I’m the founder of the motorcycle taxi startup Garupa. The project will be deployed in Luanda City, Angola, It aims to improve people’s mobility in the city center and allow a more affordable and convenient service with safety always in mind.
For what projects/services did your company hire Uplogic Technologies Pvt Ltd?
We reached out to Uplogic Technologies for mobile app development services. We wanted to use their existing software solution SpotnRides.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to have an iOS and Android app available for customers and drivers, and we also wanted an administration panel to control overall operations.
How did you select this vendor?
At first, we searched online for consulting services in the US and the UK. Then, due to the high price for app development, a friend recommended that I look at the Indian market. Through some online research, I found this specific vendor.
Describe the project in detail.
The administration panel was the first milestone. Later on, they built the Android and iOS app for drivers and riders. They were available to fix bugs or make tweaks throughout the beta deployment and testing phases.
What was the team composition?
The team consisted of a project manager, a project coordinator, and a business executive.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within three months, they reached all milestones, and they sent me all the beta apps for testing.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was in direct contact with the three team members on Skype for meetings and project discussions. The team’s availability was excellent, they were accessible whenever I needed them. They have continued to be super supportive by providing technical assistance and guidance.
