What was the scope of their involvement?
Our engagement with TechShare Group Inc. began with them providing solutions for our IT department. Those suggestions including migrating our email system to Office 365. After helping with some initial problems, they recommended that we transition our registration system over to Salesforce. They led that project and even built an application overtop of Salesforce to customize the solution further. That product is known as our Avocado system.
The Avocado app deals with all of our registration processes. The program includes a user portal, an integrated menu for our internal staff, and a Salesforce-centric backend. TechShare Group guided us through the platform’s migration, implementation, and launch. They continue to enhance the program through feature improvements and additional integrations.
