Our previous Google AdWords team was only getting us between 12 and 15 leads a month. Since Vine Street Digital began working with us, we've been reliably receiving over 200 leads per month. We've increased our ad spend since they started. There’s been an impressive magnitude of difference in our lead generation.
How did Vine Street Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
One of the best things about Vine Street Digital is their reporting. Rather than automated reports generated by SEMrush, they compile and send us a detailed one each month with real insight into what's going well and what isn’t working. They update our target for the next month for continual progress. The team writes these reports in simple language that's easy to read and understand. I read them religiously because they're always informative.
I talk to the owner on Skype and also send her e-mails now and then. We have an open line of communication. They're easy to reach. When I was in Australia, we talked more on the phone. Now that I'm living overseas, we mostly use digital channels.

Are there any areas they could improve?
For our business, not really. We burned through so many different contractors, and they're the only one that's performed consistently for two years. I don't predict anything changing in the future; I only see them getting better. They’re always available, and we never have any issues.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I encourage potential clients to go for it. Google AdWords isn't for everyone. I've recommended the team to other people who AdWords didn't work for as a strategy, but if it's something you want to try, you should absolutely use Vine Street Digital. They will definitely work hard to understand your business before they recommend increasing your budget.
