I am the owner of a web and mobile development company that works with USHERPA as a development partner.

We have worked with TechNex for over 6 years as our extended development team on many types of projects including the latest project with USHERPA building a custom React Nativ application.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for this project was to display USHERPA's existing loan officer data in application form to be used by their clients and make it easy for them to keep track of daily/monthly tasks and reminders. It also provides analytics for each newsletter their marketing department shares each month.

How did you select this vendor?

Prior to engagement with TechNex, we worked with over 10 different companies and we were always left with bad code and horrible communication. TechNex went above and beyond every experience we have had working overseas and have been consistent and reliable in every way.

During the USHERPA project, they took our designs, managed weekly meetings, provided consistent updates, and optimized our workflow for the app and turned it into an impressive React Nativ application.

What was the team composition?

During the project development, we worked with several project managers that I have worked with directly for the past 4-5 years. They communicated our needs and requirements to their team of developers to get the app to launch.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Working on the latest USHERPA app project has given our client a new product to sell with their services. It has increased their visiblity and name within their industry as being a leader in innovation.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We have weekly Skype meeting and reviews that kept the project on track for the estimated launch date. In large projects, communication is extremely important so their aren't any delays. TechNEx did an amazing job communicating any issues or workflows that needed to be managed. They were able to configure and program an application that exceeded my clients expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I couldn't imagine working with any other team. TechNex has been and always will be our extended development partner that continues to be reliable, honest, extremely skilled, and by far the best communicators I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to any development team or company looking for a strategic partner that they can count on for any type of project. I am the Co Founder and Sales Manager at B2Chat. We are a web platform under the SAAS model, which helps companies to handle Instant Messaging (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Chat) from one place. Multi-channel, Multi-agent and extensive in analytics.

Our developers were all hands on in different features and the the customers were needing a feature urgently that we needed an external team to be able to make it. TNex because an extension from us in order to speed up development.

Develop the specific functionality for the end of the year. The team had to be very technical and very knowledgeable of React Native and Java.

They developed a feature for our software We needed a chatbot that will ask the customers to qualify the service given through the IM. The solution had to had an UI for the customers to be able to choose the qualification type. (Rating trough stars or binary) Currently that feature has been adopted by 70% of our client base

We hired TechNex to develop sound effects to be integrated into a iOS Mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to have someone with the right capability, talent and tenacity to complete the project with the right quality of work and with the professionalism to work effectively with us with out requiring continual hand-holding at every step.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected this vendor because they have the experience and talent that was needed for this project. I have worked with them in the past and I know that they do a professional job, doing whatever was needed to properly complete the work.

The project was to take develop sound effects as requested by the Client. The sound effects needed to integrate with an existing app. We had to provide him with the code at each step and also load it on Test Flight-- he would verify the performance before giving us permission to work on the next sound effect.

At the beginning, there was an incompatibility that prevented the work from correctly integrating -- because the existing app was using older technology which made the work required by TechNex much more complex. However TechNex worked right through to make sure that the integration worked.

What was the team composition?

The team composed of three people who worked together to develop and provide clear status updates to the Client.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project has established MobileVue's ability to take on complex focused software development and deliver it in a timely fashion and on budget, working through all the integration issues that existed in the Client's environment.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

There was a synchronous collaboration between TechNex and MobileVue and the Client throughout the entire development process. In spite of the team being offshore, there was no issue. Also the level of English was quite good and there was no language barrier. Work was delivered on time on a weekly basis as scheduled and promised to the Client.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. They commit and deliver what they commit. On-time and within budget
2. They reasonably work through whatever issues, technical or other, nay arise during the project.
3. They stand by their deliverable, providing a warranty

I am not aware of any area for improvement. During my engagement with them, they have always been reputable and reasonable in their dealings.
