2-COM
Every organization faces the challenge of producing, maintaining and distributing product communications and marketing assets. 2-COM leverages custom technology, data management, graphic design, production, warehousing, fulfillment and support solutions to streamline this process in enterprise applications.
Challenge
Streamlining expansion processes. 2COM, an established professional services company, has a diverse marketing product suite. They needed a way to expand quickly, delivering multiple technology solutions, live content and centralized databases for their clients.
Solution
Deploying a JIT model gave 2-COM the bandwidth they needed to flex up and meet demand. This enabled them to accurately predict costs and strengthen customer relationships.

Ingram Barge
Barge Logistics Platform
We replaced an Excel-based barge logistics platform with a touch-screen driven, drag-and-drop logistics platform used to track all barges, piers, boats, and ships in the Ingram Barge river fleet of 10,000 vessels.
We Decreased Ingram’s Operating Costs
We replaced an Excel-based barge logistics platform with a touch-screen driven, drag-and-drop logistics platform used to track all barges, piers, boats, and ships in the Ingram Barge river fleet of 10,000 vessels.
We Improved Ingram’s Safety
We freed up boat captains to focus more attention to crew safety, due to decreased manual operations.
We Improved Ingram’s Reporting
Data previously trapped in Excel data silos became actionable via minable dashboards and reports.

Truck-Lite Corporation
IoT Trailer Logistics Platform
The platform monitors the location and road-ready status of Truck-Lite’s fleet of trucks and trailers nationwide. The platform monitors all components of each trailer - brakes, tire pressure, lights, locks, temperature, humidity, and more. The platform streams all data to a central dashboard for command and control.
We Compressed Truck-Lite’s Engineering Schedule
The project requirements dictated a very compressed delivery schedule, requiring us to ramp up and manage four project teams simultaneously.
We made the milestone and got the platform done in time for a major trade show!

Fitness Clubs ERP System
We’ve built an ERP for a boutique fitness franchise company called Manduu. We built the web portal, integration to enterprise accounting software, integration with external devices, and the consumer mobile app.
The Challenge
Franchise models grow, they get stuck in a place where unautomated solutions managing their business are too inefficient and yet the total costs of ownership of third-party software is too expensive and need a solution to manage their business.
The Solution
A mobile and web platform that performs end-to-end management of fitness clubs. We provide the consumer with the ability to schedule sessions, manage their contract status, pay invoices, manage payment status, and interact with the clubs through web and mobile. On the portal we allow trainers to work with their clients, schedule sessions, execute sessions, and communicate with their client base. On the administrative side, we provide end-to-end management of the entire business with a robust reporting platform allowing you to perform adhoc reports and scheduled reports and dashboarding to monitor every aspect of their business.

Books-A-Million (“BAM”)
Floor Management Platform
The platform manages the use of floor space in BAM! Stores. Store managers use the platform to plan rotation and position of products on promotion and seasonal displays nationwide.
We Decreased Operating Costs
We decreased the labor component of managing promotions and product positioning.
We Improved Sales Results
Better coordination and communication of promotions resulted in more efficient deployment of nation-wide marketing initiatives.

“People should definitely work with TechVision — they have experience and a wide range of offerings.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and one of the two co-founders of IntelVision. We’re a software services company based in Lviv, Ukraine.
What challenge were you trying to address with TechVision?
TechVision is our technical partner. We have more of a partnership than a client-vendor relationship.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work with TechVision for a shared client, and they are a major part of our team. TechVision provides everything, from consulting on how to build web infrastructure to technical expertise.
For this project, we managed the client relationship. TechVision got an overview of what the client wanted, and then they built the website on .NET and Azure services. It’s a web tool for internal work organization and has various features, like a back-office admin panel. TechVision developed the front- and backends. My team did the design, and we also handled a few parts of the technical solution. We helped them develop all of the necessary documentation.
TechVision delivered a working MVP. Currently, we are planning on adding another big functionality to the site.
What is the team composition?
Andrew (Co-Founder) is my point of contact. However, our respective teams collaborated on a different layer. TechVision’s project managers, consultants, and developers were involved in that collaboration.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost is $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with TechVision in April 2020. We’ve completed the MVP, and we’re negotiating the next phase. TechVision has proven to be a trustworthy partner, and we’d like to continue working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I can’t share data from the client’s side. The MVP is in the beta testing stage, so it’s not fully public yet. A group of people is doing very detailed testing to find its weak points. As a company, we have worked with different partners; some have been good, whereas others haven’t been. TechVision is a partner we’d love to continue working with.
How did TechVision perform from a project management standpoint?
We follow agile principles, a typical example of which is Scrum. Most people use something like Jira as management software. TechVision seems to be similar in terms of the software and the processes they work by. We haven’t needed extra time to sync and learn how each team collaborates with the other, because we’re both using the same tools.
TechVision cares about agile processes, so it’s not a chaotic collaboration where things work randomly. We have sprints and review retrospectives. It’s a typical Scrum project, and it is handled very well by TechVision. We’ve had some critical deadlines, and TechVision has met all of them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their expertise is what’s most impressive. TechVision has solid knowledge of what they do, and they have experience in different industries. This matters to us because it means that they not only know the technology but also have a background in different industries. Looking at TechVision’s portfolio, they have that experience.
Furthermore, I’m not sure what the range of their tech stack expertise is, but they have handled everything in this project very well. TechVision isn’t among the companies that claim to offer .NET or AngularJS but just have one developer and nothing else. They have experience and a proven knowledge base.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no actual improvement points for this collaboration. I wish they’d grow faster. Their processes are very good, but it’s a challenge to increase the number of good developers. Our current needs are covered and with good quality. However, if we get a bigger project, we may need more resources.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
The market is quite big, with a ton of propositions from a lot of companies. People should definitely work with TechVision — they have experience and a wide range of offerings, not only technical but also consultative. They have enough people to process any kind of task. This has been very helpful to us in our current case when the client just had a vague idea of what they wanted to do.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of KO GROUPE. KO GROUPE is a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Paris. We deliver innovative solutions for global brands, from the development of a concept to the 360° marketing strategy.
For what projects/services did your company hire TechVision?
We hired TechVision to handle a large AR project for a third party client.
What were your goals for this project?
Building an avant-garde product that would lead to a viral and successful project launch.
How did you select TechVision?
We reached out to TechVision based on their portfolio and experience with building innovative software products. Starting from scratch, the challenge we were facing was important, and we needed the right team to accompany us through the process. No other software companies we had reached out to before contacting TechVision had a solution to create the product and overcome the tech barriers, but TechVision managed to see through the challenges and quickly offered a solution. Andrew, the CMO of TechVision was a great asset to the project as he naturally understood our needs as marketing company.
Describe the project in detail.
TechVision started off the project by producing a high-level technical overview of the platform, which allowed us to understand how the desired outcome would be reached. Their team handled the entire product from back-end development, front end front development, design and database administration for both the IOS and Android.
What was the team composition?
We had the opportunity to meet and work with their consultants, project managers and analysts to shape the concept, and during the sprints and through the milestones we were in constant contact with our project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The product was successfully launched, and the client's feedback is very positive. The app has exceeded the estimated amount of downloads on both stores, and has been a great value to the complimentary product that was launched with it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team definitely has a huge experience in the software domain, but not only, as we found the CMO's marketing approach and vision very similar and complimentary to our's for this project.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The ability to find solutions to hardware and software barrier's that the other AR specialized companies we had contacted weren't able to overcome. From the Technology choice, the SDK proposition to the computer vision and object tracking approach, it was well managed, and the promise was respected. Their ability to process challenges and find solutions were impressive, it was a pleasure to work with them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
TechVision fulfilled the job, and we will definitely reach out to them for the next challenging third party projects that we will be managing.
TechVision has become the client’s go-to development partner based on their ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner. While they have experience working in a range of industries, their fintech knowledge is particularly noteworthy. They manage the work well by following agile principles.
