Organic Herbal Colon Cleanse was established by me in Australia during 2000. I am the director.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tenacious Techies ?

Tenacious Techies started by upgrading my website in 2015. Since that time they have maintained the website for me. 3 months ago they started SEO work on the site and are continuing to do this successfully.

What were your goals for this project?

By stopping paid advertising and going for SEO work our goal was to produce organic sales.

Jigar contacted me.

Describe the project in detail.

Jigar called me and made some suggestions regarding my website and it not being user friendly. After solving that problem he went on to suggest other upgrades that needing addressing. 

For example, my website was all html and Jigar changed all the product pages to .php Over the last few years they have changed and upgraded my site. As my website was built with coding I did not want to change this. Tenacious Techies have been helping me for the last 4 years.

What was the team composition?

There was only me involved as this is my business.

tenacioustechies.com have been part of my business life since 2015. They have guided me through many ups and downs of running a successful business As a small business I spread myself over a variety of jobs and this can be very tiring and time consuming.

Jigar and his team have alleviated the stress of finding organic sales by creating for me an effective and profitable SEO based website. I have spent less annually and I am impressed with the way that the team work and support me. Tenacious Techies have succeeded in all expectations and initial goals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has always been clear. We communicate via Messenger, phone and email. They are always accessible (time zone permitting). Tenacious Techies is the only company I would hire now for any website work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have always found Jigar and his team to be highly professional. I have worked with other vendors in the past and I can honestly say I will not be looking for any other company in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not as far as I am concerned.
