Web Development for Plastic Surgery Organization
"They helped me love my business even more than I do because of their enthusiasm and goal-oriented results!"

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Administrative and Facility Director for The Renaissance Center For Plastic Surgery. Our organization is multifaceted and provides surgical services, surgery, injectables/fillers, spa services, and Laser procedures of a Cosmetic and Reconstructive nature.
The benefit of our organization is that we provide such a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical services that work well together all under one roof!
For what projects/services did your company hire Theydo, and what were your goals?
Our company commissioned TheyDo to design and create a new website for our organization. Our goal was to create something new and innovative, but represented exactly "who we are".
They hit a home run in both design and functionality! The site is crisp and sleek, detailed yet quick, visually appealing and easy to use! TheyDo was incredibly easy to work with and they were able to fulfill my vision!
How did you select Theydo and what were the deciding factors?
Honestly, I selected TheyDo because their marketing manager, Neal continued to reach out to me, soliciting me to "jump on board" and give them a try regarding a laser marketing campaign.
He was kindly persistent and incredibly confident. He reached out to me over the course of one year. He finally called me at a time that I could pull the trigger and give TheyDo a try! I was certainly taking a leap of faith!
Before any type of advertising campaign could launch however, it became a necessity to re-invent our website.... they REALLY delivered! I have actually asked them to create another website for one of our subsidiary businesses!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The work entailed creating a new design and concept while incorporating elements from a previous website. Our team did have work to do consolidating and streamlining content and submitting new content, but Neal, Miri and Bart continuously nudged us enough to get our part of the project completed in a timely fashion.
Honestly, the project would have been completed sooner if we weren't the hold up!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There have been four members of the team working with us. Initially, Neal Karski was the Project Manager and the ultimate cheerleader! He introduced me to the Designer and Marketing Analyst, Miri Rusokov who spent a few hours with me via on line and phone asking me a tremendous amount of questions trying to understand what my organization was looking for and what we did.
Based on the analysis, she created a design that I was incredibly pleased with right from the beginning! We tweaked a few things as the project unfolded, but stuck close to the original elements.
After the concept and design was mapped out, Bart Bak, the Designer and Website Developer reached out to me. I'm sure I drove Bart crazy with tweaks and additions, likes and dislikes, but he stayed professional with me and delivered EVERYTHING I asked for in the site.
This has been the 12th website I have been involved with over the course of 25 years and 9 different creators! Some took years to work on and none were ever complete! ....and honestly I never loved any of them! I just felt that websites were a necessary evil!
I can honestly say I "love" our site and I am so very proud of it! I love sending patients and clients and friends and family to the site for a peak! Everyone loves it! I came into this endeavor with great trepidations, with thoughts of "I have to do this again!" Oh no!
I am staying on with TheyDo to give them an opportunity to work on marketing campaigns! The have now introduced me to Marissa Packo, TheyDo's Client Success Manager. We're just getting started, but have great vibes about our future endeavors with TheyDo....I think we're just getting started!
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
TheyDo delivered everything they promised and in a timely fashion! The results speak for themselves! www.collini.com
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
As previously mentioned, Neal, the Project Manager was informative, professional, and directive! He communicated in a timely manner, coordinated all team efforts and continued to "nudge" when our team was behind in delivering materials.
He conducts weekly success, goals, and coaching support virtual meetings where any of his clients can participate and share information. Although I have been in my business for over 25 years, I continue to hear a "new pearl" each week.
His sessions are taped and archived for review at any time. He does have a large library! :)
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
For me the most impressive and unique part of this company is their youth and knowledge. They are young, innovative, creative and supportive! They could definitely " teach an old dog new tricks"
They helped me love my business even more than I do because of their enthusiasm and goal oriented results! My business, on line, appears energized and alive! The new website invigorated all of us!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly, I have no suggestions...as however they are doing it, be it different than I.....it works!

iOS Mobile App Design for Fitness Commitment Company
“They’re able to provide quality design very quickly, which not all agencies can do.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the product and marketing lead at Discipline, a fitness commitment mobile app.
What challenge were you trying to address with Theydo?
We needed someone to design our mobile app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Theydo designed our fitness tracking mobile app for iOS. They’ve been very involved in the process. We discussed the concept, they provided the prototype, and then we gave feedback on it. They also designed the app’s landing page.
The app allows users to create a commitment for a habit or a goal. They can track and report their progress by adding a description and attaching an image. Users can create short commitments and invite friends, who act as accountability partners. Users can see analytics of what they did in the past and share their progress on social media. The app is integrated with Instagram.
Theydo launched the app in about a month, and they continue to help us.
What is the team composition?
We work with two designers.
How did you come to work with Theydo?
They were a referral from a friend of a friend.
How much have you invested with them?
My company has spent $10,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2019, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their design is awesome. We built trust and credibility with our users through the design. We never get any bad feedback regarding the design.
How did Theydo perform from a project management standpoint?
Theydo has become a part of our product development process. We test and develop a lot of ideas, and we generally don’t plan things months in advance. We need a lot of flexibility. We plan the features and the design of the screens in small chunks, test and validate them, and then make the changes. We work in short one-week sprints. Theydo works very quickly to get feedback from us, and they’re organized and responsive. We try to avoid giving direction to them; we want to use their skills to provide suggestions and solutions to our ideas or concepts.
We use Slack and Zoom, which works in a remote capacity. Prior to COVID-19, we had in-person meetings. Those weren’t needed that much, though, because we understood the project pretty well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality to speed ratio is very high. They’re able to provide quality design very quickly, which not all agencies can do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything for them to improve upon. We’re happy with them. They even overdeliver.

E-Commerce Platform Dev for Holistic Medicine Company
"Their team has always been available when needed."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of AUM Bio. We’re a holistic medical company where we give treatment to patients for a number of different diseases.
What challenge were you trying to address with Theydo?
I needed them to build an app that would allow patients to purchase tests and pay for treatments. I engaged with another vendor, which didn’t work out well.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Theydo developed the platform to be accessible on a user’s phone and computer. Originally, I provided their team with specific program numbers, information, and requirements. The site had to have a sign in, long in, and users had to have the option to purchase treatment options, all of which their team implemented. From there accounts, users can search and choose services. They can select a disease and pay for tests. Once a patient completes a test, they can see the results and choose a therapy through the app. So, if a patient wants to stop smoking or access high blood pressure therapy, they could choose a treatment plan on the site.
Now, the app is live. We’re in the first phase of onboarding patients. We’re only adding a certain number and listening to what they’re saying to make improvements.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people on the Theydo team.
How did you come to work with Theydo?
I’ve known Neal (Partner & Strategic Advisory, Theydo) for a long time. Other colleagues had collaborated with Theydo and recommended their services.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent about $15,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started collaborating in July 2019, and our work is more or less done.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Overall, everybody has had a positive reaction to the app, which looks beautiful. It’s only been live for about a week, and we’ve already made a profit. The product has also made services easier for my patients. Instead of calling us and giving their credit card information, they can do everything online. The platform's user-friendly and has experienced no real bugs. We hope to build on it.
How did Theydo perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve always been on top of the project. We had an in-person meeting at the beginning of our collaboration to discuss what I wanted, my vision for the app, and what I needed. The project was in budget and finished before the initial delivery date. Communication has been great. I’ve been in contact with Neal regularly by text messages, phone calls, and e-mails. If we had any questions for them, Theydo was quick to respond. Usually, their team replied the same day or hour.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Theydo has made me feel comfortable with communication. I’m all over the place and needed things done right away—as with any other business. Their team has always been available when needed. If there was a problem or a concern, they’ve gotten right to it. Their team finished development in the proper timeframe, so everything has gone well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything has gone great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want and have a plan. Don’t go into the engagement without knowing what needs to be done.

New Website Design for Cryotherapy Service
"Even with team members in both the US and Europe, everyone showed up to calls on time."

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the CFO of Cryo Zone, a cryotherapy company headquartered in Dallas. We began by importing machines in 2013 and opened retail stores offering cryotherapy in 2014.
For what projects/services did your company hire Theydo?
The website for our retail business had a page about machine sales. We wanted to build a custom website to offer the machines we sell that enabled me to update it later easily.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase our leads for machine sales through organic internet search for cryotherapy machines. We also wanted a webpage to display when people ask us about purchasing cryotherapy machines.
How did you select this vendor?
We interviewed five designers and sent RFPs to each. We also looked into their past work and references.
Describe the project in detail.
Once we selected the vendor, we had a series of weekly design meetings where mockups were provided and tweaked for three weeks. In the final week, they implemented the site in PHP, HTML5, and JavaScript. They also set up Google analytics and reviewed my ad traffic to make some recommendations for SEO.
What was the team composition?
I worked with Bart (Partner, Theydo) and Neal (Partner, Theydo).
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I've doubled my revenue from machine sales from this point last year. Neal and Bart delivered a really high-quality product and design in under a month.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were easy to talk with and worked quickly. If there were issues, they took responsibility and fixed them quickly. Great ideas and great quality.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Even with team members in both the US and Europe, everyone showed up to calls on time. You wouldn’t know they were distributed unless they told you. And, after meetings happen at night, European team members do work that’s ready for you in the morning!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything could always be done faster, but we ended up with a quality product, which is more important than speed.
