Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The project began with a kickoff call with our account manager, who brought me up to speed as to what I could expect over the course of our campaign. They then did an in-depth keyword analysis, which lead to the production of a strategy that we are still utilizing to this day. Next, came the audit of the site, which was grouped into three buckets: technical issues, content recommendations, and optimization opportunities. One of the biggest issues they uncovered was the existence of duplications on our site, which was really hurting our site's authority and rankings.
Every month, Victorious builds backlinks to our site, and they continue to monitor our site's technical SEO closely. On multiple occasions, our technical team made changes to the site that would have negatively impacted our SEO if Victorious hadn't caught the issue and recommended a change. In addition to those items, were currently focused on 'Keyword Jacking' - a process that analyzes competitor's rankings to uncover keyword themes that we aren't ranking for, due to a gap in our content. Victorious not only identifies the content gap, creates optimized content for our site that fills the hole.
