I am the owner of a fast-growing IT Startup with expertise in Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure, Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate/ Power Apps. Founded by a Dynamics 365 expert, the firm exemplifies industry expertise, combined with a decade old experience.

We have inhouse resources for Dynamics 365 CRM aspect, but for Business Central consultancy & development, we have hired Tripearltech team.

We found them through LinkedIn and rates were the deciding factors in selecting this vendor.

Project scope of complete implementation of D365 business central for a company which is into Natural Oils industry.

There was single point of contact for us from vendor's team who was handling all client communications and development.

We are happy with the dedication and support provided by the vendor — the project was delivered successfully. However, we felt lack of project management from Vendor's end and client had escalated many issues which were not expected from expert team.

When the project started, communication and project management was handled properly, but as the project progressed, we had to follow up with status updates and we were in difficult position in answering client's escalations. Later on, I had to get involved at granular level to ensure project success by managing proper communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive points about this company is their dedication towards the project. Despite of many issues and escalations from client's end, this team was always there to help customer and ensured the project success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Below are areas for improvement:

1. Clear written communication.
2. Proper project management.
3. Planning the tasks well in advance.

As a team of experts, we should ask right questions well in advance to client so that client can share the information on timely basis.

Their consultants were highly professional with the customer and assisted the company in lining up comparable transactions with business central to what they were doing with the legacy system.

One Technical and One Functional Consultant were positioned to look after project operations and they have been working from offshore center only.
