I wanted to publicize our new coaching program and gain exposure outside of Atlanta.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re providing marketing and PR services to promote my new coaching program. We started with a strategy session, and Victorious PR mapped out diverse strategies for achieving my goals. We’re now executing the plan. They’ve publicized my program through articles, podcast media, and about five press releases. It’s a six-month campaign, and we’re about to enter the second phase.

Their project management has been very good. We keep track of what’s scheduled, in progress, in the queue, and completed via a Google Sheet. We communicate via email, phone, Zoom meetings, and sometimes recorded video.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have good reach through their access to digital, print, and podcast media resources.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’ve asked to review metrics from the first phase of the campaign with them to see if there’s any information that we can use to strategically adjust our positioning. I’m also going to send Erin links and information about our coaching program, so our sales team and Victorious PR will hopefully be fully integrated regarding content and messaging in phase two.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Follow Victorious PR’s guidance. For timeliness and efficiency, be proactive in doing your part — provide them with content and reviews so you don’t create a backlog for their team.

Victorious helped us with press releases for us to gain general exposure. We were involved in a couple of podcasts, too. To elaborate, we operated in stealth; we didn’t want too much information to go out, so we did strategic releases and industry-specific interviews on podcasts. Moreover, their writers wrote articles. We then released content as needed since we were on a tight schedule.

We worked with about four people from their team, including Victoria (CEO). She worked on our high-level strategies. We also interfaced with an account manager and a copywriter. Another person worked on our general strategy on Victoria’s behalf.

We didn’t know anything about PR except that it either wouldn’t do anything or it would bring in millions of dollars to us. However, our PR effort went live, and that was what we were interested in — it gave us greater exposure. Overall, the campaign worked well, and Victorious met our expectations.

Their ability to stick to schedules was good, and we had no issues in terms of budget. To communicate, we used emails.

They were led by Victoria, who was big on her personal brand. Given that, if we wanted to improve our branding, a partnership with her would’ve been great.

I just wish we had seen more content go out. On top of that, it would’ve been better if they set up a chat room so that we could’ve communicated more openly.
To be fair, that type of communication wouldn’t be appropriate for the type of customers they have; they deal more with small businesses.

Have a clear idea of how you want to be seen by the public. Then, communicate that with Victorious as clearly as possible. Since they move fast, it’s best to have an exact idea of what you want to do.

After that, they wrote articles for us and publish them in local and national media like ABC, Fox News, Forbes, and female-related publications. I can’t argue with the quality and the timeliness of the work delivered — they did everything they said they were going to do.

People sometimes don’t know how to handle brand awareness once they get it. I’m sure that a follow-up program to help capitalize on the attention they get to the businesses will catapult them even further.

For what projects/services did your company hire , and what were your goals?
We hired Victoria and her team to launch us in the world of PR. We set a goal to be published in over 12 mediums. We also wanted to have our brand shown in a variety of different angles, including profile pieces, press releases, and in-depth reviews.

Victorious PR was warmly recommended to us by our mutual friends (all high performing brands and agencies)

We have gone through a rigorous onboarding process that included a couple of meetings solely dedicated to dig deep into my and the company's mission, values, story and future aspirations.
Once this was done, Victoria and her team began to formulate our 12 step strategy that allowed us to see the entirity of the project as a whole. Not only did they overdeliver in service and preparation, but they also managed to land us on sites we could only dream about before (eg. Yahoo Finance)

Right from the beginning, we have seen a tremendous amount of success from Victorious PR. We got published on Yahoo Finance as well as several other outlets including some regional channels/sites and FOX.

Very professional, highly focused on the customer and their needs, deadlines were kept, change requests were taken care of quickly.

They have developed a very unique approach to PR. Their system allows brands like ours to grow our presence gradually (vs just buying spots on a bunch of websites/newspapers) I loved how professional they were and loved how well oiled their communication/client management system was.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing I can mention is that sometimes we got published on sites without any prior knowledge. This is a "good problem to have" but we also would need to get our site ready for extra traffic every time a bigger outlet picked up our story. Sometimes it resulted in us having to do quick changes to our site/forms..etc
