We hired Toporin Studio to help with our marketing so we could attract and retain new customers.

I've provided Toporin Studio with an outline of my goals, including the number of clients I want and the services I want to promote. Their team is now using that information to inform their content marketing strategy for my Facebook page. Toporin Studio runs my Google Ads campaigns. Their team has identified keywords and integrated them into my content to improve organic traffic.

I found Toporin Studio through their Facebook advertisements. I hired them because we're both Ukrainian — it was important that we had the same work mentality and spoke the same language. I also appreciated that their team was younger and up-to-date on the newest trends.

I've invested around $12,000 with Toporin Studio. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Toporin Studio began in April 2021, and it's ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm getting a lot of new customers through the Google Ads and keyword targeting Toporin Studio runs. My new customers come from almost 60 miles away after finding us in Google searches. I appreciate that Toporin Studio is good at paid and organic marketing. 

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Toporin Studio provides me with regular project reports — their project management is great. Communicating with Maksym through email and phone calls is very easy because he responds to messages without delay. I appreciate that Toporin Studio is always available for longer conversations, where Maksym can lay out the details of my project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've worked with other marketing companies before, but their services were very generalized and their larger teams weren't flexible. However, Toporin Studio is flexible, considerate of my needs, and will change anything I request without requesting an additional payment. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Toporin Studio to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to communicate clearly with Maksym and provide him with as much detail as possible about what they want in their ads. It's extremely important to provide Toporin Studio with as much information as possible so they can succeed.

I’m a customer service manager for an appliance repair company located in Seminole, Florida. We service Pinellas County and Tampa Bay. I also deal with all our marketing in terms of getting leads, managing the budget, communicating with lead providers, and so on.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?

We were building a new website. We already had one, but we wanted to make it more customer-oriented. We were also interested in SEO marketing and improving our conversions through the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Toporin Studio has created a new website for us. From there, we’ve hired them for Google advertising, and they’ve also taken over our Yelp page.

What is the team composition?

We always talk to one person, but I think more people are involved. They probably have one person for SEO and one for Google Ads.  

How did you come to work with Toporin Studio?

Our owners knew each other. We set up a meeting to discuss what we needed and what could be done. They seemed to know what they were doing; they told us the budget we’d need for the number of leads we were looking for.

Other marketing companies promise the world. They’ll promise 500 customers in one month, and after one month, there are only 100 customers. If we ask them why, they say that our budget was only enough for 100, even though they’d promised 500 before. However, we didn’t have that problem with Toporin Studio. They told us directly how much it would cost us and didn’t give us empty promises.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, the total cost is around €4,200 (approximately $5,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

They started working on our website in August 2021, but they’d offered us consultation services before this. We plan to work with them further.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Toporin Studio took over, our Yelp and Google My Business conversions have increased. Before the new website, we’d have about six customer bookings online per month. Now, we’re getting over 30 bookings per month. The site has become one of our top lead sources, along with Google Ads and Google Local.

Moreover, everybody loves the way the new site looks, and I love it as well.

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They send us reports at the end of each month. We set up monthly meetings to discuss what’s needed, what can be improved, and so on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They don’t promise great results from the beginning. They’re honest about the process, including the time needed to see an SEO increase.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are always areas for improvement, but we’re satisfied with Toporin Studio so far. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend contacting Maksym (Founder) and starting to work with them.

I’m the chief officer of a yacht charter company; we book charters for customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?

We needed help with the website design of our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Toporin Studio designed and developed a website for our business using WordPress and also brought in a plug-in from a charter agent that supplies the hundreds of yachts that we have access to. I gave them my vision of what I was looking for in a site and the goals I was trying to achieve. 

In terms of functionalities, the site has a homepage that makes you feel like you’re in the Caribbean and also has a plug-in integrated into the page where users can see our available yachts.

I only dealt with Maxim (Owner), and he had other partners working on the project.

I searched for local web designers and narrowed down a list of the candidates on Google. We started working with Toporin Studios after having a video conference where we discussed the price and the scope of the work they were going to do.

We spent under $5,000 with them on this project.

We worked together from April–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m pleased with the quality of the website and its design — they did a great job, and I like the feeling that I get when I go on the site.

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They were attentive to the project and always responded to me. They also addressed and implemented my input and vision into their first draft of the website design. In addition to that, Toporin Studio corrected the issues presented in the final stages of the site’s development — I’m pleased with the final product I received from them.

I’m terms of communication, we used video chat, email, and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The vision of what I ended up with was outstanding — they did a great job creating what I asked for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their attention to detail in certain areas so I wouldn’t have to request the same thing several times. It’s a minor thing, but there’s always the possibility of improvement.

Stay on top of what you want, and make sure that your requirements are precise and understood by the team.

I am the owner of Ester USA Inc. We sell luxury car perfumes. We have a wide variety of car perfumes that are composed entirely of fragrance oils.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?

They're helping us grow our company by driving increased sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built my business website on Shopify. Their team is always working on the site, implementing functionality and aesthetic updates. They also manage our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. For this portion of the engagement, they've created the accounts and now take care of all our social media content. They're working directly with our customers and putting together contests. They also do research on different kinds of programs trying to reach influencers, work to improve our Amazon sales, and manage PPC campaigns.

What is the team composition?

There are seven people that I have worked with. I work with Maksym (Owner) mostly, but I know there is someone who takes care of the social media, and someone who takes care of the content. There are other people as well, but I don’t know them because most of the time I work directly with Maksym.

How did you come to work with Toporin Studio?

I found them on social media when I first started my project. I had a Zoom meeting with Maksym, and I was impressed with his abilities and skills. We are happy and everyone has a defined role.

I have spent about $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've worked together since October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It has been pretty good. Their work fits my requirements perfectly. Right now, we are working on a lot of updates to our Amazon sales platform. They've been proactive in updating listings based on our agreed-upon strategy and researching other retailers we could potentially work with.

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They've been perfect in this regard. I am always in direct contact with Maksym, and he manages the whole team. They set forth a monthly plan at the beginning of each month and then progress through it step by step. After the month is over, we come back to the plan just to see if we did everything. Everything looks professional, and I've had no complaints about them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are really punctual. If they promise to do something, they will do it right away. I don’t have to wait a long time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ll see how the partnership progresses, but for now, I am happy. They've helped us grow our business. Seeing these results with no complaints on our end means everything has been perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don't know what advice I'd give. I've just been happy with their work.

I’m the CEO of SD Quality Moving. I also work at Arome — a startup focused on providing advice for biotech and pharmaceutical companies on how to do their research. We’re a provider for data acquisition, data analysis, and advising and consulting on particular biotech and pharmacy projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?

Since this is not an ordinary business and is a new type of field, we needed a website that could handle heavy information.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our industry requires a lot of research and digging to understand, but they navigated through it quickly and picked up the information that we provided. From there, they assembled a website with navigation and such. It’s still in development, but they’re using their own C++ code to add custom forms and it’s based on WordPress. 

For our moving business, too, they still provide SEO, backlinking, content and keyword optimization efforts, and online advertising, including Google Ads. They are ensuring the website will be indexed highly. They’ve created custom email campaigns and compiled our database of users into a single spreadsheet to send automatic emails.

I work with two people from their team and I have a central point of contact. 

How did you come to work with Toporin Studio?

He came through a referral for another company I have. They developed a website for an affiliate business and I saw it and asked for a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

In total, for all of the work they’ve done, we’ve spent around $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019 and our engagement is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The number of new users, recurrent users, and entries into the forms have all gone up significantly since we started working together. On the other projects, we’ve seen a 20%-30% increase in new visitors. 

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really great, actually. They’re flexible on their price, creating a quote, and negotiating well. They are strict about timelines and use Trello to keep track of everything on the panels, showing us where things are in the process. Everything is completed in a timely manner. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are a top-notch company — they are on top of things and know what they’re doing. He earns my business every time because they know what is happening with search engines since it’s so critical for web developers to understand things that are constantly changing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could expand and hire more people at this point.

Email him and specify your goals for the project. They will work with you and provide different avenues to proceed with. Let them know if you want things to be simple or something more involved with SEO. Be honest and open about your goals from the beginning.

I needed someone who was skilled in React to do web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did front- and backend development of a web application. They worked on a particular piece of a complex project, involving using different software, combining it, and creating APIs. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with Max (Owner) and several engineers.

How did you come to work with Toporin Studio?

They were recommended to me. When I talked to them, I liked that they were knowledgeable and responsive. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2020 – June 2020. We plan to work together again.

The quality of code is good. They’re organized and very good at coming up with solutions that we weren’t aware of for specific tasks.

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

I managed the teams and laid out the plan. They were comfortable with the way I laid it out, and they worked hard to achieve it. They handled technical details and were proactive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re knowledgeable and professional, working hard for their client. They don’t just work to get paid; they want to see the client be successful. I will rehire them on future projects.

Clearly define your requirements. This team understands complex projects and gets the job done.
