I’m the president and co-owner of CRS Medical Benefits, Inc. We’re a healthcare benefits company that contracts with hospitals.
What challenge were you trying to address with TeraCloud, Inc.?
We needed a partner that could come in and update our security. We wanted to ensure we were compliant as well as meeting and exceeding the needs of our client.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our cybersecurity systems needed to have encryption so we could protect all private information. Additionally, our computer systems and networks need to run smoothly.
How did you come to work with TeraCloud, Inc.?
Microsoft referred us to them.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in July 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work has had a positive impact in regard to upgrading our systems and security.
How did TeraCloud, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They installed programs that allow us to electronically communicate with them. However, I can also text or email them whenever I need them and depending on what I need.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have the expertise and knowledge to take us to the next level. We enjoy working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing at the moment. The biggest challenge in the beginning was they took on more than they could chew.

Have good communication and make sure your expectations and needs are clearly defined.

I’m the president of a consulting engineering firm. We do mechanical and electrical design for building infrastructure.
What challenge were you trying to address with TeraCloud, Inc.?
TeraCloud is our IT vendor.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They service our IT needs. We have a customized package with them.
What is the team composition?
I would say it would be anywhere from a couple to four or five people depending on what is going on.
How did you come to work with TeraCloud, Inc.?
We received a recommendation. We had interviewed several companies and ended up concluding that TeraCloud was the best for us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2014, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They have done anything and everything that we needed them to do. IT reliability has been the goal.
How did TeraCloud, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
The telephone never fails, and we also use Microsoft Teams. We have access all the way up to the president of the company. I can reach out to them by phone or text, but generally speaking, we open tickets via email or telephone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their response time and their knowledge set them apart. They are very well prepared, and they are up to date with technology. They make good recommendations and have common sense and a down to earth approach to everything that we do. Their solutions are also cost-effective.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. They have been serving us well. It has been a great relationship, hopefully for both sides, but definitely for us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you are clear in your requests and listen to what they have to say. There might be different ways to achieve the same outcome. They are a trustworthy partner, and I highly recommend them.
