We provide a local e-commerce website. I am the sole owner of the business.
What challenge were you trying to address with ULTIMEZ?
I approached ULTIMEZ for the development of a website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ULTIMEZ developed my website using an OpenCart theme. I communicated with a single manager from ULTIMEZ' team, who was in charge of the project.
How did you come to work with ULTIMEZ?
ULTIMEZ is a reputable name in our city, compared to the other options. I initially found them online and found that they had a nearby location, so I visited their offices directly.
How much have you invested with ULTIMEZ?
The cost of ULTIMEZ' work has been around $4,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with ULTIMEZ in April 2016. The project took two and a half months to complete, ending in mid-June.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
I was happy with the services provided by ULTIMEZ. My traffic count is 50–60 visitors daily. The website was only launched 12 months previously, so we're still starting up. The friends who saw the website were pleased with it.
There were a few minor bugs on the site, but I reported them to ULTIMEZ, and they were able to clear everything up.
How did ULTIMEZ perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything was delivered within budget, but we had a two-week delay. I was not directly involved in the development part. ULTIMEZ was very responsive to any queries I had.
What did you find most impressive about ULTIMEZ?
The communication between myself and the company was good. ULTIMEZ was very responsive to any requests I had.
Are there any areas ULTIMEZ could improve?
Time management would be an improvement for ULTIMEZ.

I don't have any suggestions, but I would recommend ULTIMEZ to anyone interested in their services.
