What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The response time for the website is a lot faster. It’s a huge improvement from the last version and we’re working with the same service. The coding is better now and we’re able to access our platform on mobile devices.
How did ubykuo perform from a project management standpoint?
We were in a hurry with the work because we had a deadline and they fulfilled it in time. I feel very comfortable with the follow-up of the project. We have meetings every week, as well as weekly sprints and, in the beginning, bi-weekly sprints. We use Google Hangouts, Slack, and Jira. We have meetings in person once a month.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team added value. Valentin (Technical Lead, ubykuo) gave me solutions and ideas, and the development team also shared ideas. The result is due to their design thinking. I felt really comfortable with them, which is why we decided to go on to the second phase.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have the team set, which works well. However, if I need to grow faster, it may be difficult for them to give additional resources. I know that this is, in part, caused by the lack of qualified resources available in the market.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open and let them identify the real problem. I shared our information with them and that gave them the possibility to show me possible solutions. If I had been closed with information, I may not receive the extra value they offer.
