For what projects/services did your company hire Telework PH?
My company was experiencing a surge of work which meant I needed to bring in some help to offload the more manual and repetitive tasks.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
I looked at a few different firms but after talking with Jeff at TeleworkPH and hearing how they approached things, could tell that it was a step above others I was considering.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
The team was responsible for scraping names and company data from several industry websites and putting it into a usable spreadsheet that I could in turn repurpose for marketing and sale initiatives. They saved me a significant amount of time in doing so and the accuracy was spot on.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My main contact with Jeff. Jeff then took care of all the details with his team.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Having them handle my repetitive data tasks saved me significant time and hours. Instead of copying and pasting data, I was able to focus on revenue-producing activities on my end.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Jeff checked in periodically via email to ensure everything was good, especially at the beginning to make sure everyone was getting started off on the right foot.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They human decision skills. There's a few pieces of data that were ambiguous and they were always able to make the right call on it after asking me for a couple of examples at the beginning of the project. That lack of "got a question" was a big plus.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None. The project really couldn't have gone any smoother.
Telework PH has helped the company focus on other operations. Most of their interactions involve periodically checking on each other's work, which has been working well for the company. Still, the vendor maintains a humane approach to their decisions - a trait that the company has come to admire.
