Jemena owns and operates a diverse range of energy and water transportation assets across the east coast of Australia that provide essential services to millions of households and businesses every day. With a significant product and service portfolio, involving a variety of features and terms, clear and concise communications are an essential element of both acquiring, and retaining, customers.
Jemena appointed Think Creative Agency to develop a series of short, cost-effective videos that would present the various aspects of their many services in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. With clarity and comprehension as our primary objectives, we created a design theme that leveraged simple illustration and animation. This technique enabled us to create a wide variety of tightly targeted communications that provided strong visual support for the key messages in an engaging and colourful format.
Think Creative Agency managed all aspects of the video production including script development, copy editing, sourcing of music and talent, illustration, animation and production editing.
Felton Industries is Australia’s leading supplier of premium, aluminium outdoor furniture to schools, councils and industry. Based in country NSW, but with ambitious plans to expand their business through increased market share and penetration, they appointed Think Creative Agency to review their marketing procedures and develop a program to take their business to the next level.
Our first priority was to develop a new look and feel that reflected the brand’s premium positioning and portrayed a bright and contemporary personality. This new brand image was first applied to the new eCommerce website we developed along with eDMs, product catalogues and a full stationary suite followed by a roll out across all touchpoints including digital, social, direct marketing and customer newsletters.
Understanding the key drivers among Felton’s market segments was key to achieving their objectives. As information regarding these markets was largely anecdotal, we undertook two pieces of research to underpin future marketing strategies. This involved a broad survey of market dynamics and a detailed customer survey. The insights gained from these studies provided an invaluable guide for campaign messaging and marketing activities.
As well as developing and implementing every aspect of Felton’s marketing communications, Think Creative Agency also manages all digital, SEO and Google AdWords requirements.
Progress Printing sets the standard as a one stop supplier for printing, promotional and signage needs.
The came to us to develop a brand strategy, new taglines and a fresh new eCommerce website to lift their digital presence.
They wanted a site that was easy to use, where they could easily add and update products and pages as required.
The website design and development involved a custom-built responsive site with a complete e-commerce solution using WordPress and WooCommerce. The new website design is a bold and exciting, digital brand experience where customers can see all Progress Printing products at a glance and can easily request a quote or get in touch.
The Prince Akatoki group of hotels are operated by our client Staywell Group. The hotels are inspired by the tradition that celebrates the Art, Ritual and Elegance of Japanese hospitality and fuses the best of Japan and the western world to enlighten guests with a five star luxury experience; promoting mindfulness and tranquillity at every touchpoint.
Valuing our experience of managing prestigious brands, Staywell Group requested our design and print expertise for their Prince Akatoki brand for a number of specialised projects. This included the design and roll out of artwork for their hotels worldwide to ensure guests received the synonymous experience associated with Prince Akatoki hotels wherever they were in the world.
The first project included creation of assets for the ‘Front of House’ of each Prince Akatoki hotel from Business Cards, Stationery, Gift Vouchers to Valet Parking tags, alongside ‘In Room’ items such as Menu’s, iPad displays and even complimentary water bottle tags.
We also designed a range of marketing collateral for the Prince Akatoki brand, including numerous Brochures, Factsheets, Media Walls, Digital Signage and more. To complement these printed materials, we put together an array of digital assets such as templates for Email Marketing, Magazine advertising and Email signatures.
And to assist with the application of the Prince Akatoki brand globally, we produced a 100-page Brand Guidelines manual. Included in this were print specifications nominating the colour palette from the brand guidelines, stock to be used and the printing process required to deliver the best result with detail down to the machine preference where possible.
Owned by the Law Society of NSW, Lawcover provides professional indemnity insurance to the legal profession. As the only industry-owned, licenced and APRA regulated insurer in Australia, Lawcover occupies a position of trust within the profession.
Think Creative Agency is Lawcover’s long-standing, full service advertising partner. A key project each year is Lawcover’s Annual Report. And each year, our task is to create a fresh, but highly identifiable, on-brand design that maintains a careful balance between professional presentation and engaging content. By utilising a distinctive colour palette to create a strong brand association, each report leverages specific design cues to convey both originality and connectedness.
The use of large format charts and infographics, along with dominant graphic elements, creates an accessible design that delivers important and complex information in an easy-to-digest and engaging format.
Think Creative Agency handles the printing and distribution of the Annual Report hard copies and also manages the distribution of soft copies to all customers via eDM.
As Australia’s first and oldest charity, The Benevolent Society’s name and brand recognition is long established and of vital importance to its work. Founded to provide assistance to the disabled and disadvantaged, The Benevolent Society has grown to become the largest service provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in NSW. To reflect the important leadership role being played by The Benevolent Society, a new accessible brand was needed that was WCG 2.0 compliant.
A key priority of the brand refresh was to incorporate the colour palette of the existing brand into a vibrant new brand identity that reflected The Benevolent Society’s personality while showcasing compliance with the accessibility rules that underpin the NDIS scheme. In addition to the updated brand identity, a full suite of collateral including brochures, handbooks, flyers, posters, tent cards, and welcome packs were needed along with PowerPoint presentation templates, newsletters and a variety of internal communications to staff.
We developed an exciting, new brand design that incorporated the vivid colours at the heart of The Benevolent Society’s brand identity and captured the warmth and optimism that characterise their work. This theme was then utilised throughout the supporting collateral to create bright, upbeat and appealing designs that fully complied with NDIS accessibility requirements. Think Creative Agency also managed the printing and distribution of all campaign materials.

Reed Exhibitions is a global event company that hosts over 500 individual events around the world each year. Key to the success of the Australian arm of the business are the Reed Gift Fairs and Retail Quarter shows. Comprised of four major events in Sydney and Melbourne each year, they represent Australia’s largest retail trade fair portfolio.
Facing significant changes in market dynamics, and an increasingly competitive environment, Reed Exhibitions commissioned Think Creative Agency to create a new look and feel for their events and revitalise attendance. As part of the project we developed a distinctive brand and value proposition for each fair to underpin a cohesive design strategy. From this, we evolved a targeted messaging strategy and a highly individual design direction. As the refresh coincided with the Reed Gift Fair’s 50th anniversary, we also created a new logo to mark the occasion. Importantly, this new logo had to work seamlessly in conjunction with existing branding.
The final project rollout integrated digital and print banners, signage, posters, flyers, animated GIFs, eDM marketing materials and all website elements to create a totally unified, and highly impactful, campaign.
The NSW Department of Early Childhood Education came to us to develop and roll out an important new iniative for the Early Childhood Education Workforce Strategy. The strategy was developed to help promote the role of early childhood educators and teachers as a critical part of a child’s educational journey, and to also highlight early childhood education as an attractive and meaningly career.
The project involved the development of an 12 page brochure including icon development, delivered as a printed document and a tagged PDF for accessiblity.
Park Regis Hotels have a long and distinguished heritage of providing quality accommodation. Not content with reputation alone, Park Regis remains a contemporary choice, offering excellent amenities, up-to-date features, innovative technologies and first-rate service. Recognising that their well-established Park Regis brand identity did not reflect its current service offering owners, the StayWell Hospitality Group, commissioned Think Creative Agency to develop a new look and feel.
Adding complexity to the brief was the requirement to retain the brands’ highly recognisable logo and colour palette while creating a modern, engaging and brand-appropriate personality. With hotels across the country and around the world, reflecting the brand’s proud Australian heritage was another key requirement.
Through the introduction of a bespoke pattern honouring Australia’s Aboriginal people, combined with high impact layouts and quality photography, we were able to retain the core brand elements while creating an exciting new look. To ensure the proper implementation of the new brand style we developed comprehensive brand guidelines for all applications. We have rolled out this exciting new look across more than sixty products, including dual language versions, and manage the design, print and distribution of materials across all hotels to ensure compliance and consistency.
The Property Council of Australia is the leading advocate for Australia’s largest industry, property. To support their vision of creating prosperity, jobs and thriving communities, the Property Council Academy conducts over one hundred professional development courses annually. In such a diverse and dynamic industry, the program requires frequent updates as well as the regular introduction of new courses.
Each year, course materials are renewed. And each year, our long-standing brief is to develop a fresh, new look that is vibrant and engaging while also complying with the Property Council of Australia’s overall brand strategy. By utilising vivid colours, bold type treatments and a strong emphasis on inspiring and motivational key words, our latest designs were not only highly individual and impactful, they presented detailed, yet easily accessible, information in a manner completely aligned with brand guidelines.
The requirements for each campaign are extensive and include course handbooks, flyers, pull-up banners, workbooks, PowerPoint templates and calendars along with magazine ads and digital media. Think Creative Agency manages the entire process, from creative concepts through to the printing and distribution of all finished materials.
MasterCard Advisors, the professional services arm of MasterCard, provides real-time transaction data and proprietary analysis, data-driven consulting, and marketing services solutions to help clients optimize, streamline, and grow their businesses. MasterCard came to us to develop an info-graphic based campaign for CommBank to help promote the banks’ 7 product offerings. The campaign was to be rolled out in brochures and supplied in PowerPoint as the CommBank team wanted the ability to make changes as required.
Working with the CommBank brand guidelines, we developed all the info-graphics and produced 7 Sales Enablement Decks which consisted of a set of 7 info-graphic based flyers and 7 matching PowerPoint presentations, one to accompany each vertical in the CommBank product offering.
CommBank Holidays were launching a campaign to offer amazing holiday destinations to the Commonwealth Bank employees. CommBank Holidays Campaign including micro site with data capture tool, email marketing, posters, banners and marketing collateral. The goal was to create awareness, knowledge and curiosity among all Commonwealth bank staff about the upcoming CommBank Holidays web portal containing exclusive travel deals available to Commonwealth Bank staff.
Think Creative Agency were commissioned to come up with a fun, fresh look and feel for the website and all the marketing collateral, one designed to encourage people to sign up to the CommBank holidays website. A fabulous image of the island gives an instant “I wish I was there” feel and the bright yellow colors kept it fun and vibrant. The campaign included an easy to navigate microsite with data collection tool, flyers, posters, banners and email campaign with editable templates so the client could update and send whenever they needed to.

We are also involved in overseas projects predominantly in South East Asian countries. For what projects/services did your company hire Think Creative Agency?
EI Australia had already used Think Creative for a brand design a few years earlier, however no marketing collateral had been developed.
Think Creative worked with me to first discuss, develop and then design a number of items of collateral including a Corporate and Capability profile, updated logos and branding concepts, etc.
