We engaged UKAD to tackle two significant challenges across our healthcare initiatives: the development of a new cross-platform mobile app and the optimization of an existing system.

For the first project, we had a well-defined product concept and finalized designs but needed more resources to develop a cross-platform mobile app using Ionic and related infrastructure. The goal was to create an application for iOS and Android that would help users improve their sleep. 

Additionally, we needed a website to introduce the service, along with an admin panel for experts to monitor and guide user progress. Each part of the system—mobile app, website, and admin panel—catered to different user personas, requiring tailored functionality. Key requirements for the mobile app:

The first one is an application for diabetes clinics allowing fast access to the patient's data for nurses, doctors. It is designed to move all the medical operations and documents to the digital working environment instead of the outdated paper-based approach.

Two projects were the web applications, one for training courses and another one for leave and vacation management. Both are designed to digitise and optimise processes and reduce, even remove paperwork from the routine.
