I'm the owner of Hub discount card company. We provide HDC cards to our customers and get unbeatable and exclusive discounts on various merchant products or services.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our business goals and objectives. From there, the experts create wireframes for our website. After that designed and developed process takes place. They also updated the website content to reflect our organization and service background. In the end, they launch our website.

We were coordinating with Kamil Raza. He was the main person who was handling our project.

After website publishing, Online traffic and organic leads have increased over the months. Thanks to their efforts.

We used to call them whenever we needed them. But whenever we can't attend the meeting, they let us know about the project progress updates. And, we were using Google Meet for the online meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all, they gave us a responsive, user-friendly, and high functionality website. It's good for our Online business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not find any areas for improvement as we had already been informed about the issues which we were facing while developing the website.

Because of the COVID situation, I used to contact them by phone. But whenever I feel for a face-to-face meeting. Then I use Google Meet.

After website publication, we found some minor glitches. And, we informed the team to remove all glitches.
