I'm the Business Development Manager at Dividato USA & LATAM. We are a Nearshore Software Development Company specialized in Custom Software Development and Artificial Intelligence with experience in applying Machine Learning, & Data Science to solve business problems. We are based in the USA and Latin America.

For what projects/services did your company hire Techunting LLC?

We have a client in Uruguay who we provide a team of developers in order to develop a virtual wallet that will compete with the big players in the market. It is during the selection of this team that we request Techunting services by hiring an iOS developer under the Staff Augmentation modality.

What were your goals for this project?

We seek to meet the expectations of our customers, deliver the software product on time and with the best quality. For this we need top-level developers.

Describe the project in detail.

We are looking for an iOS Developer who programs in Swift to make a FinTech app from scratch. A virtual wallet. You have to replicate the Android app that is already developed. The client is Uruguayan and it would be to join to work remotely. The app has to communicate with a backend.

What was the team composition?

We assign a project manager and the necessary tools to join the client's development team.

The integration with the team was very successful and the client's feedback on the progress of the project is very satisfactory.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The integration with the team was very successful. The candidate provided by Techunting has very good communication skills, agile methodologies and teamwork.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Allow a bit more of space to close deals and asks for updates. Sometimes customers take time to make decisions.
