressed me the most the very significant investment that the vinille team made in reviewing a tremendous amount of background material on our company and our process.

We worked with a total of five teammates, including Founder & Creative Director, Project Manager, Strategist & Analyst, Senior Designer and UI/UX Designer.

They put us on the map. We also ended up with the resources to introduce potential clients to our brand with great confidence and conviction. They did an outstanding job.

The vinille team was effective at all aspects of project management, because they used Monday.com, email and Google Meet as communication channels.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Vinille is creative and collaborative. The team’s energy is amazing, non-stop with new ideas and feelings.
They’re very customer-oriented. I’ve never felt like any concern I had wasn’t immediately addressed.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, I really have nothing bad to say about them.
With ineffective management and high turnover, vinille, has brought more issues than benefits. Their disorganized management has led to a pause in the engagement, as well as promised repayments for the delay. While they offer cost-effective pricing, the client doesn't recommend partnering with them.
