I’m the senior marketing specialist at APG, a cash drawer manufacturer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Vende Digital?
We needed help rebranding our website. We were also looking for a partner to handle our digital marketing campaigns and site maintenance.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Vende Digital has helped us rebrand our website, and they’ve ensured that we have a new domain, color template, and a global style. Their team has also assisted us in dealing with issues that pop up during site migration. Additionally, they’ve optimized our site’s backend.
What is the team composition?
We’ve normally interacted with Ray (Director of Client Services), Paul (Co-Founder & Chief Strategist), a developer, and a development support.
How did you come to work with Vende Digital?
We were contemplating on what was the next step for our website. Thus, we recognized that we needed a partner in website strategy. We were looking for someone knowledgeable and wasn’t afraid to share their knowledge.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working since May 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Vende Digital has successfully moved over a thousand pages from our old domain to our new domain.
How did Vende Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Vende Digital’s project management is excellent. They’ve been communicative and collaborative throughout the process. We have weekly meetings where we discuss things that we need to tackle in the upcoming weeks and months. It has been a great experience working with their team.
Outside of our meetings, we communicate through email and Asana. We appreciate that they’ve accommodated us in using our project management tool.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Vende Digital’s approachability is impressive. They find great ways to communicate technical ideas in a non-technical way, allowing us to digest concepts and make an educated decision. Additionally, Vende Digital holds themselves accountable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.

Get them on your team — they’re great. The first step of having a strong website strategy is partnering with Vende Digital.
Communicate early and often, and don’t be scared to dream big and have important conversations.

I’m a senior manager at DataDirect Network. We provide high-performance data storage for organizations that have high-performance workflows.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Vende Digital assists us with all of our digital marketing strategies and execution. They’re responsible for handling our PPC, SEO, site optimization, display advertising, and campaign optimization initiatives.
About halfway through 2021, we shifted our strategy and how we were using Vende. At the beginning of the year, they did a lot of work on our messaging and positioning. Then about halfway through the year, we shifted to a much heavier focus on PPC, SEO, website optimization, and conversions.
We just launched a new ABM intent data platform, and they’re starting to work out of that platform to help us utilize that tool. They also assist us in creating ads and managing ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads. For display advertising, they have a vendor that they work with to build programmatic displays.
What is the team composition?
We work with two people from Vende Digital. We work with their agency director, who does a bit of tactical work campaign management, and with their senior social strategist, who helps with a lot of the display mainly across LinkedIn but on regular social media posts as well.
How did you come to work with Vende Digital?
One of my old colleagues had a prior relationship with Vende Digital and had referred them to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend around $120,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have any metrics yet because we’re just getting ready to analyze how much our SEO and key search term rankings have increased.
How did Vende Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Vende Digital has worked very well in terms of project management. They regularly provide progress reports to let us know how are campaigns are doing and whether or not we should make changes to our current strategies.
Every quarter, we also do a full check-in on how our campaigns are performing. We also meet weekly to touch base on all the projects that are in place, and they always come prepared with meeting notes ahead of time.
We primarily communicate through Google Meet and emails. We've also started using Planner in Microsoft Teams to give our social strategist direct access to my creative director.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with Vende Digital’s knowledge about digital marketing and their ability to truly educate us. They offer valuable insights to help us with our decision-making process. So whenever we’re trying to make a decision about something, they will offer us the pros and cons of each choice to help us make the best decisions that we can make with the information we have. I absolutely appreciate how they always have our best interests in mind.
Vende Digital is also incredibly easy to work with. Every person in their team is just great — even their CEO gets involved and does check-ins with us from time to time, offering perspective and guidance from a higher-level brand strategy perspective. Vende Digital has taught me a ton about digital marketing and strategy, and I honestly could not say enough wonderful things about them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing that they could have done better — all of the work they’ve provided has truly been exceptional.

Make sure to listen to their insights because Vende Digital can offer many great ideas and ways to elevate your strategies.

Courtroom Sciences, Inc. (CSI) is a legal services company providing litigation support services to law firms and corporate legal departments.
CSI services include crisis and litigation communications, third-party records retrieval, court reporting and deposition services, focus groups, mock trials, witness effectiveness training, plus jury and trial consulting.
CSI is unique in the marketplace due to both the range of litigation support services offered and the scientific/research-based approach of our trial consulting services.
I serve as the Vice President of Marketing and am responsible for marketing strategy, branding, positioning, messaging, digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, sales enablement and PR.
For what projects/services did your company hire Vende Digital?
CSI was looking to expand the awareness around our brand and services. The company had not invested much in marketing in the past and never had anyone managing marketing full-time. The goal was to increase both the awareness of CSI as well as drive more traffic and leads and this required external expertise.
In particular, we needed a vendor who could help us make the best decisions about how to set up our digital marketing (website, social media, display, etc.) to maximize opportunities and reach the key personas we had identified.
What were your goals for this project?
It was important that we raise the awareness of CSI and the broad range of services we offer by driving a much higher volume of traffic to our new website. This brand awareness and increased traffic was our primary tangible goal and we set high targets for ourselves.
How did you select this vendor?
Shortly after starting at CSI and establishing a new brand, I began researching digital marketing companies. I narrowed my list to 6 vendors and interviewed all 6 of them via phone screens. After speaking with each of these 6 companies and receiving proposals and pricing, I narrowed the list down to 2 finalists.
It was fortuitous that Vende Digital's offices were in the same metro area as our office so I was able to meet with them in person for the final round of interviews. After meeting with their team and being convinced that they understood what my goals, needs, and limitations were, it was an easy choice to select Vende Digital.
The primary reasons I chose Vende Digital was their focus on the client's needs, their experience with smaller B2B companies like ours, and their mantra of "putting the Internet to work for you." They were consistent and focused on ensuring that their success was tied to ours and I truly felt like I was hiring a partner, not a vendor.
This was critically important to me during these early stages of establishing the marketing function at CSI; I needed a partner, not just a vendor, and Vende fit the bill.
One additional aspect that was important in my selection process was ensuring that I was not paying for services I would not use. Vende's pricing structure met my needs perfectly with a combination of included (relevant) services and the option for ad-hoc add-ons that I could leverage if desired.
Although the final decision was mine, as a final step, I brought in my CEO and Head of Sales to interview the Vende team to ensure we were all aligned on this important vendor selection.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The process of working with Vende Digital involved a series of in-depth discovery meetings to discuss and align on goals, expectations and needs. I provided a wealth of information to inform their research and was pleased that they consumed all of the content provided quickly and drew out nuggets of value.
The Vende team developed personas for our key audiences and we worked collaboratively on refining and finalizing those.
One of the things that I liked about the process of working with Vende was their structure in defining the strategy and goals so we can quickly get to agreement on execution and tangibles. The process was highly collaborative, which was great.
The Vende team developed the personas, a strawman for KPIs, an analysis of our website and recommendations, insight into my content plan and recommendations on budget.
They also helped with setup of our social media accounts. Being able to work hand-in-hand with the Vende team from strategy to execution gave me great comfort to know that all the important elements were being accounted for.
What was the team composition?
I was impressed and pleased to be able to work with CEO of Vende during the entire strategy and planning phase. In addition to him, there were 2 additional team members dedicated to my account and a couple of additional team members that I interacted with for specific activities in the early days.
I currently work with the same 2 team members consistently to service the needs of our account on a day-to-day basis.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since CSI began working with Vende Digital, our website traffic and has increased over 300% and new users to the website has increased over 300% as well. Conversions from social media have increased and engagement and time spent on the website continue to grow.
The traffic and new user goals have exceeded the goals we set. The response internally to our digital marketing activity and social media presence has also been very complementary, which is an important (though less tangible) benefit as we establish our presence in the market.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The Vende team is very communicative and quick to respond. They leverage the Teamwork platform for file sharing and updates and Google Docs for collaborating on documents. They also have their own tool for scheduling posts on social media, which has been very handy for me to use. The tools and updates are easy to follow and use.
We have weekly check-in meetings that offer a great opportunity to stay connected and talk through issues or deep-dive on specific topics, but the team is responsive throughout the week if anything else comes up.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I continue to be pleased with how responsive the Vende Digital team is to feedback and how proactive they are with suggestions and recommendations.
Having team members who are dedicated to my account is a huge benefit. I am also appreciative that they show an interest in our business and what more can be done to help or make improvements to our efforts. I am very pleased with the working relationship with the Vende team.

We needed a previously non-existent presence on social media, both for our corporate page and our independent distributors/franchisees. We needed to establish and optimize social media profiles, build a following, develop relevant content on a consistent cadence, grow engagement, and map out a lead funnel.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
It's clear that Vende has great leadership and a knowledgeable, hungry team. A growing agency that values the client relationship and devotes the proper care.

Vende built out social media pages for our distributors where needed, worked with our corporate team to develop relevant content, and was a great partner in providing constant feedback and results. We also tasked them with talking to our distributors directly, and they have done well in building those relationships. Especially during the pandemic, Vende pivoted and tweaked to optimize the program.

We worked with an account manager, a campaign manager, and with the CEO/Owner.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Most impressively, our social metrics are way up over pre-pandemic levels
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We held check-in meetings usually once a month, or even more often if needed. Vende always made themselves available to us and was great in planning meetings, even with our remote team across a few time zones.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Vende doesn't make us feel like we are just one of many clients. They treat us with respect and are always available to answer our questions or break things down in layman's terms. They really take the time to learn our business and our needs.
