The project lasted from October 2021–January 2022. They completed the project within three months.

TheCodeWire delivered the website and handed over the source code successfully. The team did a great job, and we were happy with the results.

Their project management style was great. They valued our opinion and offered free website maintenance services. On top of that, their project manager was always available whenever we faced an issue that needed to be sorted out. They also worked within our budget and desired timeline. Overall, they were reliable and easy to communicate with — everything was good.

What challenge were you trying to address with TheCodeWire?

We wanted a website that was optimized for search engines that we could use to bring in business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TheCodeWire designed and developed our website according to our requirements. We wanted the website to be mobile-compatible and user-friendly. Also, since I’m not an expert in website development, I wanted a website that I could edit without any coding knowledge. So, TheCodeWire suggested several platforms, including Weebly, Shopify, and WordPress.

Ultimately, we decided WordPress was the best option because it was the easiest for my team to navigate. It was simple to add pages and make edits. Once we determined the platform, I provided TheCodeWire with design references to follow. I also gave them my logo and color scheme to use. We then went through several design iterations before beginning the web development process. 

After the website development was complete, TheCodeWire provided a video walkthrough highlighting how to upload content to the site. I also visited their office for in-person training on editing the site. 

Now, TheCodeWire is providing a year of hosting services as part of their website development package. They’ve also offered SEO services, which I may take advantage of next year. They’ve already helped us create a Google Business Profile.

TheCodeWire was able to deliver within my two-week timeline; they delivered on our company’s fifth anniversary. They followed our budget; we tracked tasks through WhatsApp. We used Google Meet to communicate, which is also how they showed me the progress they were making on the design.

They were flexible in their schedule — they worked on a Saturday to ensure my website was completed on time. TheCodeWire was very cooperative and followed through on their commitments. They were very client-oriented.
