The outcome was great we had more than 30,000 attendees at our event and all the users were super happy and gave great feedback about the app

The project Manager was a great communicator and always we have a weekly meetings with her to see the progress, she was super flexible if there are any edits , and always try to make her best to achieve our goals

the partnership they are not a software house that just writes code but a partner who helps you and advice, consult you on the technical part, they are not just a a supplier they build trust and ownership as if this project is their project

I think what we achieved in this time frame was more than satisfying for us.

What challenge were you trying to address with TrianglZ?

I had a business idea to develop a medication platform to connect patients with pharmacies. We engaged TrianglZ to build the mobile application for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met for an initial call, where I listed our requirements. Then, TrianglZ designed mock-ups for how the application would look and function, which they sent me. After that, we began the development process using the agile methodology. 

TrianglZ has built a mobile application from scratch using Swift development and MongoDB. The platform is compatible with iOS and Android, and patients can use the tool to submit prescriptions and search for medication. Once patients find their desired medication, our platform provides them with a list of local pharmacies that they can choose from to fill the prescriptions. We also offer the option for patients to have medications delivered to their homes.

We’ve worked directly with the CEO and CTO of TrianglZ.

I found TrianglZ online while searching for development partners. I interviewed several vendors, and TrianglZ was very enthusiastic, so we moved forward.

We’ve invested about $90,000 in the partnership with TriangleZ.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with TrianglZ in September 2018 and launched the application in January 2019, but the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been satisfied with the results; TrianglZ developed a fully functional mobile application in just three months. They’ve helped us achieve our goals, and we’ve enjoyed working together. Since launching the application, we’ve seen about 300,000 App Store downloads and 40,000 active users per month. 

How did ​​TrianglZ perform from a project management standpoint?

TrianglZ has managed the project well; they’ve been very communicative and cooperative. Although we’ve only faced a few complications, the team has addressed them immediately and found practical solutions. The team has exceeded our expectations and executed deliverables ahead of schedule. We’ve used Jira and GitHub to manage tasks and Slack and Google Meet to communicate.

I’ve been most impressed by the exceptional quality of their deliverables.

We as a founding team met 6 software companies, then we started to meet their teams. We were looking for a team that is supportive, reachable, professional, friendly, and of course deliver a very good quality of work in a proper time manner. All these factors we found them only in Trinaglz team, they are the dream team that any client would love to work with and I never regretted the desicion.

We had alot of meetings at the beginning to explain our learning app to them. They got the concept and started to set a time frame for developing the app. 1st when will have a prototype then a whole application up and running. And before the date we agreed on they delivered the prototype and it was super and it also amazed our clients. And we are now in the process of developing the whole app

After launching the prototype our main clients was amazed and over 2,000 trainees have downloaded the app and used it to the end and gave a very good feedback about it

The project manager was so easy to communicate with. Once we started our work they created a WhatsApp group, Google drive file and slack room between all of us to facilitate the work and they start to communicate with us every 2 days to give us updates.

Their customer-centricity and sense of responsibility are priceless! I didn't find it with any vendor. They make u feel that they are the owners of your project.

I'm a founder of an online SaaS education platform. Our platform provides teachers with an end-to-end solution to design and monitor individualized educational and rehabilitation programs for children with disability.

TrianglZ provided us with 2 frontend developers, one scrum master, 2 dev-Ops and 2 QA. With this team of developers, we were successfully able to update our frontend framework from AngularJs to Angular 10. We also launched 2 white labeled products.

We are looking for vendors that can provide us with high calibers resources, has a flexible business model and offer reasonable prices

It is basically a complete revamp of our old system, feature and technology wise. We built the original product in 3 years and we wanted to build the new enhanced version in 6 months.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new product, we were able to increase our subscribers by 20% monthly. We were also able to raise a round of investment of $1M. TringlZ team has been a wonder addition to our team and we have nothing but love and respect to this company.

I cannot speak much to that because we did not outsource the project to TrianglZ, but rather we took a squad of developers and we managed our project fully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company is their ability to hire high quality developers with reasonable prices. We have tried to do that ourselves for years, but were not able to fully grasp the process. They made our life easy for sure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm very happy with their services, but if there is anything to improve on is the overhead they charge on the part-time devOps team. I wish they could find a better formula to calculate the overhead. Right now they charge the same amount of overhead whether the devOps member worked 1 hour or 10 hours or even 30 hours.

I am the cofounder and CEO of a company DIGI360 a digital service company specialised in healthtech product and services.

We wanted to develop a platform to connection patient with all pharmacies to help them locate their medication and even order it for home delivery. My goals was to build a super easy mobile app for patients and an powerful backend for pharmacies to respond and fulfil the requests.

Looked for a number of vendor and meet all of them, when I meet with Yehia Trianglz CEO i immediately decided that i want to work with him and the team. He is very enthusiastic and energetic full of hope.

We were very agile, i had a number of online meeting to explain what i need and they went away an returned with an amazing mock up for the mobile app.

We took it from there and started to define user stories behind all screens.

In 9 weeks i had an up and running version of the application to be tested by pilot users. 
 

The feedback from everyone was just amazing and started to build new features and enhancements.

I felt like there is a huge team behind me, i didnt really care about how many resource behind But i guess around 8 resources. Yassin the CTO lead the delivery and design in a very smooth and professional way.

In 12 month we had over 300K downloads and GMV of over 1.5 million per month. With availability time of over 99.8%

we used an Agile approach to deliver this project woth 3 weeks sprints and we used slack to communicare and JIRA for agile softwAre development

The spirit and dedication were outstanding; you'd love to stay with them in the office.

I built the entire project without even meeting the team physcially. I met them adter launch and i wished i met them earlier.

I’m the senior OS engineer and program manager for Flipp. I handle our staff augmentation efforts and manage service deals with vendors.

TrianglZ helps us by taking on various backend services and furnishing our platforms with an array of content items. The team also owns a critical backend invoices system that’s considered the hanging bridge between content and money. They mainly use Ruby on Rails, AWS, Docker, Atlassian products, MySQL, and other well-known technologies.

Yassin (CTO & Co-Founder) is our main point of contact. He manages a team of engineers. In total, we collaborate with seven people from TrianglZ.

TrianglZ was referred to us by our director of engineering.

We started the partnership in June 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

TrianglZ has deployed a lot of releases in the past two years. The most remarkable one has been the upgrade of our legacy system, which has extended its lifespan. On top of that, they’ve made it compatible with other systems. That’s a huge milestone for the team. 

Moreover, their resources are thorough in developing and testing products. They stay on top of everything and are great at risk mitigation. Their members let us know when they’re doing an upgrade. 

How did TrianglZ perform from a project management standpoint?

We work using scrum and Kanban methods through Jira and Confluence. They have call rotations, and their project manager is truly strong in giving us clarity and timelines. We typically communicate through Google Meet, Slack, and Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their teams and how fast they hire resources are impressive. We’ve had vendors that couldn’t find Ruby on Rails developers fast enough, so we couldn’t take on projects. By contrast, TrianglZ excels at finding developers quickly. They have a joint program with a university — that’s how they find quality developers. 

Moreover, they’ve instilled our culture within their team. As a result, they’re always aligned with us. This is truly important for us; they’re not just another vendor working for our company — they want to be involved.

They should have a staff augmentation-based business model. Currently, they only offer managed services.

I highly recommend working with TrianglZ if you’re looking for a team with great communication, good tech leads, and strong developers.

TriangIZ was referred by a friend. I looked at their previous work and found that the team had developed an app that was very similar to what I was looking for. The app they had done was of great quality and worked smoothly, so I thought they were the best choice for this project.

Our engagement started in December 2019, but the process slowed down due to COVID-19. They finished most of the work in August 2020 and are currently working on some adjustments.

We’ve had great feedback. Our collaborators have mentioned that customers prefer us over other competitors because of the app’s excellent quality.

TriangIZ's communication is on point and constant. We had some setbacks due to COVID-19, but they’ve done their best to meet deadlines. We communicate mostly through Whatsapp, even though it is not commonly used in Egypt, which is where they are based. They’ve made the effort to adapt to our ways of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love that the founders are always available and aren’t hard to reach. The team knows what they're doing and is great at it. I also appreciate the staff’s honesty and attentiveness.

I don’t have anything for them to improve. Everything has been great in my experience.

The team wants their clients to succeed, so if you’re new in the tech industry, you should understand that you have to be flexible with deadlines.

I hired Trianglz to be my technical arm so I am only now concerned with business and sales and support while the complete development and maintenance and deployment is done by Trianglz

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had in-house team before but it was very difficult for me to handle everything about them while at the same time focusing on business and sales and product management. I am more into the product and I am not a technical expert so I started thinking of the outsouring solution and had different companies. Trianglz was recommended by a friend and they were already doing my mobile app for our product and for their high quality work, commitment and passion of the founders to grow their company, I chose to work with them.

The platform is a learning management system (competing with big players in the market like Schoology or Blackboard) and the service is complete development and maintenance so I have a team at Trianglz of developers, QA team and Yassin (CTO) part time supervising everything.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While in 2019 i had lots of problems in the product such as its stability (lots of bugs and problems), code quality and both in turn affected our name in the market, now the platform is more than 95% stable, clean code with most of the obsolete code changed and our customers and revenues tripled or even more.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At the beginning of-course it takes time but they were open and ready and flexible to keep changing and adapting to find the best way and workflow which I believe we managed to have now. I have my planning meetings every sprint withe CTO and the team leader and QA to go through the stories to implement and answer any of their questions and i also have weekly review meeting with the CTO and team lead to make sure everything is on track and answer any concerns/clarifications i have

They know how to pick and manage very good and committed developers, so their turn over is so low and they are known to be very friendly with the team while also keeping it professional and always evaluating them
