I’m the CEO of a healthcare management company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Thor Social | Digital Marketing Agency?
Basically, our goal was to acquire new customers and patients for the medical practices we manage.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handle all of our digital marketing efforts, so SEO, paid advertising, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads. They handle our social media management, our email marketing, and our SMS text blasts. We’ve outsourced all of our marketing to them.

We’ve worked with four people.
How did you come to work with Thor Social | Digital Marketing Agency?
We hired them based on their price. They had a lot of great ideas and had the background we were looking for—they worked in the healthcare industry before. We started on a trial basis and we grew very rapidly.

Our contract is $85,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2019, and we just signed our second-year agreement to continue working with them at least through 2020.

We have new patients, and Thor Social | Digital Marketing Agency has driven brand awareness really well. So far, it’s been great. They’ve lowered our customer acquisition costs by about 80%. As a result, we’ve been able to grow exponentially. We went from four clinics to 15 clinics. Our Google Ad spending is turning great results. They were also able to get us on the first Google results page. Our click-through rate is insane, we have a lot of leads coming our way, and our patients are in love with them. We no longer have an in-house marketing team.
