Telideo Productions Reel
This is our company's production reel that highlights some of the projects we've worked on.

Our Video Production Studio
This is brief video tour of our video production studio. Our preference is to shoot on site, but for projects that require a studio environment, this one works perfect.

Hand Illustrated Stop Motion Explainer Video
This is in example of a hand illustrated animated explainer video. These videos are great ways to introduce complex technologies to general audiences. They also offer the benefits of animation through stop motion filming as well as the human element by introducing items with a hand.

Corporate Brand Awareness Video Example
This is an example of a brandspiration video that we produced for Forward Vision Marketing's client, MSM Solutions. These types of videos are an excellent way to create high-level awareness of your brand or company's value proposition.

Animated Product Explainer Video Example
When it comes to selling and marketing complex technologies or solutions, especially those that are disruptive in nature and/or cloud-based, being able to easily illustrate how your product or solution actually works can be somewhat of a challenge. Fortunately, with an animated explainer video, you can easily communicate how your solution works and the value that it can deliver using custom animation.

Technology Demonstration Video Example
Impinj, Inc. (NASDAQ: PI) is a global leader in RAIN Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. In 2015 it moved its global headquarters to an amazing new facility in Seattle, WA and wanted to capture the new RAIN Experience Center (REC) on video so that they could easily demonstrate their technologies to both potential end-users and channel partners. We shot a complete series of solution demonstration videos and this is one example.

Video Production for Energy Software Company
“We’ll be using the videos Telideo Productions, Inc. created in our work proposals and the RFPs we’re replying to.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the executive coordinator at a company that makes software to help plan for future energy systems, specifically for large electric and gas networks.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
We were a young company and didn’t have much of a presence — we needed a company to help us show the faces of the teammates behind the software to our customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Telideo Productions, Inc. provided us with video production services. We provided a lot of information about our company during our meetings — the process was very collaborative because our industry is complex. Telideo Productions, Inc. shot all of the footage for our in-house team video and then edited it using their equipment. They then produced an animated video that described our company and another that displayed our products. The videos were then published on our website, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two teammates from Telideo Productions, Inc.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
We were looking for local video production companies online, and when we reached out, their founder responded to us quickly.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent just under $10,000 with Telideo Productions, Inc.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with Telideo Productions, Inc. was from May 2021–January 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from viewers, although we only have a few hundred video views. We’ll be using the videos Telideo Productions, Inc. created in our work proposals and the RFPs we’re replying to.
How did Telideo Productions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
Telideo Productions, Inc. had good project management. They always knew what had to be done and pushed us along the project to ensure our deadlines were met. We initially expected to have everything completed by October, but we pushed the deadlines back, which Telideo Productions, Inc. accommodated. They were very communicative and were open to video edits done via email. We also communicated via phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We really enjoyed working with Telideo Productions, Inc. — they took the time to learn about our software and made insightful edits to ensure they delivered a product that we liked. Their team was always available in-person or virtually and had quick turnaround times.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were some issues with their attention to detail when it came to edits, but Telideo Productions, Inc. always followed up when we had problems.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d advise customers to manage their expectations about the partnership — Telideo Productions, Inc. is very personable and relaxed about their work, unlike some larger companies.

Safety Video Production for Mining Company
"They offered diverse services and showed a willingness to do whatever they needed to do to fulfill the project scope."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We're an organization called Westmoreland Mining, an energy and coal mining company. I am the executive assistant to the CEO, CFO, and COO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
The Mine Safety and Health Administration require us to show people a video explaining the safety hazards that they could encounter on our site. The videos we had were super outdated, so we needed help updating them.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Telideo created 12 informational videos for us, one for each of our mine sites. Most of them are about 15 minutes long, but one is longer, at 20 minutes. They started the project with an extensive discovery phase where they compiled our old videos. Since it was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Telideo wasn’t able to go on our sites, so they used the old footage we had, which included some drone footage of our mine sites. The team then wrote a script for the video. We had a few ideas, and his team expanded on them. Each video had a different script and intro that matched the footage they were able to get.
Our general managers did the voiceover for the introductions while they handled the voiceover for the rest of the video. Telideo then proceeded to the editing process. They delivered the videos one at a time, and we have already received the last one. They are shown in each of our mine sites when a contractor or a visitor comes on-site.
What is the team composition?
I only ever worked with Peter (Founder). I know that he had a team of people, but I only ever worked with him.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
I just found them on Google. I reached out to Telideo about our project, and they responded right away.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked from November 2020–April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It was well-received by our commercial people and partners. They’re shorter than the old videos, which were about 30 minutes long. Now people can quickly get into our sites and start working.
How did Telideo Productions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was phenomenal. Peter was so communicative about everything, and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. His input and knowledge were remarkable — I don't have any background in doing videos, and so on, so I appreciated that he handled everything. He was super helpful. To communicate, we mostly used emails and Zoom meetings, but we also had the occasional phone call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team took their time with the first video to get it right, but once they got over that hurdle, the rest of the videos fell into place super quickly. They were accommodating, and I would work with them again if we needed to. They were a small team, but they were incredibly professional and skilled. It was nice to work with a smaller organization, which allowed us to work directly with the person making the videos. We didn’t realize how high the costs would be for video production, but Telideo gave us a very reasonable price upon looking into it.
They offered diverse services and showed a willingness to do whatever they needed to do to fulfill the project scope. Peter did the voiceover for most of the videos even though he didn’t have experience with it. He did a phenomenal job, and it was awesome that he went out of his comfort zone for us. This project was unique — it’s not very common to do safety videos, so it was a learning experience for the team. It was remarkable for Telideo to take it on even though haven’t done it before. They knocked it out of the park.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I honestly don’t really have any constructive criticism for the team. The project went great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Video Editing for Health & Wellness Franchisor

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the training director for a health and wellness franchisor.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
We needed to train our stylists on a new service we were rolling out, so we hired Teideo for video production support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We worked with a different company to film our videos, but Telideo Productions, Inc. helped with all of the editing and post-production work for the 24 videos, which ranged in length from 1–3 minutes. Specifically, they edited the footage following our creative direction and added our voiceover to it.
What is the team composition?
One person worked with us from their team.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
A different individual in our organization had worked with Telideo Productions, Inc. before, so she reached out and hired them. Once that initial arrangement was made, I came in to manage the project and take it from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $15,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from November–December 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Right now, it’s too soon to see the business impact of their work. However, we’ve been collecting feedback from our target audience and they have given very positive comments. Our team is happy with the work they delivered, too.
How did Telideo Productions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed really well. They checked in with us frequently and satisfied our timelines. All of the calls and meetings for periodic status updates were on time. They were open to work through questions and any issues they encountered, too. We mostly used email and Wistia, a video review site.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They produced really high-quality work and everything was very polished. When I think about the editing work, an example being the intro and outro, they did everything seamlessly. Some of the creative editing they did throughout the process to make things work was great, too.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there is anything they could have improved; everything went smoothly and we’re satisfied with the work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask for what you need. In some cases, we had to do a few extra rounds of feedback and edits to make them what we initially were going for. They let us know if they could accommodate those or if we were headed toward scope creep. Ask for whatever you need so you’ll know how they’ll handle it.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior director of customer support and training at a manufacturer of rapid DNA analysis systems.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions?
We hired Telideo to produce support videos that assist customers with the instruments we sell. The videos instruct the viewer on the different processes of our instruments—how to run a DNA sample, for example. These videos would be accessible on our secure customer support web portal.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We produced a script, and Telideo consulted agencies to find outside talent to be featured in the videos. We selected a male and female They then shot the videos at our home office in Colorado, where we have a large space for demonstrations. They then produced the videos and provided Chinese and Spanish translations as well.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people. My primary point of contact was Peter (Owner, Telideo Productions).
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions?
The company had used them to film another video for another internal organization. Since they’re local and had done a great job on that first video, we reached out to them to do the instructional videos.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost $22,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement lasted from October 2018–August 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Several customers have expressed how impressed they were with the videos. We were very specific about the videos’ requirements, and their team was amenable to them. Their work was successful, so we plan on engaging Telideo again for another video project that’s upcoming.
How did Telideo Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
They did exceptionally well. We communicated via phone and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness to our questions and demands was stellar. They’re willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that the videos are done in a professional, effective way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not at all. They were exceptional.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you’re looking for a video production company, they’re an excellent choice. As long as you stay in communication with them, they’re extremely responsive.

Customer Story Video for Dialysis Company
“They worked very quickly during the project and have been flexible since delivering the product to us.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director of corporate communications, and we are a dialysis company with clinics across the country to help patients who are suffering from kidney failure.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions?
We wanted to highlight one of our patients who was undertaking a really extraordinary journey across the country. She is a home dialysis patient, and we wanted to highlight the freedom that a patient can have when they choose a home therapy as opposed to in-center therapy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we worked with Telideo Productions, we started by communicating to them the larger goal of showing what is possible with home dialysis. From there, we dug into the nitty-gritty of every stop that we would be filming at in order to showcase their whole route while incorporating unique locations from beautiful angles, and incorporating that with personal testimonials from the patient and her husband and the employees who are in charge of providing the care that makes their journey possible.
What is the team composition?
We had employees on our side at a couple of the locations, but for the most part, we coordinated with two members of their team who would take teams along the road with the patient and handle all of the shooting and editing.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions?
We did some initial research online, looking at a lot of different reviews for different companies, and then we brought the most promising few in to be interviewed. Most importantly, we had the patient speak with the companies on the phone, and Telideo really seemed to be the ones who made her feel the most comfortable.
How much have you invested with them?
The project was about $30,000 in total, which was split between us and another company we partnered with to complete the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We first talked to their team in June of this year, but the actual project lasted from August–September 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At the end of the project, they provided us with one almost 12-minute video, another three-and-a-half-minute video, and a lot of the interview footage from which we can draw shorter clips of our employees to use for other purposes.
We shared some of the shorter interviews, which are always fun, on our social media channels and have received positive feedback there. More importantly, we have shared the shorter and long videos with our partners both internally and externally. It’s been an overwhelming success in highlighting our process and the dedication and partnership that our employees take on with our patients.
How did Telideo Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
I think they do a great job with project management. They were very responsive, and I never had any trouble getting them to make any tweaks or changes that we needed from them. They worked very quickly during the project and have been flexible since delivering the product to us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really appreciate the professionalism of the video as a whole. I mean, when you look at it, it’s beautiful. I think they were really able to help tell a story and deliver it with a very nice cadence.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think some of the people on our side had occasional communication issues, but overall it was a really smooth process. They really stepped up to the challenge that we presented to them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I didn’t have any challenges in working with them, so I don’t have any particular recommendations.

I’m the owner of a company called DripRight. We specialize in unique irrigation products for home gardening, commercial growers, and greenhouses.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions, Inc?
We needed to make a spotlight video for our flagship product.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When I started, I didn’t have a clear idea of the direction I wanted to go in, so they provided a full-service option to help me narrow down the scope and focus of the video. They helped edit the script, hired the voiceover actor, and did all the shooting and editing.
What is the team composition?
We had one main point of contact that relayed our requests back to their team.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions, Inc?
I interviewed several local companies in Denver over the phone. Telideo was very personable and understanding of my needs, so I decided to hire them.
How much have you invested with them?
The total package was $4,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in June 2018 and finished in October 2018. I took time deciding what I wanted to do and coming up with funding, so the delays were all on our side.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The video is a success; we’re pleased with what they produced.
How did Telideo Productions, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication was on point. They kept us updated and responded to our questions right away, even outside of business hours.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The project personalization was terrific. They were always willing to meet and help us come up with ideas. They let us change the pace whenever we needed and were very adaptive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing that Telideo should improve; any organizational issues were on our end. They were very flexible and helped us through the whole process.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you don’t have a clear idea of how to start your project, or if you don’t have a lot of experience with video production, they are more than willing to help you develop your vision. They will put in extra time to help you, and they care about educating their partners.

I'm a communications director at WellBiz Brands.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions?
We needed a company to produce a corporate communications video for our CEO for Elements Massage. We were using one agency, but we were not happy with the outcome, so we were looking for a new vendor.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us produce a short video, in which our CEO was reading from a teleprompter. Telideo did the editing and transitions with graphics and images. We're growing our relationship with them and they will be our main videographer at a big conference for Elements Massage this summer. They're also taking on another CEO video for our brand called Fitness Together.
What is the team composition?

How did you come to work with them?

How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
They quickly respond to texts, emails, and phone calls regardless of whether it's weekend or not. They also use Wistia for editing the video, which allows us to tag comments within the video itself.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the manager of proposals and marketing for Dominion Voting Systems, an elections management software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions?
We needed to create a voter outreach video for one of our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Telideo created a three-minute animation that explained how to use our voting machines. After their team met with us to discuss our goals, we provided them with a script that they then created a storyboard for. We worked directly with the client to get approval on the storyboard and provided feedback to Telideo so they could execute the final video.
In addition to the English version, they also arranged for four translations (Spanish, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Mandarin), along with the narrators for each version.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people on their team.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions?
We found them online when we were researching local vendors in Denver. We met with a couple companies and ultimately liked the examples we saw from Telideo the best.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $8,000–$10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2018 and finished the project in April.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our client was very happy with the final video Telideo created. Their team was able to react quickly to any feedback or requests for changes throughout the project, which helped us maintain a good working relationship with our client.
How did Telideo Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
They stayed on top of deadlines and oftentimes exceeded them. They remained responsive throughout the engagement and provided helpful suggestions to ensure our translations were high quality and that we were moving along in an efficient manner.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Both the quality of their deliverables and customer service sets them apart. We were expected to react to our client's needs quickly, and Telideo's team understood that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a good idea of what you're looking to do and try to provide them with as much information as possible upfront (i.e., script, storyboard ideas, etc.). Regardless of what you have prepared, however, Telideo's team is proactive and good at filling in the gaps to help walk you through the process.

Animated Video for Electronics Distribution Company
“It was cost-effective and probably the easiest project I’ve ever worked on.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of marketing for an electronics distribution company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
We needed to visually represent a process for internal training purposes. Having considered outlining the process through a standard document or PowerPoint, we ultimately decided an animated video would be a more engaging presentation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had the script written before engaging Telideo, but they worked with us to gain an understanding of the material and brainstorm how to represent it best. Peter (Co-founder & Managing Director, Telideo Productions, Inc.) provided a library of voice-overs so we could pick the best talent for the project. They handled nearly all aspects of production and delivered a three-minute animated video.
What is the team composition?
I’m sure they had other team members working on the project, but the process was so seamless I only had to speak to Peter.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions, Inc.?
I wanted something more involved to get my message across, so I Google searched production companies. I found Telideo and filled out their web form. Peter reached out to me shortly after that and the engagement grew from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project took place January–February 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We use the video internally, so I don’t track metrics on it like I would with an external product. Feedback from our in-house audience is extremely positive; they’re able to easily understand the process being communicated. Another benefit of using a training video is that I can show it to multiple groups of onboarding employees as long as the process doesn’t change. Also, the video format allows people to remind themselves of the topic by watching again. Teaching a process without allocating additional personnel allows us to maintain efficiency while training new team members. From that perspective, it was an excellent investment.
How did Telideo Productions, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
Peter looked at the scope and budget and assured us he could deliver. We touched base about once a week and he always made himself available for that. He also communicated when I’d get another response from him and never missed an appointment. Having never worked together before, we weren’t expecting such a high level of success. They were awesome and delivered everything within our tight timeline of three weeks. It was cost-effective and probably the easiest project I’ve ever worked on.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their professionalism, responsiveness, commitment to quality, and pricing structure were important to me. All of that combined to form the perfect fit for our project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We would’ve liked if they knew more about our industry from the start, but that’s the case with most service providers we work with. I’ve recommended Telideo to a colleague, so that’ll likely gain that knowledge through experience.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to have a clear vision of what you want when starting a project with any vendor. We started this project with most of the script written and a defined idea of how we wanted everything to look. Articulating what we needed to be done expedited the process immensely.

MSM Solutions partners with manufacturers of barcoding equipment, data collection devices, and material label and paper converters. Mostly, we help companies with compliance, and marking and tracking assets.
What challenge were you trying to address with Telideo Productions?
We wanted to distinguish ourselves as a small company in a crowded market. As a result, we needed digital advertising and marketing services to stay competitive.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve produced about five videos to market our software solutions and RFID. Telideo helps with scripting and storyboarding. The videos include animation and live-action; the latter took place at a customer manufacturing facility.
What is the team composition?
I have two points of contact, including the project manager. The video team works behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Telideo Productions?
One of Telideo’s clients referred them. We considered other companies, but chose Telideo due to their industry knowledge. Their ability to understand our goals distinguished them from the competition.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent at least $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Work started in December 2016 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

How did Telideo Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
They communicate well and stick to deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Telideo Productions possesses industry knowledge and creativity. Their executions and response time are also noteworthy.
Are there any areas they could improve?
