Beetroot Academy
Beetroot Academy is a non-profit educational arm of Beetroot – a Swedish-Ukrainian IT company with clients in more than 20 countries.
Goal
We have been asked to create a pitch deck video to explain what kind of school it is and about advantages compared to other schools.
Our main audience was adults who decided to change their profession to the new one picked from IT.
Challenge
Beetroot is a very friendly organization that creates a warm family environment for students in classes. It is striving first and foremost to achieve moral, not material values.
Solution
In the script we wanted to illustrate in a simple and clear way this difficult moment of changing the old profession to the new one – our characters reach the top of their career ladders and see no other way for further progress, except to jump into the abyss of uncertainty – and get warm support and impetus for growth in the new specialty from Beetroot Academy. Then the fun days of learning skills among friends are coming – and the brave new world of IT in front of them!

Challenge
After research we came to the conclusion: people associate financial companies with lots of paper works.

We wanted create completely different visual style. So Fin.do can start positioning as young and friendly company with brand new technology.

Fin.do started looks like simple and friendly solution young people like.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
Iterated and defined storyboard to capture proper message. Feedback 2-3 times a week. Then moved to animation stage and brought it to life

Single point of contact (Anastasia). She captured my comments/feedback and effectively distributed that to her team
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Not yet. The video is an asset that will be featured on a product site we'll be sending to customers. The site is still being constructed
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very good. I found them to be extremely responsive and quick to implement feedback. Their iteration cycle is impressive and they did an exceptional job of processing our ideas and messaging into an accurate visual representation. We had a tight deadline to hit and they delivered.

I was satisfied!
The final video will be a key marketing piece for the brand's site. Responsive and customer-oriented, Untime was quick to incorporate feedback, iterating on ideas until they achieved the right vision.
