We were looking for someone to manage our PPC campaigns.

Vine Street is managing our digital marketing and PPC campaigns. They’re maintaining our number one and first-page ranking on Google.
First, Vine Street studied our company, and they asked questions about our offerings and points of difference. They then created and implemented ad campaigns on Google.
Every month, Vine Street is researching different opportunities, and they’re looking for areas where we might be wasting money. They’re always trying to improve our campaigns to get the best for our business.
In addition, Vine Street is doing social media marketing for us, and they’ve set up different advertisements on Facebook. They’ve created templates and ad posts using the pictures they requested from us.

The fact that we’re still working together after more than two years speaks to Vine Street's good work. We’re receiving quality leads from our ad campaigns, which help us grow our business.

If I have a question or concern, Vine Street is speedy and responsive. They’re also fast in delivering — if I want to change something in our ad campaigns, they immediately implement. We communicate primarily through email and sometimes through phone calls.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vine Street Digital, and what were your goals?
We put Vine Street Digital in charge of all of our PPC needs on both Google and Bing as this was an area we were struggling with and hadn't been successful with previously. We needed someone to explain it to us and help us understand the processes involved and manage all campaigns on our behalf.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We did our research on the background of the company via various reviews from around the net as well as read media stories about their approach to PPC and business operations. Their ethics around how they treat their clients and their staff was a major part in our decision-making process on top of the fact that they are an Australian-based company that employee Australian-based team members.

We had lots of meetings with them and they spent a while asking us questions about our industry, products we sell, margins, and targets. They let us know about we could expect during the process, how it all works and then went about setting up our campaigns on various platforms

During the initial phase of Vine Street Digital getting to know us as a client, we were in discussions with multiple people. Once they understood our needs as a client, they then set us up with our account manager Gabi who took over from there to set up our campaigns.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I would say that right from the start the campaigns were successful which I wasn't expecting as I thought it would take a lot of time for Vine Street to understand the nature of our business and the complexities involved. This wasn't the experience we had received prior to engaging Vine Street Digital so we were very impressed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Every week Vine Street Digital call us and update us on our campaigns. Our campaign manager shares our wins and challenges and asks us questions relating to the products we are targeting and interesting items that may be standing out on our campaign reports. Our campaign manager would then adjust our campaigns based on the outcomes of these meetings and we would see continued success and major improvements.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Vine Street Digital is known for providing great working conditions for their staff and ensures that each employee of their company isn't overloaded with clients. This results in the client feeling that they have a teammate rather than just being another customer.
Our campaign manager Gabi really cares about our business and is genuinely excited when we have major wins. Gabi never drops the ball and is always on time for meetings and is truly dedicated to our success.
Vine Street Digital has adopted a business model and philosophy that works. The combination of staff happiness and well-being with well-structured systems and client protocols is a major success for everyone involved.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly, I believe in constructive criticism to benefit businesses but I cannot think of anything.

Vine Street Digital was brought in to manage and grow our online marketing presence. Our goals were to increase conversions online and to build brand awareness through advertising in various online spaces.

We searched for local digital marketing agencies and shortlisted 3 which really stood out to us. After a couple of meetings we decided Vine Street Digital was the best fit for us based on cost, skill, and past performance.

Our digital strategy is primarily to show advertising to previous website visitors in the form of remarketing campaigns online, and other campaigns are conducted based on key search terms and popular industry terms. We use Facebook advertising, Google advertising, and Bing advertising to achieve this. This project has been a success, with a decent CPA across all platforms helping drive growth in the business and establish an online presence and reputation.

Our social and search advertising campaigns are a great success, with an average CPA around our target, with some campaigns being especially profitable with a CPA much lower than our target. Since we've started our campaigns with Vine St Digital we've seen a steady flow of customers from the platforms we advertise on and these campaigns have become an integral part of our business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between us and Vine St Digital is extremely efficient. They set meeting times and personal face-to-face meetings allowing for ease of questions and responsiveness from our account manager.

Courtney and Vine St Digital are very clued up on the online advertising industry and they've been a huge boon to our business. We're seeing a very respectable ROI with efficient and effective campaigns constructed to suit our needs. Vine Street Digital is a specialized PPC and social media company, so I hired them to manage my whole Google Ads account. Every month, they give me a report on how my account is performing, and we tweak the campaigns based on the season that we’re going through and the conversion rate we're getting.
I can contact them whenever I feel to make any changes to the campaigns, and if there is any news, I let them know.

The campaign has been very successful so far - we are in the final days of the Appeal and are on track to reach the ambitious $30k Appeal target. Harry assisted in setting up testing of age groups, and ad sets with adjusted campaign messaging and graphics which will be invaluable when creating and targeting future campaigns. The cost per visit to Appeal landing page has been lower than expected and Harry also assisted with adjustment of audience through Appeal to ensure highest possible conversions.

Harry was very quick to respond to any queries and always incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful!!

Direct contact with Digital Marketing specialist rather than being held up passing through an Account Manager meant the process was quick and we were always able to find the answers we needed quickly and accurately. We were not satisfied with our former PPC agency. Return on ad spend (ROAS) was an afterthought for them. They measured campaigns success based on conversions without considering the cost per conversion. This was very frustrating as return on investment, is ultimately why you advertise.

We were looking for higher quality leads and hoping to convert more of those leads.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handled our Facebook and Instagram ads. I provided some written content, but they designed everything and would produce original visual content for the ads. They worked rather autonomously and were constantly changing different aspects to deliver the best results. When people call in because of the ads, they become hot leads and we take it from there.

They’ve been brilliant. I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to project management.

For a small business like us, it’s a big leap of faith to invest in an agency, but Vine Street Digital made us feel safe. That trust is an important part of our relationship. Other vendors we’ve worked with have just left our account alone and we didn’t get enough value out of our partnership. On the other hand, Vine Street Digital ensures that we get the most out of our budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear on what you want to get out of your partnership—they’re there to help you, you just need to give them the information that they need. They’ll ask you questions and get all the details, but you need to tell them what you want first.
You also need to give them at least three months for them to find their feet and test a few different things. When I was new to the process, I didn’t realize that that it took time, so that’s really important.
