A female perspective on the future of fashion.
A contemporary made-to-measure tailoring brand, for women, by women. Founded in 2019, The Deck provides dynamic, stylish and successful women an alternative in fashion. The Deck is also the first-female only tailor with a shopfront in Savile Row.
We migrated their existing website hosted on SquareSpace to Shopify. Followed a theme based agile developement approach to give the website a complete facelift. Integrated with Acuity to allow customers to book appointments before visiting the store.
Our team of Shopify experts started by understanding the premium made-to-measure business model and an optimised workflow that would be critical for migrating to Shopify. For the eCommerce related pages we implemented a theme that matches the brand identity and style guide as well as new features for their website.

Promoting sustainable drinking behaviour
Fill Me is a Switzerland and Liechtenstein based product company, catered with brand identity design and an online store to sell their niche product line with a personalised and engaging experience. Their Fill Me bottle is stylish, practical and sustainable, but it wasn't developed because the world needs another water bottle. It is part of a comprehensive concept and the result of various sustainable projects.

Next generation clear aligner business
OrthoFX is a Silicon Valley based product company and was looking for a partner agency to help realign itself to promote their doctor-driven clear aligner experience. By working to expand their style-guide to fit the WCAG standards for accessiblity, the new website is much easier to navigate and also beautifully encapsulates the founders vision and company ethos.
Our collaboration with OrthoFX covered a broad range of services from custom illustrations and service designs to a complete digital transformation of the corporate website.
Terrific Minds UX team designed and implemented the corporate website and online web platform where the end users and ortho-GP community can connect with a seamless personalized experience. We also operated as an extended wing for their in house design team, working closely to fulfill a broad spectrum of design requirements.
While meeting modern web standards, the revamped website also incldues a tailored content structure based on user data and SEO guidelines.
Due to the project requirements we leveraged the flexibity of Elementor WordPress to an entirely custom web experience that functionns beautifully acros all screen sizes and leverages custom interactions and advanced features.

A lifestyle that goes beyond a perfume brand
Ojar is a new initiative of Hind Bahwan group of companies which sells luxury perfumes and they sell their producs in Oman, Europe, UK and UAE. Created as statment of modernity and traditional harmony the brand pays tribute to the art and rituals of Middle Eastern perfume making.
The website uses a theme built from scratch with significant layout optimisations to suite desing, images and typography to provide a rich browsing experience.
Functionality and logistics were expanded through the integration of Zoho inventory manager, Bookthatapp, GDPR and Hotjar. We also incorporated front-end order tracking through a custom app that works with a third party shipping service.

Fan engagement application
Design a full scale fan engagement mobile application that can glue the users to the brand. The app will help the user stay connected with the CSK team, get the latest news, engage in exciting competitions and purchase brand merchandises.
An engagement mobile app for Chennai Super Kings with 25M fan following. We paired users enthusiasm and cognitive decision making factors on emotional grounds to build an engaging experience. The challenge to build a ticket booking system, match analyser, game center, CSK TV, video gallery, merchandise store, fan zone, news and blogs was achieved by a hierarchical drill down information architecture.
Simple touch points to connect across five major functional modules that enables seamless and unique experience to millions of CSK fans. The persuasive models used in this application always makes the user come back for more.
User research and digital track data based task flow patterns was used to bring the most desirable experience for the masses.

Less downtime and more ground time
A retailer in the sporting good industry that focuses on selling hockey, lacrosse and baseball/softball equipments. As one of the top 250 e-retailers in the US, they were looking to improve their site performance and reliability.
In addition to developing critical APIs to integrate ERP and other custom integrations, we also helped them migrate to Magento 2.0 environment. With a large product catalog spanning five separate websites our implementation team worked to ensure smooth running and operation.
And as part of our ongoing improvements we have increased traffic through improved SEO ranking and better PageSpeed insights score.

PDF tools expanding access to drinking water
Drink & Donate is a non profit organisation that strives to bring safe drinking water to those who really need it. They wanted an innovative medium to promote their cause and the idea of PDFFly was born. PDFFLy brings a plethora of PDF related to utilities to users, while also allowing them to discover the concept and cause of Drink & Donate and enabling online contributions too.
We integrated one of the most popular PDF APIs seamlessly to enable a great user experience blended with great utility. The design team created a water inspired design that told the story of the causes behind PDFFly.
A custom headless CMS allows flexibility under the hood enables easy content management and separation of the frontend and backend made it easy to plugin various APIs. Also, the architecture means the site will be performant without the need for large infrastructure.

We had to bring their retailer ordering to an online platform with complex customisations in the B2B ordering workflow to ensure the best functional user experience is offered to their retailers who will order online. Legal solution for startups
Founded in 2017 with a vision to do more with less, the Alvin Legal team partners with early-stage startups to get them ready to raise capital and achieve a successful exit event. Their mission is to help startups grow faster by providing them with simple legal solutions. Alvin joined hands with us to revampe their existing website to showcase all the services provided by the firm, improve user experience and enhance the overall appeal of the website.
Alvin wanted the brand to meet the global standards in design and colour schemes. The user experience team worked closely with Alvin to bring the pages to life. The content pages and the ecommerce pages were reworked on to improve customer conversions.
With presence in two major Australian cities, Alvin wanted the website to promote the services provided by the firm to help startups launch their journey.

Customer Activation Plugin
Customer activation is a Magento 2.4.x extension. This provides an option to restrict customer access to the website unless approved / activated by a Magento admin. This is an important feature addition to websites where newly registetered customers should not be given access to information that only logged in users can see. This plugin ensures that a screening process under the control of Magento admin is provided to filter only legitimate profiles. Additionally, the admin can also activate/deactivate customer accounts easily from backend and can send notification emails to the customer on completion of this action.

Managing logistics
ITS - Integrated Travel System is a hybrid platform to manage in-house logistics and administration processes which enables users to track real time travel data. We did a full fledged UX process and designed the experience of the application.

An application which works as a platform where celebrities/influencers can be reached out by the users and purchase personalised shoutout videos from them. We did a facelift for their application with new visual design.

Women in Cinema Collective
Women in Cinema Collective is an organisation which aims at providing equal spaces and equal opportunities for women in cinema. We designed their website and also support them with website maintenance.

Meet your celebrities through an app
We were contracted to provide Product Design consulting, user experience design and visual design services for a business idea to build a fan engagement platform. This integrates all the interactions of a social media celebrity with their fans. App has a core focus on blockchain and NFT use cases. The functionalities include but not limited to:
1. Single source of creating celebrity’s exclusive content, announcements and pushing them at one go into social media
2. Promotion of brands they endorse through eCommerce links
3. Live shopping

10. There are helper modules designed for the celebrities app to aid them in learning faster.
Our team was involved in an end to end product UX discovery process and brand identity workshop for the mobile app meant to target celebrities and fans. This involved competitor analysis, domain research, interaction with stakeholders and user interviews along with understanding use cases for blockchain and NFT in the product context. The visual designs adhered to material design concepts and elements which resulted in boosting the screen time and engagement for end users.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of e-commerce development for Monkey Sports, a sporting goods retailer. We sell hockey, baseball, and lacrosse equipment online and in brick-and-mortar retail stores.
What challenge were you trying to address with Terrific Minds?
During the first time we initiated our relationship with Terrific Minds, we needed additional support for our Magento development needs. We had in-house developers, but we needed Terrific Minds to add more to our resources.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Terrific Minds helps us with Magento development. Our in-house senior developer communicates with them mainly through Teams, where we give them development tasks via a ticketing system. We give them the tasks’ requirements, and if they have any questions, we answer them. Once the tasks are done, we do QA tests. We then go through that process again as part of our regular development cycles.

We’re in direct contact with their developers.
How did you come to work with Terrific Minds?
One of our former developers was an employee of Terrific Minds. When we needed more development resources, that developer told us about the Terrific Minds team. In other words, they were a referral.

Terrific Minds is able to complete our requirements within our estimated amount of time; they can deliver the tasks on time and on budget.
How did Terrific Minds perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is great. The team has great communication skills, and they’re always on point in terms of budget. In terms of tools, we mainly use Teams to communicate. We use Assembla as the main project management tool; it’s similar to Jira. We rarely use emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Terrific Minds do their jobs well. On top of that, they’re relatively more budget-friendly than other teams.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Most of the projects we do with Terrific Minds are medium-level tasks. If they want to grow more, they should be able to do bigger tasks. Moreover, based on what we’ve seen in the past, we can do bigger projects with onshore teams that have project managers — they’re able to manage projects better than offshore teams.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give clear requirements to Terrific Minds. This reduces many headaches on both sides.

Terrific Minds developed the Fan Engagement App for us. The mandate was to migrate the fans from social media, to a deeper engagement on the App. The App had components of Fan Community, Merchandising & e-Commerce platform, and Digital Sponsorship.

Through word of mouth - upon exploring we received positive feedback on their work. The criteria for evaluation were Service Levels, Team Capabilities and Certifications (esp. in Design), Turnaround Times, and Cost.

Project Steps and Key Deliverables were established in the first 30 days. Technologies used were customised to integrate to the existing systems.
