We needed someone to do our website QA testing and consulting.

UTrust does the testing of our website and helps us with terms and conditions, as well as supervising the work of the development company.
What is the team composition?
There are three testers and they’re also providing some coordination with the development company. They’re looking to solve any potential problems.
How did you come to work with UTrust for software testing Services?
We posted a job advertisement on some websites and they were one of the companies that responded. When we interviewed them, their experience and knowledge was the most appropriate. They were willing to expand their work in a strategic manner.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2019 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m pleased with their coordination and their help in selecting a development company. They also joined us in the interviewing process with service providers. I’m very satisfied at this point.
How did UTrust for software testing Services perform from a project management standpoint?
They could communicate more. They have one person who is the main focal point in all communication. It wasn’t a problem with us but if they have more projects, it could maybe be a problem.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very professional with testing, writing terms and conditions, and how to transfer the website idea into a technical specification.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think they should have more people to be responsible for the main communication and to be focal points for the project. They only have one person responsible for that.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If any company needs to develop a website or an application, I suggest using them.
