Objective
Aman Resorts was an established brand, but their online presence was not nearly as impressive as their beautiful resorts. The goal was to garner more online traffic to the site in order to increase bookings and revenue.
Strategy
Upon completion of a comprehensive technical SEO audit, we prioritized site wide and on-page elements based on overall SEO impact. By heavily researching and assessing the market for each of the Aman locations, we were able to create a tailored strategy that took into account both the individual properties, as well as the entire domain.
Results
Within the first year of working with Titan Growth, Aman saw an increase 31% in organic visits to the site, which translates to over 420,000 unique organic visitors to the site during that time period. Their revenue was nearly doubled within three years, equating to millions of dollars in additional revenue.

Objective
Kannaco came to us with the specific goal of growing their online presence and e-commerce revenue.
Strategy
Our team helped work with their developer on a newer version of their site, that was more conducive to e-commerce sales. We deployed tactical on-page SEO and chose an aggressive keyword strategy for niche terms to help Kannaco grow market-share in the competitive and growing CBD space.
Results

National Geographic Expeditions: Client Spotlight
Objective
Despite their strong brand, Lindblad Expeditions had a relatively low market share online. Our objective was to capture and corner the online market for their most important key terms.
Strategy
The strategy was to leverage Lindblad’s existing brand, coupled with on-page SEO initiatives to increase keyword rankings and market share. Technical audits, strategic updates, and language targeting were some of the key aspects during this campaign.
Results
In the first year working with Titan Growth, Lindblad Expeditions saw a 75.52% increase in organic traffic and a 177.13% increase in conversions. With continued SEO initiatives, Titan Growth was able to increase Lindblad Expeditions’ traffic by over 1000%.

Auberge: Client Spotlight
Objective
The goal was to improve on-page technical SEO function to eliminate roadblocks, increase indexation, and improve traffic and rankings.
Strategy
Upon completion of a comprehensive technical SEO audit, we prioritized site wide and on-page elements that would positively impact search engine rankings. For each element, we provided a business requirements document that outlined the purpose, the SEO impact and the specifications. We continue to optimize and tweak the site to protect existing share of voice and improve rankings.
Results
Not only did we see organic traffic and rankings improvements for Auberge Resorts, but gain in overall exposure revealed a clear search impact YOY. In terms of rankings, Auberge saw an increase of 1,000 new first page rankings during the first year. The increase in rankings led to increases in organic traffic. Auberge was so impressed with their results, they brought many additional portolio projects on, which began a long, fruitful relationship.

Blackbaud: Client Spotlight
Objective
Blackbaud came to us with a specific goal to outrank competitors for key terms, as well as garner more exposure and leads for their ongoing campaigns.
Strategy
Advanced on-page SEO initiatives and content build outs enabled us to obtain first page rankings for Blackbaud’s key terms. Usability and technical audits shed light on which areas of the website needed improvement from a user standpoint. Our team also helped them launch their new Canadian website from start to finish, adding another successful component to the Blackbaud family.
Results
When Blackbaud first started as our client, they had 113 first page rankings. In the time we worked with Blackbaud, they had seen their yearly net income go from 6 million (the year before we engaged) to over 28 million two years later. Objective
Classy Closets was looking to increase their brand presence across the digital space in an effort to expand their market reach and grow leads and sales.

Objective
With thousands of retailers, Mikimoto partnered with Titan Growth to help increase brand awareness, increase exposure, and drive revenue through their online store.
Strategy
In order to increase traffic and revenue, we first had to increase market share and keyword rankings. On-page SEO and product specific optimization were big initiatives with this luxury retail site.
Results
Mikimoto already had an established name in fine jewelry, however, their online presence was not as impressive as their beautiful pearls. After working with Titan Growth, Mikimoto realized significant increases in both online exposure and revenue. Our team was able to achieve over 6,850 new first page rankings which led to increased traffic, and ultimately, a 107.18% increase in revenue.

Pubmatic had a lot of content and resources for prospective clients, but wasn't getting the exposure they were looking for. They partnered with Titan Growth to drive more awareness to their content and in turn, bring in more leads.

Pubmatic came to us with untapped potential. They had already invested in content creation and had libraries of wonderful resources. We audited the site, took inventory of the current content and prioritized our strategy based on the areas we thought we could make the most impact.

Objective
Resort Harbour was looking to increase visibility and traffic to their website, as well as increase leads and revenue.
Strategy
For Resort Harbour Properties, a combination of local and technical SEO was going to play an important role in performance. After an initial audit of the site, there were several technical areas that needed to be addressed. Once resolved, we had a strong foundation to build authority and rankings.
Results
Resort Harbour achieved quick ranking growth and within the first year, rankings increased by 432% and traffic increased by 69%. To date, Resort Harbour's rankings have increased by 1795% since we first began our campaign, contributing to significant increases in traffic and revenue.

SiteCore: Client Spotlights
Objective
The goal was to improve technical on-page SEO initiatives in order to increase online market share, rankings, and traffic.
Strategy
Usability and technical audits shed light on which areas of the website needed improvement from both an SEO and a user standpoint. From there, a customized digital marketing strategy utilizing technical on-page SEO initiatives enabled us to obtain first page rankings for Sitecore’s key terms.
Results
When Sitecore first started as our client, they had 59 first page rankings. Within 10 months, they had over 400 important key terms ranked on the first page. Sitecore also realized a 32% increase in organic traffic compared to the previous year, when they weren’t working with Titan Growth.

Software AG: Client Spotlight
Objective
Software AG wanted continuous growth and a steadfast digital marketing partnership that could help them thrive in the digital space.
Strategy
Now a partner for several years, Titan Growth has seen Software AG through site launches, tracking implementations, and economic downturns. The Titan Growth team uses advanced SEO and paid media strategies to continuously help Software AG capture more online market share and leads.
Results
Software AG has seen a 1357.74% increase in first page rankings, and now has over 10,000 rankings on the first page. YOY, paid media conversions have increased by 640% while simultaneously reducing CPA by over 50%. The reduction in CPA alone has resulted in a savings of over $126,000.00.

Tax Notes: Client Spotlight
Objective
As a resource hub, Tax Notes is a large site with a lot of content. Looking to drive traffic to their site and increase sales and subscriptions, Tax Notes partnered with Titan Growth to execute their digital marketing strategy.
Strategy
Using a combination of advanced SEO techniques along with paid search, our team was able to see sizable increases in traffic, authority and leads.
Results
After implementing a sound SEO and paid strategy, Tax Notes saw incredible results. A 4653% increase in 1st page rankings also led to increases in traffic and leads. On the paid side, there was a 174% increase in paid leads. At the same time our paid search team was also able to decrease cost per lead by 59%!

Threadbird: Client Spotlight
Objective
Threadbird was looking to increase their brand presence across the digital space, in effort to expand their market reach and grow leads and sales.
Strategy
We recommended an all-encompassing strategy to help drive quick growth in leads and sales. The strategy included a combination of SEO, paid search and paid social campaigns in order to broaden our reach.
Results
Within the first year, Threadbird saw a 53% increase in first page rankings, which translated to more exposure and leads. They also saw an improvement in paid goal completions by over 1000%! With paid social, goal completions increased by 190%.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Threadbird ended Q1 down over 20%. They had to make the tough decision to furlough 30% of their staff. Additionally, they cut their marketing budget by 75% with the exception of SEO because they knew it was their "lifeline during this time."
Threadbird's swift and strategic pivot to add face masks to their product offering helped them garner market share while their competitors were still closed. Both organic and paid strategies were used to accelerate market growth and visibility. And the results? Astounding! Threadbird finished out April 40% up YOY. They were able to hire their entire team back that month and "tears of joy were shed by all." Additionally, the warehouse division added more staff and hours to accommodate the sales demands. By May, sales were up 95% YOY, marking this the highest sales month in company history! Since then, Threadbird has increased staff by 30% from pre-covid levels and continues to break company sales records. I'm the President & CEO of an IT Services firm based in Rockville, MD.
For what projects/services did your company hire Titan Growth, and what were your goals?
We hired Titan for SEO services and PPC advertising. Our previous firm did not have the knowledge or expertise that we desired, so we needed to find a new agency that could meet our needs. We needed to enhance our online presence and have our website rank better.
How did you select Titan Growth and what were the deciding factors?
Titan actually reached out to me directly and their timing was just right. We spoke with their sales person a few times and then one of their VPs. They were very professional, organized, and also flexible on the terms. So we decided to give them a shot and see how they do.
Given that there is no real science to online marketing/advertising as results vary from industry to industry as well as product and service offering, we were not optimistic that they would be able to produce real results. But figured we'd give them a chance to see what they can do.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Our scope of work included SEO and PPC. We were assigned a single project manager as our primary point of contact. He in turn coordinates with their team members on the SEO and PPC side. They first did an SEO audit to get a benchmark on where we stand.
From there they started to methodically make changes to our side keywords etc. week by week. They also started setting up our LinkedIn PPC campaign and we worked together on ad copy, messaging, etc. After a few weeks we launched our first PPC campaign. We also lager expanded our engagement with Titan to include email marketing services.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We primarily work with two individuals
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We find their SEO methodology to be impeccable. The PPC took a bit longer, our first campaign was not targeting the right audience and didn't get any results. Our second campaign had the right audience but the messaging/offer was not good so we didn't get any results.
By the time we got to the third campaign we had figured out all the issues and it started to work well. We now see a consistent amount of leads each month coming from PPC on LinkedIn.
The Email Marketing started to show results within 2-3 months, it was a lot faster results than we had expected, and it continues to provide consistent leads each month. In general, Titan is a very professional and organized firm.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Our project manager is meticulous and very organized. He is just always super busy, but never forgets to follow up on things. Our email marketing lead is incredibly pleasant to work with. She is also very organized and responsive.
The SEO services took about 6 months to see real results, but every month they provided us with a report as to where our keyword ranking stood compared to previous months. So we could see the upward trend.

They know what they are doing and do it well. After nearly a year working with them, we are very happy with our partnership.

I am the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations for an advanced manufacturing company. We provide additive manufacturing, urethane casting, CNC machining, Injection molding, Engineering, Design and Managed Services.
For what projects/services did your company hire Titan Growth?
We hired Titan Growth for help with both Search Engine Optimization as well as Paid Media Management.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal has always been to increase the chance of our target clients finding us online. We want them to see us when they search and see our brand when they are thinking about a purchase (consideration phase). Both of these allow us to increase the number of leads on an ongoing basis. At the end of the day those leads help to fill our pipeline which in turn gets us more revenue.
How did you select this vendor?
We had a selection process that involved rating a handful of agencies based on what was important to us. Having worked with other agencies in the past we knew what was important. At the end of the day Titan won because of their sophisticated strategies, team experience, case studies, and technology that was unmatched when compared to the other agencies we spoke with.
Describe the project in detail.
Titan manages the SEO strategy for us at every step. Even though we’ve had some significant gains over the years, Titan continues to push for additional keyword rankings, exposure and traffic. Their ongoing strategy involves looking for opportunities to increase/improve and then make adjustments to our site to help realize those gains.
On the Paid media side Titan Growth focuses on targeting our customer. As a team we’ve continued to improve our targeting so we are not wasting spend on people who are not our buyer (there are plenty of them out there that are not ideal). Titan continues to use a combination of layered targeting along with Ai to help accomplish this goal.
What was the team composition?
I have one main point of contact, Sam, who works with me on an ongoing basis. He coordinates everything on Titan’s team on an ongoing basis. Both SEO and Paid have their own dedicated teams that work on our account that Sam oversees.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Titan has impacted our business in a number of ways. In the beginning of the relationship we were focused on increasing leads for our production work. Titan’s partnership helped increase that business so much that we eventually needed to double the size of our production center in 2016, and have continued to grow ever since.
We’ve also made the Inc 500/5000 list over five times as a result of our growth. Titan has worked with us in partnership to help us continue to increase our revenue.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
PM has always been executed in a timely and effective way. We have access to tracking that shows us exactly what’s being done and it’s always done consistent with expectations.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The team is very impressive. Their level of knowledge as well as their ability to execute on that knowledge is impressive. The relationship they have with Google is also very impressive.
I haven’t worked with another agency that has the partnership and support that Titan has from Google. Last but certainly not least their TitanBOT technology for SEO is eye opening. It has certainly helped us accomplish our goals sooner than we would have otherwise realized them.

We first hired Titan Growth for SEO as their TitanBOT technology was something we knew we could benefit from. After six months of working together and seeing very successful results, we hired them to also manage our Paid Media.
What were your goals for this project?
We are an ROI driven company, so we want to see this value as high as possible. In regards to SEO, this improvement happened much faster and better than expected (and we had pretty high expectations from the start). Our SEO ROI is currently in the double digits and our Paid Media ROI is doing well also.
How did you select this vendor?
We vetted several agencies and Titan Growth stood out from the rest based on their team experience and TitanBOT technology. We are still with them today because, even after 2+ years working together, they continue to improve both our SEO and Paid Media performance on a monthly basis.

Titan Growth currently provides SEO and Paid Media management services for us. They completely manage the SEO process in-house so we are virtually hands-off while we see our traffic and revenue to continuously increase. For Paid Media, we are a little more involved with communicating product and strategy changes on our end to the Titan team.

Both my Marketing Manager and I work directly with our main team POC regularly. Our Titan team POC then leads a team of SEO and PPC individuals to work on projects for our company. Periodically other team members are included in meetings when it makes sense, but most of our interaction is with a single person.

At first, we were a little concerned because SEO takes time to develop and improve, but we were really glad we were patients to see results because they have been incredible so far. To have a double-digit ROI on any marketing spend is rare. What's even rarer is to see ROI continue to grow, and that's what we have seen with Titan Growth.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow and communication between our teams have been very efficient. Our main POC with Titan helps manage everything for us on an ongoing basis and reports regularly. We're also alerted if any changes need to be made and they help with that as well.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
At the beginning of our relationship with Titan Growth, we completely changed our website platform to work with another web agency. We initially had major issues that Titan was able to help identify for us and step in quickly to help fix issues after the fact. If they hadn't noticed some of these issues right away, it could have been disastrous for us. To make a long story short, Titan has been on top of things since day 1, even when it's not something they are responsible for (i.e. web development). The Titan team is always available and accommodating while being ruthless in taking business away from our competitors. They have felt like a true partner, not just a vendor.

In 2017, we were working with a digital agency that was doing a good job, but we felt that maybe more could be done so we put out an RFP that Titan would eventually win.

In 2017 we interviewed a number of agencies and Titan Growth really stood out. Their TitanBOT technology was like nothing we had ever seen. We hired them and are glad we did!
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were to increase first page rankings for important terms and help us increase brand awareness, revenue and traffic to our site. We already had good exposure, but wanted to see that exposure increase even more, and Titan met & exceeded our goals.
How did you select this vendor?
We had a detailed selection process that involved an RFP. We invited a large group of agencies to start and then narrowed them down to our top 10. Then the top three were selected for a presentation to a larger group internally. Everyone in our process was scored on a point basis.
By the time we were done there was no comparison. Titan Growth was the clear winner with the highest number of points across all decision makers.
Describe the project in detail.
Titan uses their technology to drive our strategy. Their search engine emulation tech allows their team to understand what to change and when to change it. This has allowed for fewer updates to our pages because each update is more powerful.
They drive the entire on-page SEO strategy and track the success. It’s been incredible to watch how our revenue, traffic, and first page rankings have grown under their watch.
What was the team composition?
They have a large pod of team members that work on different aspects of the project for us. The great thing about the setup they have is that we only need to interact with one person, our PM. He has regular meetings with us to help update us on what’s new, and to strategize.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are currently in our 3rd year working together. In that time we have continued to see results that demonstrate how impactful Titan Growth’s strategy has been. Almost every month we see growth in our online market share coupled with increases in traffic, revenue and organic rankings.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team is setup in such a way that we have one point person. If I’m in need of anything I simply reach out to my main POC who is available at any time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I'm impressed that they are never happy with the status quo. If we go back to the first year they really knocked it out of the park performance-wise for us. Just maintaining that growth would have been impressive, but they were never satisfied and always wanted more growth. Fast forward to today and they’ve continued to push us higher and higher.

We offer a high end product that is chosen by busy professionals all around the USA. Reaching those potential customers is not easy work. We set out to hire a vendor back in 2009 that would help us with both SEO and PPC.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to increase the number of interested potential residents from our website. Prior to Titan Growth we didn’t generate as much as we would have liked from our website. We wanted to see a significant amount of growth, and Titan Growth has continued to deliver that for us.

We interviewed several potential vendors. Titan Growth stood out to us because of their team. They had a lot of experience and a unique relationship with Google that we hadn’t seen before. Titan Growth manages all aspects of our SEO. They make updates to our site on a weekly basis, track and monitor our performance, and report back to us on a regular basis. They also proactively give us recommendations. For PPC Titan has a dedicated team that manages all of our campaigns and ad groups.
I’m closely involved with helping to structure budget and I work with the Titan team to continue to push the performance higher. We’ve seen great growth in terms of leads, performance, and revenue from both SEO and PPC under Titan Growth’s watch.
What was the team composition?
We have two pods of team members that work under one project manager. Our project manager is our main POC. We have scheduled calls every month to review everything. The two pods are broken up into specialists for both SEO and PPC. They are often in meetings as well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The first year we worked with Titan Growth we saw a considerable increase in leads, revenue, traffic, you name it. It was impressive. We did not expect to continue to see that kind of growth every year. Even the team at Titan told us it wasn’t sustainable. However, we have continued to crush every year with better performance. We are over 1,000% higher in almost all KPI’s since we started. So the results have been phenomenal.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Like I referenced in the question about the team makeup, the project management is arranged in such a way that I only need to talk to one POC who manages everything. The team at Titan has done a great job with managing every aspect of our complicated and complex projects. They take the strategy to layers that most wouldn’t think about.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
First and foremost it has to be the technology they’ve built. The TitanBOT technology continues to be innovated on by their team and gives us an advantage over our competitors. I’ve seen it first hand, and it’s impressive. I have no doubt that it is a big reason we’ve seen such amazing results. Their team is also made of A+ players. When we came into the market about a decade ago, we wanted to make an effort with PPC and SEO. Titan Growth was brought on to help with that.

Our work with them started with SEO. We were trying to gain traction and recognition in that effort. Once we were started there, we moved on to PPC through Google Ads. The main focus has been on SEO, but we are actively working on the ads as well.

Threadbird is a screen printing & merchandise company that specializes in all aspects of screen printing, embroidery, custom-cut garments, and promotional products. Users come to our platform to create a physical representation of what we call “their tribe.” We’ve printed for Fortune 500 companies, churches, schools, sports team, and emerging apparel brands. In several cases, we’ve worked with a client from ideation to production to customer delivery fulfillment.
What challenge were you trying to address with Titan Growth?
We employed a prior agency for specifically SEO services. We had reached our limitations with them because their team couldn’t provide more guidance. Our company knew that there was a better agency out there.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our engagement started with SEO and grew from there. We started with a baseline and understanding of how we would grow from there. After establishing a baseline of 2,500 keywords within the first three pages of Google, we started onboarding them for Google Ads. We’re ranking well above our baseline. In about a year and a half, we’ve ranked between 4,700–4,800 keywords. Due to Titan Growth, we’ve doubled our exposure to potential customers. As of August 2019, we’ve listed 2,700 keywords on the first page. We’re pleased about that.
Google Ads and our social media work have also been a success. In full transparency, we’ve eliminated our budget for LinkedIn. It wasn’t working, which happens. There are going to be tests that work well and others that don’t.
Internally, all of their work has been well-received. We’ve upped on monthly spend with them with social media and Google Ads. If we weren’t impressed with Titan Growth, we wouldn’t keep spending money with them.
How did Titan Growth perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, it has gone very well. When our engagement began, they said everything would be up and running in 30 days. Titan Growth kept their promises. They hit their marks while making sure we are held accountable. Their team keeps an eye on what we need to do to keep us on target and done within a timely fashion.
Having worked with various agencies, I’ve enjoyed with Titan Growth that we had a seamless user experience while transitioning from the sales team to the account team. Sometimes, clients can form a close relationship with the sales team and have to start from scratch with another group. The ease of working with Jake to Sam has been smooth.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate their responsive communication. We’re not their largest client, but I always receive a response from Sam within a couple of hours. On the rare times that he’s unavailable, he’s transparent and lets me know who I can talk to during his absence. Sam also lets me know if he doesn’t have an answer. He will find a way to get me the right answer. Other agencies are inclined to guess a solution that ends up being incorrect. I need the correct answer, not an explanation just for the sake of answering the question.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When we first launched, I wish we did social media advertising with them because we would’ve been much further along. Other than that, no. Nothing is missing from their team.

Titan Growth is always willing to go above and beyond. For instance, I received an email today about something that didn’t pertain to them, but I still asked the SEM team. Sam responded, giving me an expert opinion. He wrote out an in-depth email that explained the topic quickly without dumbing anything down. We receive monthly reports and have a monthly call. They’re extremely helpful. It’s easy to get answers to our questions and reports. Titan Growth is respectable to their clients.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer support is impressive. Their team truly goes above and beyond to explain processes. They’re always there for their clients. If someone is out, they make sure a backup plan is in place, so that anyone can fix the problem or answer the question. It’s commendable how Titan Growth works.

No, they’ve consistently been there for us. If we feel that something is off or we need something, they’re willing to step it up. Since they’re industry experts, Titan Growth gives educated knowledge that we look to. It’s nice working with a company that’s willing to break information down, discuss the reasoning behind issues were concerned about and can explain why an idea we present may not be the best for the future.
