Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the office manager at Drone Provders Inc. We are a drone and aerial videography service provider. Founded in 2017, we provide marketing videos for special events, agriculture, property surveys, and more using an Inspire 2 drone and a 5.2K camera.
What challenge were you trying to address with VIB Marketing?
We felt like we needed a new online presence to help us reach new customers and put our best foot forward. We wanted a new website but didn’t have the expertise in-house.
What was the scope of their involvement?
VIB Marketing created a new website for us from scratch. Due to the nature of our business, we had plenty of visual content for the site. We provided the content, which they populated throughout the site, writing copy and designing the layout. They included an online booking system, so customers can grab any available times on our calendar. Their team is also providing SEO on a monthly basis.

I have two main points of contact at VIB Marketing, Richard (Founder) and my account manager.
How did you come to work with VIB Marketing?
I heard about VIB Marketing from one of my friends, so I reached out to them. They were knowledgeable on the subject from the start. They also talked a lot about being a data-driven company, which was important to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested $5500 in building the website and an additional $1500 per month for SEO.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership began in November 2020. The website was completed in January 2021, but we are continuing to work together on SEO and potentially other services.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have already started to see an increase in calls this winter, as well as more interest in our forums. I’m excited to see what continues to materialize in spring and summer. Everybody sees the new website as a big improvement. Our online presence is more professional.
