IVC - Even more open information
IVC (Communitation Verifier Institute) is an entity that works with auditing of media circulation: newspapers, magazines, OOH, among others.
The "Free" project that we developed consists of the control of circulations distributed free of charge according to the rules of IVC Brasil. Its main function is to audit communication vehicles, such as newspapers and magazines.
The motivation for a new development was the fact that the current solution was obsolete, from technologies and architectural patterns, to definitions and business rules. To solve it, we value the redesign of the architecture based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and the interface conceived and validated by prototyping.

LanUp - Managing Freelancers
The management of temporary labor in bars, restaurants and events is often a challenge for these companies.
Through LanUp, companies that hire temporary labor from a pool of properly trained and evaluated talent. This is done by creating a demand in the system, which generates invitations to talents who, in turn, respond through the mobile app. Also through the app, professionals receive information about the activities to be performed, and check in on the scheduled date and time.
Hiring companies can control attendance and, at the end of activities, make batch payments easily, with full control.

Efficacy - A platform for more efficient logistics
Efficacy IT is a company specialized in automated technical solutions for warehouse management. These technical solutions are included in their product, WMS.
Efficacy IT's WMS was specially developed to integrate with SAP products, in order to be able to provide more personalized solutions for each of its customers. It makes it possible to manage receipt and dispatch of goods, checkout, inventory, shipment and picking.
WMS system was restructured using the most up to date and performing technologies to better serve its users. In order to build a light and functional application, PWA (Progressive Web App) technology was used, which is a web application created to adapt to any type of device, such as smartphones, tablets and computers, so that the user can have the same experience regardless of the platform of access.

UpGas - A marketplace for cooking gas
UpGás was created to be a solution for cooking gas resellers, with the aim of controlling and expanding sales, and offering an agile and safe way of buying to its customers.
The UpGás product has been conveived as a web application developed in React, which includes control panels for its administration and for resellers.
There are also driver and customer apps for Android and iOS; built using Xamarin Forms' Cross Platform technology.
Last but not least, the backend has been made with .Net Web API technology.

Zona Azul - Digitally managing parking slots
Its is the official CET (Traffic Engineering Company) application for purchasing and activating the Digital Blue Card (CAD), for use in the Zona Azul Digital vacancies in the city of São Paulo.
Every detail of the App has been designed to make the Digital Blue Card (CAD) purchase process super simple, practical, easy and safe.
Zona Azul Digital was created to facilitate parking in Zona Azul spaces, which previously used paper cards. Currently, this process is all done through an app on your cell phone, buying in a simple, fast and secure way.

Appia is a company specializing in virtual monitoring for people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. They use technology, education and specialized care to help you control and improve your health and, most importantly, your quality of life.
Their purpose is to provide a world where the diabetic lives in the best way, informed, with the best resources and always accompanied.
Through the app, the user is directed to a coach, highly trained and with direct experience with Diabetes. Appia sends a smart glucometer to automatically collect the data you already measure daily, without changing your routine, and help you track your progress with data and reports accessible in the app.

Vindimo - The school in your pocket
VindimoApp provides parents and students with viewing the gradebook and monitoring the students' academic life. In addition, VindimoApp allows parents to view their financial situation with the Educational Institution and issue a duplicate bank slip.
In this way, the vindimoApp makes information about the students of the Educational Institution available in a systemic way, covering the entire scope of the communication requirement.

SP Trans - Single ticket management
Moving around São Paulo can be done a single ticket (card) by buying credits (Monthly, Student, Transport and Standard) that can be used on buses, minibuses, Metro and CPTM and at the terminals and transfer stations of the Expresso Tiradentes.
We developed the backoffice system that to streamline management of SPTrans's internal team to maintain the single ticket product. In this project we used open-source technologies such as Node, in the back-end, and AngularJS, in the front-end.

Medlink Social - Information for patients
Medlink Social Ecosystem is the patient interface! In this environment, the user has access to a number of resources. One can get quality health information through an accredited "News Feed". It can interact with Doctor Medlink (Doc), our artificial intelligence (AI), through questionnaires, which enables learning and teaching the user about their health.
In addition, in "Life Line" the user finds all the interactions he has with the Doc as well as eventual consultations with health professionals and laboratories that use Medlink Professional. In the future, the user will also be able to schedule appointments in the "Agenda", store exams in the "Exam Bag" and consult the medications and therapies prescribed by their doctors in the "Medicines" section and, if they wish, purchase such medications directly through the platform and receive at home.

As CEO, I am responsible for managing the business, including the PO role in the development of the Tranpo platform.
For what projects/services did your company hire Venturi X, and what were your goals?
We hired VenturiX for the ongoing development of the platform and to support what we already have. Throughout the process, we had 3 (we currently have one) developers, in addition to UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer and Agile coach. We are currently developing a new app, which will be responsible for pivoting our business model.
How did you select Venturi X and what were the deciding factors?
In 2017 we were being accelerated and our main problem was with the technology. We were already in the company's second CTO, without the expected results. The decision for VenturiX came from the approach adopted by its CEO, Elton Ventura, who demonstrated not only technical and business knowledge, but a strong commitment to delivery. Since then, technology has ceased to be a problem, as we have a flexible model, adapted to each moment of the company.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Tranpo is a B2B2C marketplace for technical field labor. On the one hand, we have companies that need to hire and manage technicians who install and maintain their systems. For this, the contracting company's operators have access to a platform where they describe, submit, manage and pay for the necessary services.
On the other hand, we have self-employed professionals who have an app to receive service opportunities, evaluate, accept and fill in the relevant information about their performance. As a result, we replaced the traditional hiring models with a more efficient, flexible, economical and better paid one. Our project has always been marked by continuous development through agile methodologies where we achieve fast deliveries that can be tested in the real world.
From the result, we follow or change the product development line, always with a view to the most efficient use of our resources. Among the technologies that have been used in the project are: Xamarin, ReactJS, React-Native, Asp.Net Core and Amazon web services
How many people from the Venturi X team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our squad comprises of: 1 Front End Developer (full time) 1 Back End Developer (full time) 1 UI/UX Designer (part time) 1 Agile Coach 1 QA Engineer
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The first result with VenturiX was that we had a really viable MVP: with fewer features but consistent results. From there, we follow the model of continuous evolution. Today the Tranpo platform is fully functional, but always evolving.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Every project has stages. The first is immersion in the business, where the entire team understands the objectives. Then, a prototype is elaborated for a detailed understanding of the functionalities to be developed. Once approved, development begins. For each sprint we have, at first, a pre-planning, where the relevant activities are defined. Then a planning meeting, where activities are estimated and prioritized. With that, we have the sprint delivery expectations.
After 15 days, we have the deliverables and a review meeting, where the deliverables, problems along the process and improvements for the next sprint are evaluated. All of this is managed through Microsoft Azurre DevOps, in addition to other tools.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their quality lies in its process, which involves not just code, but a prior understanding of what needs to be done. This involves questions that challenge us to rethink our first ideas and lead us to better results.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Due to the devaluation of the Brazilian Real and the shortage of labor, development costs increased considerably. An alternative may be to increase the availability of labor by hiring in countries where the cost of labor is lower.
Venturi X has successfully developed a viable MVP with consistent results. As a result, the platform is functional and constantly evolving. The team has utilized advanced technology tools to ensure seamless project management. Their ability to understand the needs of the internal team is impressive.
