I’m the founder and managing director of a Software Company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tru Performance, and what were your goals?
At the time, we were a start-up and needed to find an efficient way to manage our monthly accounting process.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We found them through one of the connections we have with other big companies. Once we talked to them over calls and in person, we knew that we are going in the right direction.
Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used.
They oversaw our accounting processes and bookkeeping with minimal instruction, while we set up online processes and email addresses. We had a call once every month where one of their staff members would check in on us to see how things were going as well as coordinate the tax process with a local accountant.
Describe their billing or cost structure.
We invested $40,000 per year for two years straight.
How many resources from the firm's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I occasionally engaged with the leaders at Tru Performance. But their managers did an excellent job to coordinate everything and inform us about each and every step they are planning to take.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?
Our bookkeeping was well-managed and we knew that because our accountants freed up time from us. We only provided them with the bare minimum (input) to do their job efficiently, but they did it so well that there wasn't a need for any input from us in return!

They were responsive, which was especially important because they worked remotely. Otherwise, the entire process could have been bogged down for too long. They consistently produced what we wanted and built up our confidence in them even more so than it already had before. We generally communicated via email and video calls with each other throughout this project due to their location being much further away from us, geographically speaking.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Outsourcing has become a common term in the fast-paced world of business. It is a way to manage your company's work, by hiring remote employees and delegating them as supervisors. Outsourcing live chat support services can be beneficial for companies because it frees up time they may use elsewhere more effectively than their own staff could do alone.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We think there isn't anything they need to improve.

My company is the leading provider of property management services for real estate developers. I'm a co-founder and president.
For what projects/services did your company hire Tru Performance, and what were your goals?
We're a startup in New York and wanted to expand our customer base. We engaged Tru Performance for help with lead generation, and they were able to get us some great results!

Our company’s VP of Sales & Partnerships used to be a friend of Tru Performance's leaders and hence, we made this great decision to collaborate with them and use their services which have resulted in amazing outcomes.

They are responsible for booking clients every week and making personalized calls to prospective customers. The team is also good at using email outreach, which they specialize in the process of reaching potential leads with a sales-oriented message that encourages them toward purchasing something from their company!

Over the course of our engagement, we spend around $16k a month. That totals up to be about Two Hundred thousand dollars or more in expenses over 12 months!

I’ve worked with their Enterprise Account Manager and Business Development Representative.

We've had a string of successes with them. They’ve gotten us six new customers, all of whom are amazing. They're one of the only agencies that have been able to get us new customers, and they always do an amazing job at booking demos for us too!

Their accessibility and responsiveness are always there when we need them. They never hesitate to answer any questions that come up, no matter how small or large they may seem at first glance. They use excellent tools and strategies for managing the project efficiently which produces maximum productivity.

Their team is very knowledgeable about the needs of our company. They were able to get a good idea of what we needed and how much it would cost us, which has been great because this was something that could have gone wrong with other vendors before had I not known them personally.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing as of now. Our relationship has been very clear and fluent without any significant issues.
