I am the co-founder of a backpack company that has been in business for ten years. 

What challenge were you trying to address with TechStrive?

Our online marketing efforts weren’t up to par, so we hired TechStrive to help improve them. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

TechStrive ran our online advertising efforts via Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, and Google Ads. We provided the content and artwork, which TechStrive then analyzed and used for advertising on the platforms they oversaw. 

What is the team composition?

We only worked with Humayun (Co-Founder), who oversaw our project. 

How did you come to work with TechStrive?

Humayun was very polite and professional when we spoke to him. We thought he was a good partner for us because he had a lot of experience and was fun to work with, so we hired TechStrive. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested €3,000 (approximately $3,400 USD) with TechStrive. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with TechStrive from January–November 2021. However, we will probably hire them again in the future for small projects whenever we launch a new product. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The most impressive result of TechStrive’s work is that our visibility on Google has improved; we’re in the top section of results. We also now have an Amazon account, which we didn’t have before, and are profiting from it. 

How did TechStrive perform from a project management standpoint?

TechStrive had great communication and was always on time — they were quick and polite. We had phone calls with ​​Humayun to discuss our goals and future plans; we also communicated with him via Skype and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

TechStrive’s communication is excellent — Humayun is very direct and executes requests well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some minor misunderstandings due to cultural differences, but I think those misunderstandings will be avoided once TechStrive understands the German market better.

I’m an administrator at a private secondary school. I’m also partly responsible for updating and producing content for our website.

We work with TechStrive on the development and maintenance of our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TechStrive developed our website from scratch and now implements changes and updates on an ongoing basis. They were also taken in by our school to do digital marketing, but I’m not involved in that aspect of our engagement. I do know that they touch on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, depending on the needs of our school’s director. We provide them with some material to work with and they come up with content around that. 

What is the team composition?

I work closely with Humayun (Co-Founder), but there are 1–2 other people who sometimes work with our principal. 

How did you come to work with TechStrive?

Our founder was the one who found and hired TechStrive. They were already working with the school when I came in, so I don’t know how they were selected. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our school was founded around May 2020, and TechStrive has most likely been with us since then. Our partnership is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The inquiries we receive have definitely increased thanks to TechStrive’s work. We started as an unknown school with only 11 students, but we now have 62 students, most of whom found us through Facebook and posted inquiries through our website. Our growing online visibility is largely due to them.

How did TechStrive perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at meeting deadlines. We have regular online meetings, and if we have any issues or questions, we just email or call them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really stands out about TechStrive is how they’re always available. If we need anything or have a query, regardless of the time of day, we can always receive a response right away. They’re very customer-oriented in that regard.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could do better at the moment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want to achieve and be open to TechStrive’s feedback and suggestions. You can definitely trust their experience.

we used different toos like SemRush, google dashboard, google tag managers. The scope was to increase followers and engagement both at Website and social level

we increase the engagement by 50% and the traffic in the website by 10%.

They were very professional and proactive, and they were always available to support us.
