This project was basically an awareness programme for chai kreative and advisory to spread the information about the correct ways to use the face-mask during the COVID-19 pandemic and their proper disposal. The entire campaign was designed to help the people with visual graphics.

Hello, This is Pranav Mahajan, Co-Owner of Phone Hub, a leading consumer electronic store in Gurdaspur region, Punjab. In 2020,. we had launched a retail chain of electronic showrooms across Pathankot region, Punjab for which, we're looking forward a marketing partner who can bespeak about our services and products.
Thankfully, our search came to an end at ThinkPen. They have marvelously handled every aspect of our promotion so far. We're hopeful for a long-term relation.
For what projects/services did your company hire ThinkPen?
In the beginning of our business, we were not really focused on our internet based branding but gradually we begun to realize it as we saw similar businesses were getting more engagement than us because of their social media channels. So, after all the search, we decided to settle upon the ThinkPen for the marketing & promotion for social media, initially.
After two months, when we saw the result as per our expectations, we decided to upscale the project and ask ThinkPen to launch an on-ground campaign for customer engagement.
What were your goals for this project?
Being a new bee in the market and in the smartphone segment, our primary focus was to drive as many as customers possible to our physical stores to which ThinkPen chalked out the entire campaign with some alluring and compelling offers during the festive season. We saw an amazing footfall at our physical stores due to our customer interaction at social media offers and campaigns.
How did you select ThinkPen?
To be honest, we just got lucky to have the ThinkPen as our marketing partner since we are no marketing genius to find the needle the in the hay. Yet, our primary target was to test the water of the agency with low-budget social media campaigns and they proved their mettle successfully. So we decided to scale up and went for on-ground marketing campaigns.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Being a co-owner of the retail chain, there is no such contribution except to approve the creative designs and offers for the campaigns. Although, the on-ground campaign was really challenging and we're a bit of doubtful at the young lads who were managing all the spots and crowd interaction and that too be in the COVID times. It was of utmost importance to follow the guidelines while ascending the graph for footfall.
What was the team composition?
Initially, I had the direct interaction with Mr. Sparsh of ThinkPen and after a month or two, Shanaya was assigned to take care of all the queries. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their marketing strategies and execution and most importantly their empathy towards the customer with an amazing quality of Shanaya to lend the ears to the concerns of the clients.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I am thoroughly happy with their deliveries so far and hopeful that they'll be able to prove themselves as always.
One thing that I liked the most about the agency and its people is their audacity to tell the truth without hesitation. During our On-ground campaign, I asked Sparsh to get us the business card printed with the branding of PhoneHub to which he instantly denied that they're not currently into the printing and it will be an unnecessary commitment that will hamper our relation in future.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
To be honest, they're not a big team, all they've got some 25-30 people and I think it's the best thing they have as it's easier to communicate with them and to reach out to the people for your concerns no matter what.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Let's not praise them for being honest to their work as it's what makes a company big not the masses and the building. Their commitment to work and confidence on their strategy is what was impressive specially at the times when we thought it's not going to work any further.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Yes. they certainly have a long way to go and in the process they need to focus more on the expansion of their horizons and scope of work. Being an agency they need to put more emphasis on the resources they can offer to the clients such as printing, video production etc. Rest the young lads have the miles to go.
Thinkpen displays utmost commitment to their marketing strategy for the consumer electronics store. They are communicative and straightforward with the specifics of the campaign. The store is impressed by the team's persistence to see their marketing goals through.
