Tefal OptiGrill Campaign
In 2016 Tefal presented the model of the electric grill with smart functions for cooking. Product was new and completely unknown to Ukrainian customers.
We created an interactive promo page. To build an emotional bond between the brand and potential customers, we have used game mechanics that attracted customers to share their result on social networks.
With digital campaign and interactive page we achieve 12,5 mln reach, 6500+ posts on social networks and most important all grills in retail was sold out in 2 month.

We were looking at several areas:
- How we can optimize the work of our social media channels in Ukraine taken the limited resources
- Most effective ways to hit our targets on reach and engagement (within the digital strategy)

We started with a thorough analysis of WWF-Ukraine's social media channels and a list of recommendations to improve those, both technically and content-wise
We have chosen UAMASTER as our online advertising expert and since the beginning of autumn have held several short-term campaigns promoting our key programs in Ukraine. A large shared focus was on fine-tuning the target audiences (we have got quite a complicated profile for TA) and analyzing the results. Currently, we start planning the optimal WWF 's an online advertising campaign for the New Year
One of the most valuable work that has been done with us was consulting on how to increase our reach and engagement purposes through a combination of digital channels. Basically, these recommendations have been laid as a ground for our digital planning this year. Worth saying that the consulting part is being provided by UAMASTER to WWF pro bono as their investment into the work on nature conservation that we do in Ukraine.

We have changed our digital planning for this year and felt much more confident and conscious on what we are doing and why. We have already increased engagement indicators and general reach (good quality reach) I also observe the development of our team's digital specialist, who has been quite new to the field. She gets invaluable support for becoming more effective in the digital position

I am content with it. Communication is constant and immediate with regular zoom meetups and the possibility to ask questions

The agency implemented the newest marketing technologies during the years of the cooperation. The strategy contained the most modern and innovative instruments and channels of digital marketing according to the goals of our company.
What was the team composition?
The agency shares the principles of a single entire window - all communications were provided by an account manager. But the team has a lot of a professionals, incl. a web-designers, a programmers, a media planners, an analysts and an account managers and directors. The team contains the full range of specialists.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Of course, there are lot of them. But the most significant example of the effective partnership is the launch of new printing solutions in 2011 and promotion of these series of products during next 8 years. The advertising campaigns of the line-up have high effectiveness and the market share Epson at inkjet market will grow since 36% till 63% in value.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Fully effective. Epson team and an account manager communicates by the e-mail, calls and meeting. All requested had reactive and qualitative feedback. The account manager always proved the correctness of the proposed strategy. The reports were created in a terms. The agency has always offered a full analysis of the campaigns and recommendations for further cooperation.

The most experienced staff, own digital marketing school with different variety of courses, proactive business position at Ukrainian market.
