- We got connected for a call with the account manager for onboarding. The process included in-depth understanding of our business, vision, target audience. Based on that more research was done on their side.

Once we selected our vendor, I had to complete an online survey to better explain our needs and goals for the project. After that, UMG contacted me after one week with their prospecting plan. After a second call, I had to once again review their plan and translate some texts needed in our language. In less than 15 days the project was set to go.

We were in contact with both the company's CEO and the strategist who is the that actually leads the project. Once the project was up and running, the strategist was my main point of contact.

Within the first month, we've had some great qualified leads coming in and one of them is on the way to become a business opportunity. Our collaboration with UMG is still ongoing and pretty new therefore we will have to wait before stating exact metrics.

ULeadMedia consulted with me and created search criteria to search the entire LI database for matches. Two lists (industry/University) were created, each with 2500 contacts and these two list were compouned into one 2500 name list. Canned "messaging' was created in LI and via email and sent out on a time schedule. All response were captured and statics generated on the success of locating bona-fide leads.
What was the team composition?
ULeadMedia used a project manager plus support content writers and marketing assistance. Total of four individuals were involved in one way or another.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We felt the campaign was extremely successful, yielding a teleconference with one major Pharma company, three requests for quotation and at least a dozen more significant expressions of interest.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was the primary contact and everything flowed very well between me and the ULeadMedia project manager.

Value of their work. Efficiency. They were very dedicated and willing to address any client issues that arose. Very professional group and hard-working.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Search criteria could use some work and, the need to set up a dedicated email address is a bit cumbersome. In this business, too, there needs to be a more individualized approach to the messaging as, in almost all cases, it is necessary for a one on one discussion with the potential customer in order to move an acquisition forward. Very difficult to do with "canned" messaging.

Documents were created highlighting key audience members as well as roles. Channels were kept to all social (organic posts) and then occasional paid LinkedIn posts once the channel had grown.
I was the main contact for any communication and responsible for approving all work and budget. UMG Agency are responsible for creation of all assets and content where possible relating to our products.

Working closely with our account manager who is in charge of daily activities. UMG Agency maintain 1-2-1 contact and should more high level conversation be needed everything was arranged through the account manager. No changes to team set up.

Currently project is on-going. We have so far surpassed our 2020 LinkedIn follower numbers and now looking to progress in 2021. Continued to grow our follower base on all social channels. We have seen leads generated through both organic and paid LinkedIn activities.

Work flow has been very easy. Everything has been managed through a centralised set up and easy to refer to for further development. Any issues were dealt with quickly and the team at UMG Agency were happy to help and support with everything.

They have an impressive ability to pick up relevant information and content for our social posts. Being an education company is difficult to ensure what you are saying right and meaningful and UMG Agency have taken every step to keep to our brand and content standards.

We have seen results from regions we can't support but this is due to social channels more than the agency. As mentioned we have a tricky audience and product so just maintaining up to date company information is key.
