For what projects/services did your company hire Uplers, and what were your goals?
Sales were flat and we needed to increase traffic and ultimately sales to reignite growth.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Uplers stood out among the many others because they really took the time to understand our business and industry which is very nuanced. They delivered extremely detailed strategies and had a strong understanding of exactly what needed to be done to help us reach our goals.

Our initial scope was to have Uplers properly setup and then run our Google Ad Campaigns. They first completed an audit of our current campaign structure and discovered many areas that could be drastically improved upon.
On-site coding was analyzed and necessary adjustments we made to ensure we properly tracking all conversions which is our main KPI. Following, they prompted us to segment all of our products into a variety of different categories for a discovery period.
After the discovery period, they strategized and developed an entirely new campaign structure to help us maximize conversions. From there they deployed specifically targeted Search, Brand, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing Campaigns. We almost immediately started seeing results. After being very pleased with their performance, we have since extended our contract to also now include Facebook, Instagram, and Bing.

They assigned a project manager named Keshav and technical aid Aejaz whom then carried out requests for all activities required amongst another set of team members to facilitate all efforts.

As a retailer, our main KPI is conversions revenue. Month over month we continue to improve and maximize sales even on the same budget.

They are one of the most communicative firms I have ever worked with. We have weekly zoom meetings and are connected via messenger so there is always an open channel for dialogue. They follow-up with detailed emails from all calls and meetings recapping topics of discussion and documenting any action items. We receive monthly reports and analysis which provides us a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance to ensure every ad dollar spent is being maximized.

One of our clients had very poor site performance and they wished to improve the search engine optimisation of their website. We were in need of an agency that could analyse and improve the on-site, technical and off-site SEO aspects of our client's website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We evaluated a number of agencies in India that provided SEO services and held meetings with them to understand their calibre and competency. Eventually, we settled on Uplers due to their extensive portfolio, expertise and cost estimate.

We started off with an introductory call to make sure that both parties were on the same page regarding the project, the client, and goals and targets. After the call, Uplers conducted an SEO audit, thereby determining the critical areas and issues that needed to be fixed immediately vs low priority tasks that could wait.
After a thorough analysis of the audit, they provide me with a concise list of actionable items that I could directly forward to the client for improving their on-site and technical SEO. This included everything from replacing the meta-tags to optimising Java and CSS scripts. They also got back to us with a WIP sheet that could be used to track priority tasks and their status.
This combined with a dedicated Slack channel ensured that communication was seamless and smooth. In addition to the above, Uplers was also working on improving the off-site SEO through guest posting, backlinks and directories. They were able to obtain guest posts from credible websites with impressive domain authorities.
Month-on-month data reporting and analysis was carried out as well. We had weekly calls with Uplers to discuss improvements, updates and requirements from both parties.

The project was initiated by Mukund B., an account manager at Uplers. However, it was Divyani P., our project coordinator who handled the entirety of the project and had the most interactions with us.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Uplers recommended a series of changes to our client's website and classified them based on priority. Not only that, but they also provided detailed steps on how to implement the suggested changes. It was comfortable working with them as we did not have to put in extra effort to ensure that the project ran smoothly. In addition to that, we also had access to insights on the month-on-month changes in rankings and Divyani was always available to clarify any query that we had.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned above, we had a weekly call with Divyani where we discussed any pending tasks for the week, whether it was from Uplers' end, Ubrik's or the client's. We also discussed improvements and updates. In addition to that, we also had a Slack channel dedicated to Uplers where day-to-day discussions took place. Overall, workflows between the two teams were smooth and effective.

Their methodology is what we found most interesting. They provided us with a timeline at the beginning of the project and managed to deliver on time on each and every occasion.

Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. For the past 22 years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that all Australians who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support. I have been the Media & Marketing Manager at BCNA since Jan 2020.

We originally hired Uplers to manage our Google Grant account, then in 2021 we asked them to assist us with Google Display and paid social for our Tax Appeal campaign. We didn't have the capabilities internally.
What were your goals for this project?
The main goals for the Google grant account were to increase our spend and conversions, and to ensure we were reaching the relevant audiences. When I started in 2020, I identified that we needed to restructure our key campaigns as they weren't worded correctly for our brand. Uplers helped ensure we didn't violate the Google Ad policy during the restructure. The main goals for our Tax Appeal campaign (in progress) are to reach the relevant audiences to secure donations, and be able to track those conversions/donation values.

I wasn't involved in this process as I wasn't with the organisation at the time.

For the Google grant account I identified BCNA's key campaigns and made sure the landing pages were up-to-date, before Uplers recreated Ad Copies for the campaigns. I then reviewed and edited them before they were made live. For the Tax Appeal campaign, Uplers took the time to help us understand how to set up the campaign and ensure the correct tracking was in place. BCNA provided landing page and creative, for Uplers to create Ad Copies and execution of the campaign.

Since beginning our work with Uplers, web sales have increased substantially, whilst CPC has reduced, revenue is up by around 50%, and both new and returning customers have increased by around 200%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between myself and the team at Uplers runs very smoothly. Each month's end they provide a performance review which we discuss online, then we strategise the upcoming month and ahead. New work is briefed via email and the email thread is maintained for correspondence with all team members included. Deadlines are discussed via email and are met easily.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
These guys are very friendly, efficient and easy to work with. They always make time to be available if I need to discuss something. They are extremely collaborative and happy to assist with small issues that come up with products being disapproved and just making sure that all channels are working smoothly.
We do the designs for our digital work in-house and they will let us know if the new ads are successful or if they need tweaking or changing. They are 'on-the-ball'! The most important thing to me is that they treat my account, although only small, as if it is as important to them as any other, and that even though we have now worked together for a couple of years, they still treat every month like it is fresh.

We wanted to promote and increase traffic to a webpage that we recently developed on our website.

Uplers created a campaign structure to disseminate a webpage we developed for Google Ads. They also helped identify keywords. Once we had reviewed and approved the final structure, they managed the Google campaign, which lasted six weeks.
They made some SEO recommendations to us, as well.

I'm the owner and CEO of Big Up Marketing. We are an event management, fulfillment, and marketing company based in the Denver metro area.
For what projects/services did your company hire Uplers, and what were your goals?
We built our first website ourselves back in 2013 using WordPress. It was good enough for our purposes at the time, but after seven years, we needed to improve the look-and-feel to better represent our brand. We also wanted to change our messaging to reflect new and different services we had added to our offerings after several years in business.
We wanted to build a website in WordPress so we could quickly and easily update the website on our own, without calling in outside help for simple changes. This was also an important requirement because we already knew how to use the product.
Most of our business has come through referrals. We wanted to grow at a faster clip, so we needed a nice-looking site that conveyed what we do in an easy-to-comprehend way. We wanted to build traffic to our site that leads to more prospects and more customers.
How did you select Uplers and what were the deciding factors?
We had worked with Uplers on several of our clients' projects before selecting them to design and develop our new website. Uplers had developed Marketo landing pages and emails for us based on designs that we sent them.
They did so well on these projects that we decided to ask them first if they could design and develop our new website. They put together a great plan at a great price, so we decided to go with them.

To kick off the project, we completed a website design questionnaire that asked us what colors and fonts we wanted to use, as well how many pages we wanted to design and develop for the website. We didn’t have an established style guide, so we asked Uplers to help us create our look-and-feel using the colors from our company logo.
We also directed them to base their design on two websites that we liked in terms of navigation and layout. Based on our responses to the website design questionnaire, Uplers created a wireframe of the new site with the basic design elements included. The wireframe and design were just what we were looking for, so we didn’t have to make many changes at all.
Once Uplers had established the layout and design of the new website, it was our responsibility to provide images and copy for every page of the website. We wrote each page individually and sent the copy along with the images we wanted. This process was slow for us, because the pandemic struck around the same time we started sending them our pages.
Uplers was very patient with us as we slowly delivered all our pages while we were trying to focus on the survival of our business. The project would have been completed in two months or less if we had all our copy and images ready to go. The project took five months to complete, but that was because we were so slow to deliver everything to them.
Uplers delivered a responsive WordPress website that looked much more professional than our previous website. They included a slider section at the top of our home page that we can easily edit and add new sliders to.
They also included scrolling customer logos and testimonials, animated service line images, contact forms on two pages, a page with a downloadable case study, and a neat animated image on our home page that showed visitors that more content was on the site if they scrolled down. Uplers was very patient with the pace at which we delivered content, which helped us out a lot. They also were particularly good at making changes when we decided to make simple changes to some pages.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Communication with Uplers was very straightforward. We always knew who to contact at every stage of the project. Vignesh, our account manager, got the ball rolling and pulled all his design and development together for a kick-off call. We then worked with Utsav, the designer, on the wireframe, navigation, color scheme, animations, and other layout elements. Once the design phase was completed, we then worked with Dhruvin, the developer, as he coded Utsav’s design and deployed it to our web server. Having a single point of contact throughout the project made it easy to work with Uplers. I’m sure others were working behind the scenes, but it was transparent to us. We enjoyed working with each member of the Uplers team. They are all very good at what they do. We appreciated their patience with us the most. They were always waiting on us – not the other way around. We wanted to deliver content more quickly, but the pandemic greatly disrupted Big Up’s ability to deliver to Uplers in a timely manner. They just took our delays in stride, and gently nudged us along the way.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our new website looks much more professional now, and better conveys what we are trying to communicate about our services and the benefits our clients can realize. It is laid out in a way that makes it easier for our visitors to find the information they need.
The color scheme Uplers created from our logo also looks very nice, and the animated elements make the site more interesting than static sites. We’ve received lots of compliments from our clients, and it’s easier for our prospects to understand what we do.
We still need to implement SEO before we get any measurable results. However, we did receive one call from a prospect who found us via a Google search. So, we’re confident that we will be able to generate more traffic once we optimize the site.

Uplers’s project management style fit well with our requirements and timeline. We wanted to get the website live as quickly as possible, but we also wanted to make sure we put a great deal of effort into making sure we were communicating our value proposition the best we could.
We wrote the copy and found the images for each page and delivered them piecemeal to Uplers as we went along. They were very flexible and built out the dev site structure and added the content as we gave it to them. We appreciated their patience and responsiveness during the entire process.
We really liked the tool they used for us to provide feedback on the site so they could make minor changes. The tool, BugHerd, allowed us to navigate through the site and log issues with the BugHerd browser plugin. It was super simple to learn and easy to use. The Uplers dev team always responded quickly to our change requests, and it was cool to see all our changes being incorporated so quickly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us the most about Uplers’s work was the depth and breadth of skills they brought to the table. From design, to development, to production, the team we worked with was always able to meet our requirements and provide recommendations based on their experience.
They developed our website in WordPress, which is what we wanted because we’re familiar with the platform and can make quick and easy changes ourselves. We were unfamiliar with some of the plugins they used, but they taught us how to use them.
We were also incredibly grateful that Uplers was regularly backing up the site for us. We accidentally deleted some pages a few weeks ago and had to take down the site. We called Uplers, and they restored the site the same day. I’m not sure how long they keep performing backups. They probably don’t do it forever, but they kept ours long enough to save the day!

After creating a good base of understanding of the brand and company goals of our client as well as our company, we develop next steps in cooperation with Uplers on how to proceed with the campaign.
Uplers will then go ahead and act on the first items that we then review and give feedback on. The feedback will be used to optimise the tasks and documents and then we send the work off to the client for the final confirmation before implementing everything for the campaign and pushing ads or SEO implementations live.
After collecting enough data on actioned items we revise the campaign again and optimise detected opportunities.
What was the team composition?
I am working closely with the project manager of the campaign and also the point of contact in Sydney. The project manager at Uplers is very familiar with our way of working. When Uplers changed the project manager the succeeded in making the new project manager as familiar as possible with our values and processes.

Uplers supported us an reaching a ROAS of over 700% for one of our biggest clients. They also have been able to keep the ROAS constantly over 500% for this seasonal Facebook ads campaign in the US.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Neethu, our project manager, and Mariya are amazing to work with. They work very hard to achieve the goals we are aiming for and their communication is incredible.
We really grew together as a team and achieve great results together. When given feedback Neethu and Mariya act straight away and adopt requested alterations.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I find most impressive the great work morale of Uplers. Everyone works really hard and always does their best to deliver on tasks. They want to achieve a great result as much as we do and they are always super friendly and respectful.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Though Uplers works very hard and does really well, an area of improvement is consistency.
When requesting a modification it always gets implemented immediately but sometimes wasn't implemented again for the next time this situation came around. Like a modification for a report for example. It should be mentioned, that this is an area that Uplers have constantly been improving in as well.

I work as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Palmerbet. We are an Australian owned and operated online betting operator, licensed by Racing NSW and Liquor & Gaming NSW and financially guaranteed by the NSW Bookmakers Co-operative.
Palmerbet offers a huge range of betting markets on Australian and International Racing, American Sports, Aussie Rules, Rugby League, Soccer, Tennis plus loads more. I’m mainly responsible for our online marketing and advertising efforts.
For what projects/services did your company hire Uplers?
We wanted to expand our online presence and were considering to think of outsourcing our digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, Email marketing to an experienced agency. And that’s when we got in touch with Uplers. As of now, we are working with them for SEO and Email marketing.

We wanted to improve our ranking for existing key terms, as well as show up in search results for the terms related to our new service. We started off with a series of meetings, calls, emails with them to make sure they are in-line with our brand identity and goals. They helped us revise and also suggested a few additional keywords that we can target.
