I’m the marketing and communications specialist at a renewable energy company. We work on solar energy storage projects throughout the US.
What challenge were you trying to address with twentytwo & brand.?
We needed help with marketing and advertising.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working for almost two years with twentytwo & brand. on our marketing efforts. They help us create a lot of our marketing content on social media platforms, which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Additionally, twentytwo & brand. writes and publishes content pieces like articles and press releases for our PR and designs our marketing materials such as banners. For example, they’re currently finishing a complete redesign of our company’s PowerPoint presentation slides.
Furthermore, twentytwo & brand. creates short 30-second–minute-and-a-half videos for our website and social media. The videos they create are both filmed and animated. Given that we’re in the construction industry, we use drones to film a lot of our projects, either under construction or completed. Sometimes, they also create videos to advertise our culture, compilating short clips or photos about what we do and some of our volunteer work. We usually provide them with all the content, and they use it to create the videos. So far, they’ve created about 10 videos for us.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with Nathan (Founder) since the beginning. We’ve also worked with Lisa (PR & Communications Leader), who writes our content, and Bruce (Art Director & Senior Designer), who is in charge of the creative work. Samantha (Social Media Coordinator) recently joined their team, so we’ve been working with her to coordinate the social media content.
How did you come to work with twentytwo & brand.?
We used to work with a different company on our marketing efforts. However, the person in charge of the social media retired, so the then founder of that company hired Nathan. After that, the founder also retired, and we just continued working with Nathan to keep our workflow. Ultimately, everything turned out great.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with twentytwo & brand. around October 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since working with twentytwo & brand., we’ve got a higher traffic engagement on our social media platforms, especially on LinkedIn, on which we recently reached the 10,000 followers milestone. All the video content has definitely helped us drive all this traffic to our social media and website, which is great. Additionally, the written pieces have gotten us a lot of engagement on our website, which has led us to be contacted by magazines asking us to create special articles for them. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work, and they’ve exceeded our expectations.
How did twentytwo & brand. perform from a project management standpoint?
twentytwo & brand. has done a great job at keeping everything on time, and they’re also very patient with us. We have biweekly meetings through Microsoft Teams and communicate almost daily via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
twentytwo & brand.’s creative work is great, and everything they deliver looks very nice and unique. They always try to stick as much as they can with our brand, which helps people recognize our content when they see it — our content is very consistent and nourished with fresh ideas.

We needed a company that could help us with our rebranding efforts. We have a lot of good content on our site, and we needed to find a way to better showcase them

We hired twentytwo & brand. to assist us with our rebranding efforts. They’ve helped us revamp our website, logo, and all of our other branding materials. They’ve also helped us get our marketing back on track on LinkedIn by creating marketing collateral for us to post there and by making our profile look cleaner and more professional.

My main point of contact is Nathan (Founder), but there are a couple of other people working on this project behind the scenes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Quantifying marketing is always challenging. In our view, twentytwo & brand.’s work is already paying for itself. We’ve received compliments from people who found out about us from twentytwo & brand.’s marketing efforts.
Now, we’re able to get our foot in the door just a little bit easier just by having high-quality materials that actually bring people in.
How did twentytwo & brand. perform from a project management standpoint?
twentytwo & brand. has done very well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly responsive, and they’re able to take the ball and run with it. They’re excellent at keeping the momentum going and pushing the project forward and as planned.

What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m most impressed with twentytwo & brand.’s responsiveness, quality of work, and extensive knowledge of our industry. There are a lot of companies out there that deliver quality work, but only a handful of them really know the industry that we’re in. Even less of them know how to properly take an assignment, push it forward, stay on top of it, and communicate properly with us.

I have no complaints. twentytwo & brand. has done a phenomenal job so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them know what you want, and they’ll take it from there. Don’t be afraid to let them know of your ideas because they’re excellent at creating a lot from a little.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of a pediatric dentistry practice, The Kids Dental Practice.
What challenge were you trying to address with twentytwo & brand.?
I was opening a business and needed to create a logo. I also wanted someone to help create a brand from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped me from the initial process of creating a logo and creating what I’d envisioned in my head for our brand. They also developed our website and helped with mass marketing strategies to get our name out there in the community.
We still work with them monthly to do our marketing. They produce all of our paperwork to make us look very professional. They also created our business cards and brochures, and now they’re doing our Google and Facebook ads.
We were very specific in what we wanted. We had a few in-person meetings with them to brainstorm the different pages we wanted on the site and how it was supposed to look. We wanted a clean page, but that’s not ideal in the marketing world. In the end, we got what we wanted and they were able to make changes to make it SEO-friendly.
We wanted patients to come to a page and clearly be able to see our phone number and address. They also had to be able to send us a message and talk to us on the website. For that reason, twentytwo & brand. developed a chat feature. Patients also had to be able to schedule an appointment on our website, so twentytwo integrated a scheduling service we already used.
With everything going on now for Coronavirus, they even developed an activity book that kids can download with coloring pages and different games. They have a lot of fresh ideas.
How did you come to work with twentytwo & brand.?
I really wanted someone local, and someone put me in touch with Nathan’s wife, who put me in touch with Nathan. My partner and I met with him and meshed really well. We liked his ideas and his vision for our company and brand. First, we hired him to create the brand and the website, and then we had such a good experience that we hired him to stay on board with us monthly.

We’ve been working together since May 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We started off in a new office with no patients, and they’ve really helped our business grow. In just a few months we’ve gotten a good amount of patients. For the website specifically, people always comment on how it’ so easy to navigate and how much they love it. twentytwo is constantly checking it, seeing how people view it and making any changes.
How did twentytwo & brand. perform from a project management standpoint?
When we have meetings with them about different projects they have PowerPoint presentations divided based on the goals we’re working toward and what they have done at the moment. They’ve very organized and clear. They follow through with every project very professionally and quickly.
We’re very specific in what we want, which makes it harder for them, but they meet and work with us so we can all get on the same page.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They took time to get to know us and the brand we wanted. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies, and they’re much more accessible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. They’re great.
