Sales were flat and we needed to increase traffic and ultimately sales to reignite growth.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Uplers stood out among the many others because they really took the time to understand our business and industry which is very nuanced. They delivered extremely detailed strategies and had a strong understanding of exactly what needed to be done to help us reach our goals.

Our initial scope was to have Uplers properly setup and then run our Google Ad Campaigns. They first completed an audit of our current campaign structure and discovered many areas that could be drastically improved upon.
On-site coding was analyzed and necessary adjustments we made to ensure we properly tracking all conversions which is our main KPI. Following, they prompted us to segment all of our products into a variety of different categories for a discovery period.
After the discovery period, they strategized and developed an entirely new campaign structure to help us maximize conversions. From there they deployed specifically targeted Search, Brand, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing Campaigns. We almost immediately started seeing results. After being very pleased with their performance, we have since extended our contract to also now include Facebook, Instagram, and Bing.

They assigned a project manager named Keshav and technical aid Aejaz whom then carried out requests for all activities required amongst another set of team members to facilitate all efforts.

As a retailer, our main KPI is conversions revenue. Month over month we continue to improve and maximize sales even on the same budget.

They are one of the most communicative firms I have ever worked with. We have weekly zoom meetings and are connected via messenger so there is always an open channel for dialogue. They follow-up with detailed emails from all calls and meetings recapping topics of discussion and documenting any action items. We receive monthly reports and analysis which provides us a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance to ensure every ad dollar spent is being maximized.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started on any task and it’s ensure we have had both a smooth and successful ongoing project. We had entered a new phase of growth and had recently rebranded. We need our new identity reflected in our website. We also had the requirement that it had to leverage the Hubspot CMS as we wanted all marketing, sales and web analytics flowing through the same platform. The goal was to build a scalable and performant website that accurately reflected our new brand identity.

Uplers came recommended to us from a trusted partner of ours. We also new that Uplers had expertise in Hubspot, which was a requirement. They are also priced right.

Uplers had to work very closely with our CEO, web designer(s), copywriter(s) and myself to define all the requirements, do's and don'ts and ultimately take our brand and interaction designs and implement them to the pixel. We delivered the designs, Uplers created the page templates in Hubspot and was there to make sure launch went smoothly. We also engaged them towards the end to provide technical SEO consulting which I believe helped us tremendously.

Dhruvin was out Project Manager. We did not have direct contact with our dev team.

The site performs at the highest levels for speed which is something we were very concerned about as well as making sure we didn't lose existing ranking with Google. Since launch organic traffic has gone from the low 100s to several thousand a month. This is a testament to the implementation and our marketers doing their part with the right content.

We had a good experience (not great) when it came to communication and we could have checked in a bit more often but that was minor as anything we asked for was promptly taken care of.

We are busy doing our day jobs and to get our attention and focus is difficult at times. They did their best to work with us along the way.

We were tasked with creating a new homepage for a pre-existing Hubspot templated website for a large, multi-national company. The goal was to create a visually striking custom design that was not limited by the functionality of the current website.

The Hubspot template was extremely limited in terms of customization so we created a custom design that needed to be developed by an outside firm. The new template also needed to incorporate elements (like a global nav) from the existing website template. We had a kickoff call with the Uplers team to walk through our design, they even proposed additional solutions during the call such as improvements to the header and potential challenges.

We quoted and kicked-off the project with the Business Growth Manager. The Jr. Project Manager was also on the project kickoff call and we worked with him throughout the rest of the process.

While the new page was only recently launched, we (and the client) are thrilled with the outcome and excited to start measuring the change in traffic, specifically a decreased bounce rate. Uplers helped us implement a heatmapping tool for no extra charge just prior to launch.

We communicated with the Jr Project Manager regularly via email. After the initial project delivery, we communicated daily with edits and 90% of the time received a reply same-day. They were willing to hop on Zoom calls same-day when requested. Not once did I need to send a "Following up on" email.

As a project manager, the responsiveness of Uplers was one of the best aspects. They delivered great work, on time. They made edits quickly and even went above and beyond, suggesting additional changes we didn't think were possible within the constraints.

Overall the work was great, but there is always more room for QA to reduce the back-and-forth of editing.

The team at Uplers had to deliver coded templates in a dev environment based on mockups that had been provided for them. They accomplished the tasks required within the promised turn-around time.

We have an on-going relationship with Uplers, so we normally work through our account manager. It's very rare when we can't get all of our points across just the single point of contact, but when we can't, we jump on calls with lead developers on our projects.

Ahead of schedule. Minor QA bugs that needed to be hunt down and fixed. Always very clean code that I can later pick up and tweak if needed without their assistance.

We start all of our projects in Asana. My account manager gets to it with their team and communicates with me via email as needed. It was very much hands-free for me, which allowed me to focus on other priorities.

Sometimes the time zone difference can make things difficult and you have to wait more than you'd like to get some things completed, but for the most part if you give your project enough time, this isn't an issue.

For our initial EFEX project, the scope was largely around increasing website traffic and conversions through Search. We also supported this with a 9 month SEO project.
More recently Uplers has helped with content creation as well. Jet IT required LinkedIn and Google SEM to help establish brand awareness and lead generation over a short period, post-launch.

My day-to-day dealings have been with one dedicated product manager, however I know there are a full team behind her. Execution Team - Saurabh Sharma, Renuka Jadav, Himani Garg Account Manager - Kewal Sanghadia Project Coordinator - Dhrumi Mehta My experience with Dhrumi has been wonderful.
She follows up when I forget thing, but understands when I have other priorities. Reports and meetings are shared monthly, or more regularly when required. I have also had the ability to ask for advice and general suggestions, eg ideas around improving on-page conversions, and Dhrumi and team and more than happy to help out.

Our efex brand SEM conversions have increased from 5/month to 45 over 10 months. Our top 10 keywords are increasing month on month.

Uplers works as part of our team. They understand our complex business and are now quick to make suggestions which would benefit our marketing outcomes.

As well as providing thorough reports and feedback, they are very responsive. I know that if I have a question or request it will be addressed within 48 hours (depending on urgency).

One of our clients had very poor site performance and they wished to improve the search engine optimisation of their website. We were in need of an agency that could analyse and improve the on-site, technical and off-site SEO aspects of our client's website.

We evaluated a number of agencies in India that provided SEO services and held meetings with them to understand their calibre and competency. Eventually, we settled on Uplers due to their extensive portfolio, expertise and cost estimate.

We started off with an introductory call to make sure that both parties were on the same page regarding the project, the client, and goals and targets. After the call, Uplers conducted an SEO audit, thereby determining the critical areas and issues that needed to be fixed immediately vs low priority tasks that could wait.
After a thorough analysis of the audit, they provide me with a concise list of actionable items that I could directly forward to the client for improving their on-site and technical SEO. This included everything from replacing the meta-tags to optimising Java and CSS scripts. They also got back to us with a WIP sheet that could be used to track priority tasks and their status.
This combined with a dedicated Slack channel ensured that communication was seamless and smooth. In addition to the above, Uplers was also working on improving the off-site SEO through guest posting, backlinks and directories. They were able to obtain guest posts from credible websites with impressive domain authorities.
Month-on-month data reporting and analysis was carried out as well. We had weekly calls with Uplers to discuss improvements, updates and requirements from both parties.

The project was initiated by Mukund B., an account manager at Uplers. However, it was Divyani P., our project coordinator who handled the entirety of the project and had the most interactions with us.

Uplers recommended a series of changes to our client's website and classified them based on priority. Not only that, but they also provided detailed steps on how to implement the suggested changes. It was comfortable working with them as we did not have to put in extra effort to ensure that the project ran smoothly. In addition to that, we also had access to insights on the month-on-month changes in rankings and Divyani was always available to clarify any query that we had.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned above, we had a weekly call with Divyani where we discussed any pending tasks for the week, whether it was from Uplers' end, Ubrik's or the client's. We also discussed improvements and updates. In addition to that, we also had a Slack channel dedicated to Uplers where day-to-day discussions took place. Overall, workflows between the two teams were smooth and effective.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their methodology is what we found most interesting. They provided us with a timeline at the beginning of the project and managed to deliver on time on each and every occasion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are completely satisfied with Divyani and the Uplers team. Their approach was commendable in terms of understanding our client's problems and helping us solve them.
Despite working in different timezones, Uplers successfully met the client's needs. From the get-go, they worked flexibly, accommodating any sudden requirements and incorporating the client's feedback into their outputs. The team was professional, punctual, and reliable.
