the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Home Health Aide Training Institute, a healthcare training institution.
What challenges were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
We wanted to gain notoriety for our services and mission as an organization.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious PR provided PR services to help us spread awareness of our senior healthcare program. They focused on placing us in a predominant position so people could read about our school and the caregivers that we offer.
Regarding the process, we gave them a brief on what we were looking for and devised knowledgeable strategies with carefully-made verbiage to make it easy for the public to understand our message.
What was the team composition?
We worked with Victorious PR’s full team.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I found them through an online search. We chose them because I saw how Victoria (CEO) said she could take their customers to the next level and liked her confidence in expressing how she could deliver success.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $30,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2022–January 2023.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Victorious PR helped us to spread the spectrum and awareness of our work favorably, and we were very grateful for that. Overall, we were satisfied with their services because they met our expectations — Victorious PR is a great PR firm.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious PR met our deadlines and stayed within budget. In addition, they were responsive to our feedback, and we never had a problem with them. In terms of communication, we used email and meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team that Victorious PR assembled was their biggest strength.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on. They did a great job and handled everything professionally by being on top of their game.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Follow your dream and go with the work plan you want.

PR Campaign for Life Coaching Company

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and owner of Truth Coach Randy. I’m a life coach, but I call my idealogy truth coaching since I believe we need to live in our own truth to live fulfilling lives. I train coaches under my brand, and I’m also an author.
I have an online university called Truth University and have my copywriting approach called SIMS approach, which is an acronym for story, implementation, manifestation, and show and tell.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
I needed help with a PR campaign to have a global reach for my company. My mission is to help the world and help my customers understand the importance of living in their truth. I help customer face their problems instead of masking them.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious PR created and managed my PR campaign. They initially provided me with the project’s timeline and budget. They booked featured interviews and articles on different channels, including podcasts and magazines. Victorious PR also wrote articles and produced a TV spot.
Moreover, Victorious PR created social media posts featuring my media mentions. They managed the posts’ graphic design and copywriting. If I had an article coming up, Victorious PR sent me art to promote it on my social media.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Victoria (CEO) and Cory (Publicity Manager).
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
My manager presented Victorious PR to me. However, I’m unsure how she initially found them. After talking to Victoria, I chose them because she was truthful.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $24,000 with Victorious PR.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Victorious PR from November 2022–February 2023.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Victorious PR’s team understood the importance of my company’s mission and knew it needed to be heard. They found the appropriate media channels that ended up being a perfect fit. I was interviewed by persons that cared about my company’s mission.
The articles Victorious PR wrote were beyond my expectations. What Victorious PR delivered in the months we worked together elevated my brand more than what other companies created in the previous months of the year. Victorious PR pushed me to make important decisions about my practice.
Moreover, I increased my social media followers and overall engagement. Working with Victorious PR helped me find new confidence and understanding of my brand’s mission. They helped me convey my company’s mission to a broader audience.
Everything Victorious PR promised to deliver, they did with professionalism and precision. Victorious PR is an elite PR firm that offers high-quality service. I enjoyed working with them and look forward to working with them again in the future. As of now, there are some adjustments I need to make before working with them again.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious PR responded to my emails almost immediately. We worked great together, and Victorious PR helped us make our time efficient. They sent me a PR tracker, and we also communicated through email and monthly Zoom calls.
We initially had a three-month contract, and even though Victorious PR didn’t meet the original 90 days, they stayed diligent and never squandered their mission. Victorious PR worked until they delivered what they promised.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was most impressed by how seriously Victorious PR takes their clients.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wish they had found live events for me as part of our PR strategy — either a conference or panel would’ve been great. I wish Victorious PR could expand their service offer to include live events.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend being conscious about conscious and respecting the set timelines. Respond to their emails promptly because time is money, and if you waste time, you’re wasting your money. If you have a problem, speak straight up with Victorious PR, and that will be the best way to resolve it.

PR Services for Financial Company
“Victorious PR didn’t provide the expected value for the money I paid.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive at a financial services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
We needed someone to provide us with PR services and help us improve our brand awareness and Google search results.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious PR created and implemented a PR strategy for my company. I initially had an interview with Victoria (CEO) to explain my project.
Victorious PR helped me secure media placements in magazines, websites, and other publications. They published articles about my company on different media outlets and got my website on Google. Victorious PR also booked me media mentions and podcasts interviews.
What is the team composition?
Initially, I worked with Victoria and a writer. Later on, there was a transition to a new supervisor, and I also started working with Cory (Publicity Manager).
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I met Victorious PR through a colleague that had previously worked with them. I needed a PR company, so I contacted them.
How much have you invested with them?
I invested $60,000 with Victorious PR.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with Victorious PR from January–June 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Although I didn’t have quantitative metrics for this project, Victorious PR didn’t meet my expectations. My main goal was to create brand awareness and improve my Google search results. The podcasts they selected weren’t that great since they were free placements; I could’ve contacted those platforms.
I ended up working with another PR agency that offered me better media coverage. I realized PR is about connections and networking, and the new agency got me published in bigger publications for the same amount of money.
Another thing I’ve noticed with this new agency is that every article they write about my company is different. Whereas the articles Victorious PR published were the same; they had the same content and copy.
Now that I’ve worked with multiple PR agencies, I can say Victorious PR didn’t provide the expected value for the money I paid. The price was too high for what they delivered, and the results didn’t address my specific pain points.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious PR was responsive and met deadlines — I didn’t have any issues on that end. Victorious PR used a Microsoft Excel file where they tracked the project’s progress, and they also sent me videos they recorded on Loom.
Is there anything that Victorious PR did well or that you would consider a strength?
Victorious PR’s customer service was on point. Cory’s team was great.
In what specific areas can they improve?
In the initial calls with Victorious PR’s sales representative, they were vague about some aspects of our engagement. For example, they said they would place our brand in some media outlets but didn’t specify which ones. I was inexperienced and didn’t ask detailed questions.
When I started working with the other agency, they were straight up about their offer and told me the publications and outlets where they’d publish my company. I knew since the beginning what I was paying for.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend implementing a PR strategy when you already have a sustainable and successful company. You really need to have sufficient cash flow and client acquisition in order to justify the PR budget.

PR Services for Advertising Agency
“I was really impressed with Victorious PR’s hands-on approach.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of InitiateU, a mortgage and real estate advertising agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
I was having issues getting my story picked up by local publications and podcasts, so I needed a company that could handle my PR needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When I came on board, Victorious PR assigned a specific sales representative to help me review what I was looking for in a PR company. From that, they took some initial notes and went back to Victoria (CEO) and her team, who then came up with a plan involving a bunch of different magazines, podcasts, and publications that they felt we could get picked up in.
After that, I agreed to sign on with them for a six-month engagement. They then gave me a detailed tracker as to when they were going to accomplish their goals, and then they proceeded to set out to accomplish each of those goals. They did a great job — they were able to help get me out in front of different publications, podcasts, and magazines since I started working with them.
What is the team composition?
I worked with three people from Victorious PR, including a project manager, a sales representative, and a writer, who put together all of the different articles that they delivered to the different publications we reached out to.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I found Victorious PR through a mutual friend and through a networking group that Victoria and I are both members of.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on this project from December 2021–June 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I saw an increase in my website views from each of the times that I did podcasts and each of the times that each of the different publications I was featured in came out. I’ve also been able to watch the number of people visiting my website and subsequently submitting their information for quotes increase through my Google Analytics.
Victorious PR was very hands-on throughout the engagement; they were quick to text me and help facilitate or reschedule any appointments that I was supposed to be at in case anything came up.
Overall, the experience was very good, and I’d definitely consider hiring them again for additional services in the future.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious PR performed well in terms of project management. They definitely hit all of their deadlines and goals. They used a PR tracker to track each of the different goals that we had. We went through that tracker quite often, and it worked well in terms of making sure that we were hitting all the marks that we were trying to hit.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was really impressed with Victorious PR’s hands-on approach. Victoria was very involved and easily accessible, and her team was incredibly helpful throughout as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to be as hands-on as the Victorious PR team is.

PR Services for E-Learning Company
“I feel that I’m truly valued — if things aren’t going the way I want them to, Victorious PR listens to me.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of an e-learning company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
With Victorious PR, I was looking to gain more traction and share our company’s story.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious PR works to get us featured on top publications and produced hundreds of articles for our press releases. They include us in various types of media such as podcasts. They diversify our PR profile and work to make us an authority in our niche.
They’ve presented us with a 90-day PR kit. The team has given us a bunch of articles, such as authority articles where we share tips about our niche. Then, they create press releases for us that essentially talk about our company, presenting what we’re up to with the world.
On top of that, they’ve written profile pieces that share a bit about who I am and my story. The team has gifted me with a big poster that has my picture and the articles that feature me. It serves as a reminder of all the things our company has accomplished. I showcase it with the clients I’m meeting on Zoom.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Madelyn (PR Manager), who is my account manager. Victoria (CEO) has onboarded me and assigned Madelyn to me. Apart from them, three writers and editors work on my pieces. As a result, even though I only work directly with the account manager, I know there’s a team of people that produces the deliverables for me.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I was doing research on different PR firms, and I found Victorious PR on social media. I interviewed them to see if they were a good fit for our needs. We decided to move forward with the engagement from there.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement started in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Victorious PR has fulfilled what they have to do for us. They’ve published the articles they’ve promised to publish — our contract is essentially being completed.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is great because they have a system where they show us exactly what’s being completed. It's easy to figure out how things are going. There isn’t any guesswork, and my point of contact is able to troubleshoot any issues I have. If I need to revise or change anything, Madelyn sends out the articles to the editors or writers. Simply put, she makes sure that I’m happy every step of the way. I can always go to her and she’ll figure things out.
In terms of tools, Victorious PR uses Google Documents while we review articles to make sure they’re good. I give them pictures and files that they may need as we communicate back and forth. The team then gives me weekly updates to ensure we’re on track. We use a PR tracker so that we understand our progress. To communicate, we use emails and Loom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Not only do they have great connections with big-name publications; they also do well in their relationships with their clients. I feel that I’m truly valued — if things aren’t going the way I want them to, Victorious PR listens to me. Victoria herself never makes it seem like I can’t reach out to her just because she’s assigned an account manager to me. She’s supportive and listens to everything I have to say.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You get what you pay for in the sense that if you’re not ready to invest in becoming number one in your niche, then Victorious PR may not be for you. They’re a top-tier PR firm, and they give you what they promise. In short, be ready to invest if you want to be on top.

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Founder of a high performance coaching company geared towards faith-based C-suite executives, investors, and entrepreneurs.
For what projects/services did your company hire Victorious PR, and what were your goals?
Our business was working with clients whose net worth exceed $367M and we wanted exposure so we could be the #1 authority on our niche.
How did you select this vendor?
I’ve worked with their representative, Yahya. Because of his trusted voice, we worked through the proposal together.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
We began with a brand call and discovery call. They heard our brand story, then was able to create several press releases that were published within the first week. By week 6 of the campaign, I was already across hundreds of publications along with getting booked for podcasts.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with their CEO in the first call and since then, I’ve worked with their account manager, and their assigned writer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since working with them, our traffic to our website has increased at least 93% in the first 2 weeks without adding any improvements to SEO.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
After the initial call, I communicate with the Account Manager via email mainly and I add the finishing touches to the articles they write via Google Docs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are really good at what they do. They don’t need consistent contact to properly communicate your voice. They truly do come through with exactly they offer!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Just for future clients, that their first Brand Strategy call would include the brand recommendations we were able to receive in Week 5 of the campaign. If they provide this in the beginning for every client, it would truly take their service to a higher quality.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of two companies: an aviation company and an organ transplant organization. The first caters to corporate charters, and then we provide jets, helicopters, and ground transportation to organ transplant efforts.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
We’d utilized other marketing companies in the past and we’re now trying to expand our reach nationwide. Our goal was to reach our target audience all around the country.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us get our message out around the country on social media. This wasn’t a typical campaign for us, as we normally just market our name, but here Victorious highlighted our true mission statement so people can find it when they look us up.
In addition to social media marketing, they also drafted and sent out press releases and wrote articles for online publications. They also got us onto television and a few podcasts.
What is the team composition?
We worked with around four people, including Victoria (CEO) and Madeline (Account Manager).
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I found them on either LinkedIn or Facebook and had a few phone conversations with them to discuss our goals and objectives.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost invested was around $45,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2021–March 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
This is hard to say, but we’ve certainly increased the reach of our operators by about 40%, as well as our overall client base. We feel very accomplished. Victorious told us what they would do for us and delivered exactly as promised
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
They worked exactly as promised. Everything was on time. We collaborated over GitHub, email, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
After our term was up — we engaged them just for six months — they referred us to another company who is continuing the marketing work. They didn’t get anything for doing that; they just didn’t want us to be stranded. We wanted to switch up what we were doing, and it speaks a lot of Victorious PR’s ethics that they helped us find another provider.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing at all.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you’re looking for. When you’re meeting another company, you want to make sure that they understand exactly what you’re looking for. This may take time, especially if the vendor is working in a new industry for them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Insurance Claim HQ, a law firm that focuses on first-party property-casualty claims as a result of natural and human-caused disasters.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
We felt that, although we were very good at what we do, not a lot of people knew about us. Thus, we were looking for someone who could help us expand our profile so that more people would find us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious PR has helped us set up a PR campaign for us to identify people who might want to interview us and hear more about our message. As a part of this campaign, they’ve assisted us in being featured on podcasts, news outlets, blogs, and other media outlets. They’ve also done press releases and created a media package for us.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with many people from Victorious PR throughout our engagement, from whom Victoria (CEO) has been my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I saw their advertisement, and someone I knew made good comments about working with them and the results they got, so I hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our business has grown substantially as a result of our partnership with Victorious PR. Many clients have told us that they’ve been encouraged to contact us after reading an interview, listening to a podcast, or seeing one of our media appearances.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious PR’s project management is excellent. They’re a very tech-forward business, so it is very clear that they use project management tools internally. We communicate via email and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the most impressive skills of Victorious PR is that they deliver on what they promise. In advertising and PR, that’s not usually the norm.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think that Victorious PR could improve on anything; they’ve been fantastic so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Your engagement with Victorious PR will only work if you actively participate in it. Give them honest feedback about their ideas because they’re not necessarily experts in your field. They’re eager to learn, so you’ll need to be willing to educate them.

We’re inventors and entrepreneurs that create new and innovative IP and development for farming.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
We’d never done any marketing before and started with CBD and Hemp. After the stigma around those products was broken, they flooded the market, and we needed to rebrand.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They work to place our message and name in publications and podcasts and on TV. Specifically, they write articles and reach out to podcasts and TV hosts in an attempt to connect with them.
What is the team composition?
Several people, including myself, work directly with Erin (Public Relations Account Manager). I don’t work with anyone else. She does a wonderful jog of delegating to and managing the team behind her.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
Our manager — a strategic business partner — had done a lot of wonderful work with brands and he recommended Victorious PR.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since August 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s been a whirlwind and we’ve really kept moving. When you Google our name, there are hundreds of articles below it that match us, even though we have a common name. Being seen for our name was our most important goal; the business we’re in is highly represented on Google, and we have to be able to tell our story so people can decide to follow us or not.
Erin is always excited and definitely knows how to ramp up. They ensure we have the right materials to do our own additional marketing. She fits right into what we need as the missing piece to our marketing puzzle.
Day or night, they’re very creative. They’ve never told me no whenever I bring an odd request to them that would make my life easier. I really appreciated this, as I’ve definitely let several outsourced teams go because of their relatively limited abilities or say-no-first attitude when compared to Victorious PR.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
If things are going to be late, we get a simple email that makes it as if the task isn’t late at all. If I message them first, I don’t have any problems getting responses as soon as I need. They organically communicate 2–3 times a week. I feel very informed. I sometimes have to make time to manage their work because they’re so on top of it.
I envy Erin’s project management skills. They made it easy to use whatever I needed; I prefer Google Docs and Calendly for booking. They’ve also worked with me through email. If we’re done to the wire, we’ll text one another.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They got us on a podcast to give an interview, and before the interview started, the host let us know to give Victorious PR high compliments. They approached him in a way that got his attention; in fact, he tells other publicists to approach him in the same way. Normally podcasts don’t publish for a month afterward, but this one was up in one week.
I hired them to be professionals, and to have that podcast host compliment her on just that characteristic was great. This interaction demonstrated to me that she communicates with others just as well as she communicates with me.
Erin is excited about our subjects. If she isn’t having fun with us, then she’s doing a wonderful job faking it. She makes it a lot of fun to take on a large project of getting our articles published and getting us on TV and podcasts. Erin takes it seriously and has fun with me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven’t been disappointed at all. As of now, I’m satisfied. I might need longer with them before I have anything to request to do better. Right now, though, I feel confident that they would take into consideration any request I make and fix it immediately.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have lots of pre-written materials so they can get the ball rolling on getting your name out there. Additionally, save your recordings of public speeches, news appearances — put it all in a document that contains all your accomplishments and press. That way, you won’t have to work to collect all the information for them. It doesn’t make sense to bring them on and then do a month of prep work.
Video messages of yourself talking about your dreams, passions, products, and brands — whatever you’re going to draw attention to.

PR Services for Sign Language Interpreting Organization
“I haven’t regretted the amount of money that I’ve invested in them.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of two companies. One is My Hands Your Heart, and the other is Cruise Interpreter Academy. We provide sign language interpreting services; we also help organizations become more inclusive of the deaf community. Our team also helps employers with interpreting sensitivities when they have deaf employees. We also give them the option to put their ads in sign language to provide more variety to deaf people. This is an $8 trillion market.
What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
I don’t like marketing. I’ve tended my companies for 12 years, and while we’re growing in popularity, we’re not growing in terms of recognition. I’ve been a sign language interpreter for 42 years; I’ve also been an advocate, a mentor, and an instructor. Still, no one knows the depth of the services I offer. As a result, I’ve hired Victorious to help me get my name out there and be seen as an expert in my field and profession.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Victorious help me in doing press releases for both of my companies. They also make it possible for my content to reach far and wide. Some of my articles have already been published in Forbes and New York Weekly, and they’ve helped me put those articles into my portfolio, which we use to present our business to other organizations.
They also use their relationships and connections to help me build my name. I’m a child of deaf adults (CODA), and they’ve used this foundation to also help get into podcasts and receive requests to provide talks. In fact, Victorious is helping me prepare for a TED Talk.
What is the team composition?
We work with Victoria (CEO) and a writer, who does research about me and my company. I also work with Lynda (PR Account Manager).
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent a little over $60,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We now have a waiting list of nearly 90 people for our academy; prior to our engagement with Victorious, only around 15–20 people would sign up with us. My next big event is in August 2022, and because of the large waiting list, we’ll also have to do something in September 2022.
Moreover, a multi-billion dollar company is getting ready to be our first sponsor. This is what I’ve needed; if the companies know the depth of what we do, I know we’ll have bigger contracts. Victorious has helped us achieve this by getting my name out there.
Throughout all of these, they don’t simply throw me into the market. We’ve started slow, and they let me build up momentum so that I’m comfortable. At present, we’ve got a truly fruitful market. Requests are coming in quicker than we can handle.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Victorious is great at project management. Our field and the things I do aren’t common at all. While plenty of coaches, speakers, and instructors exist, not a lot of them do sign language on different market levels.
The Victorious team has taken this information and used it to grow their knowledge. They also do excellent research to help create a highly relevant article. Simply put, I haven’t regretted the amount of money that I’ve invested in them.
To communicate, we mainly use emails. Lynda and I usually have Zoom meetings once or twice per month, depending on what we need to discuss. If we have a deadline, we meet weekly or biweekly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
A lot of companies on LinkedIn want to do what Victorious is doing for us. I challenge them and ask them certain requests, and all of them can’t do podcasts and TikTok services well. The podcasts they have aren’t well-known — I research them and see how large their audience is.
Meanwhile, Victoria and her team stand out because they’ve done all of this. They’ve gone through the process; the team has built relationships with people, making it easy for their clients to come through.
Moreover, I’ve seen Victorious let go of a customer that doesn’t meet the standards that Victoria and her team uphold. In other words, they aren’t afraid to let someone go if that client isn’t superior in terms of their representation. I appreciate that because I feel that they’ll protect me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d like to see Victorious utilize my services themselves. Many deaf people with masters, doctorates, and organizations can use their services; they’d need to utilize my services to make an example of the great work they do. Put another way, I’d like to see them bring and obtain clients who are deaf and hard of hearing themselves.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Answer Victorious’ emails. Work hard to keep up with their deadlines, and communicate with the team — do what they tell you to do. They’re the experts in their field, so when they come to you and tell you what to do, follow their instructions. Their goal is to make you an expert in your field and profession as they are in theirs.
Victorious PR successfully helped the client to spread the spectrum and awareness of the client's work. Victorious PR met deadlines and stayed within budget, ensuring a responsive project management experience. The client also praised their team, which was key to the engagement's success.
