Since the contract with TheAD, the revenue went from 0 from the business registration to a reported turnover in excess of $2,000,000 in less than 5 years. In 2017 the business suffered a decrease in productivity. TheAD reversed and improved the company performance by over 30% averaged across each department once the new software was implemented and in use for 6 months. Over the last 2 financial years the business can continued to report a steady flow of new customers. This shows that theAD's marketing strategy does not only ensure client loyalty but also the maintaining of the business presence to untapped income.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As there was already an existing network connection between the CEO and the director of TheAD, the workflow was quite effective and seamless in communicating between teams. Both teams were based in Sydney, and we're able to navigate successfully international timeframes when needed.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
TheAD is very wholistic and hands on in their approach to a project. Given the extensive amount of responsibility they were given, other companies looked to outsource or break up the tasks, which muddies communication and ultimately liability for when something goes wrong. TheAD has been with Provinyl since the beginning, and has not stagnated nor underperformed during the entire course of its ongoing contract. Because they are a vertically aligned business, all tasks and issues are handled with a one person contact. We didn't need to speak to several parties or designers or consultants. TheAD makes it seamless when looking at multiple components within a bigger picture.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything can always be done faster with better accuracy, but overall their response time to problems has always mitigated any frustrations with errors.
