Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of digital channels for a financial nonprofit that represents 200 private banks in Germany.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uhura Creative Media GmbH?

We needed an agency to help us manage websites.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

In total, we have about 20 websites, including the main website, saving system website, management system, and several county associations. Uhura Creative Media GmbH handles the development, design, and the content management for all of these web properties.

As part of a five-month project, we changed our content management system (CMS), outfitting it with a new corporate design and content organization format.

For technical issues, we speak with Kai (Founder, Uhura Creative Media GmbH) and Phillip (Digital Consultant, Uhura Creative Media GmbH). Nicolai (Project Manager, Uhura Creative Media, GmbH) takes care of our daily content management needs and projects.

How did you come to work with Uhura Creative Media GmbH?

We had a longtime partner, but we decided to pitch to other agencies. I met Kai at a conference, and we talked about a possible engagement. We spoke with them and four other agencies, ultimately choosing Uhura Creative Media because they offered the best concept for the lowest price.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend €200,000 ($233,000 USD) each year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2014, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We included a feedback process on our website, 10% of our 120,000 monthly users are prompted with survey questions. Of those, we receive about 2,000 responses a year.

We use this feedback to update our site, along with analytics tools. With Uhura Creative Media GmbH’s help, we’re continually improving. To avoid a sizable relaunch process, we’re committed to refreshing our site all the time. So far, we haven’t experienced any issues or bugs.
