We are an IT company and we were in need of 2 resources for a month, for an e-commerce project. We wanted 2 resource to complete our ecommerece project.

We hired them and provided the expectations for the outcomes. We saw their guys in the initial conversation understood the project precisely.

The scope was we wanted to dedicated resources, both should have been the coders and they must have worked for us dedicatedly. Whatever we want them to code, they must do that.
